Time consuming, thats why the 4 stars but other than that the outcome was nice!

Very unprofessional hot my nails done by Helen and 3needed fixed days later I went in the shop at 5:30 and ask to have them fixed and was told they were closed come back in the morning when they clearly close at 6 and I got my nails done by them the lady in the wheel chair is very rude why is she even there she does nothing if I could give them 0 stars I would none of them. Are nice

Business is unprofessional and lacks in many different areas. I been going to this business for many years to see a certain technician (Boyfriend). The technician has left, however, I stayed to give others a try. The next technician that worked on my hands was unprofessional and lacked skills and should not be working with nails nor people. The technician yelled at me because I asked him to reshape a nail that was visibly crooked. The owner took over to finish the poor work of her staff. I go back into the shop to get a refill asking for another staff member Helen and was told she’s scared to do my nails all because I did not like the work of the previous technician (PUNK). I WILL NEVER RETURN and if you know better, you WON’T EITHER! God bless you all and your unprofessional/ uncleanliness business.

Well i can’t give a review on the service as i didn’t get any. When i came in i told them what i would like to have done and sat down to wait. no one offered to give me service. Then another customer walked in 5 mins after me and requested the same service and she was helped right away. I have to say i’m not upset the place was filthy i think the health department needs to come check this place out. I will not be coming back or recommending this place to anyone!

I thought the establishment was quite professional and cordial. I happened to be in the area and decided to stop here to get a pedicure. My husband decided to get a man pedicure as well and he enjoyed it as well. Both of our techs were very friendly.Also, on a Saturday, we were able to get right in the chairs, which were newer and wonderfully massaging. 💯

I been going here almost 13 yrs I only would let one person do my nail here since the owner stopped doing nails His name is Mike aka Boyfriend.. He is the best my nails last long, they dont fall off and I have never got any infection or fungus from here !! I’ve tried to find someone that will do my nails like Mike but In 12 yrs i have yet to find that person and I don’t think I ever will !! If u do decide to go definitely ask and wait for Mike plz tip him well tell him Brandi sent u lol

Been here for the the last 15 yrs. Skill set is good. Customer Service is terrible, its dirty, and the owner is rude alot. Even when ur dropping $100 in 1 visit

For starters they dont have a lot to choose from. This is the most basic nail shop Ive ever been to . I went here twice . The first time I went the person who did my nails was Boy Friend. He did a good job on my nails . . . So I thought . Not even a week of having my nails done two of them broke . I didnt make a big deal I just went and got a refill and the two fixed. I went back to him so he can fix his mistake and he charged me more than it cost to get it done . I asked him why it cost so much and he told me because I had to fix your two nails . He basically beat me for my money because this time it Been a week and 3 of my nails is broke . I dont recommend anybody going here for Nails unless they want to waste money . They dont take care of your actual nails at all . I asked him more than once if he can cut my cuticle and he still didnt do it . He just was quick to put the acrylic on and call it a day. They dont take there time and make sure it looks right or any errors, no Nothing ! Im disappointed that I was recommended there. I would have just took my check to the other side of town. There products is cheap and not worth it 💯

I went to the Adams 4 nail salon and I wanted just this - for him to trim my natural nails and to file them and add clear nail polish and he did a excellent job and I also went there so they could take my eyebrows and give it shape with wax and she did a great job on my eyebrows - I came out of there ; very happy and satisfied .

They are very slow here, they dont have a sign in sheet, and only 3 nail techs. Located right in the hood. On a good note, this place is surprisingly very clean and they do really good eyebrow waxing here.

At first I was a bit skeptical about coming to this nail salon, Im new to Delaware, but I cant complain about anything, they did my nails just fine and Lana the eyebrow and lash tech is the bomb!!!!

I just came from this salon and they have the WORST customer service EVER. When I walked in no one greeted me or asked what I needed to get done, until I said something myself. On top of that, when I finally got into the chair to get my eyebrows done, she rushed and did a terrible job because someone was in her chair. A complete waste of $7. I wouldnt recommend this salon to ANYONE and I WILL NOT be returning.
