This is the first time I tried SNS nails with them. It came out perfectly and they have the most stylish colours. My nail colour remained chip free and perfect for 3 weeks! Would highly recommend this place.

I got a gel pedicure and the services was really good and the price. I paid $41 and the environment was super clean. The people are very nice too.

I dont visit many salons, but tried to get my daughters nails done for her. Nail techs kept disappearing and then took customers that walked in after me. I know I dont visit these alone but would seem customer should get taken care of in order as they get there. I know the 2 after me didnt have appointments either, before the owner uses that excuse. Will spend my money else where for my girls to get pretty nails.

This has been my day one nail salon since I moved down here. They are some good people. The service is great and they are not all about making a dollar. They make sure you are happy with your service. Clean and friendly staff.

I Googled Nail Salons in the Wilmington, NC area and found this salon, read the reviews and decided to check them out. They have the exact same name as my nail salon at home. They were perfect!. I got a full set with gel Polish and a pedicure. The cost was $40 for my nails and $25 for the pedicure. I will revisit them when I return to Wilmington next month! Thanks guys!!

Went to get a fill-in had no issues prior to getting the Phelan Man was doing my nails and other people were coming in so he was rushing through them made one of my nails Cricket went back to get it replaced or read done he said that’s the way my nails growing and there’s nothing he can do about it I do not recommend this I’ve been going to the nail salon since I was 1737 right now it’s 20 years and I know for a fact that your nail doesn’t grow crooked and if it does it’s because of the way they did it or prior people of done it and it can be fixed

Very relaxing and the guy who did my pedicure, Lee, took his time and payed attention to his work. Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had. He also didn’t feel the need to talk to me too much and just allowed me to relax, which was very much needed. I will be a returning customer

I tried this nail salon because I was closer to this area and they seemed to have good reviews. Yes, my nails turned out good. But no, the customer service wasn’t the best. I didn’t want to drive out of the way to my regular salon because I didn’t have time. They sat me right away but the lady doing my nails wasn’t very nice. She never said a word to me except asking if I wanted my nails shorter and what color. She had her eyes on her phone the whole time. I understand if there’s an important call to take but to be looking at your phone more than the nails you are working on is rude. Literally she would work on one nail then pick up her phone to send a text or just stop mid motion of working on my nail to read a text. Just going back and forth between one nail then a new text. This went on the whole time. When my nails were finally finished I was never asked did I like them or anything, just that I’m done. I was hoping to have a better experience as it’s close by and they have a good amount of colors to choose from, but I’ll pass due to the lack of customer service and flat out lack of interest in anything but a phone. I work in customer service and never would do that.

Cammie and Matthew are great! Cammie did a great job on my nails every time. She is super sweet and friendly! Definitely ask for either of them!! I have never had any issues with my nails lifting or breaking no matter how long I waited in between fills! Fantastic job and highly recommend them! Will miss them since we moved from Wilmington!

Pedicure was nice and the nail techs were really sweet. However, the paint job (paid extra for gel) leaves something to be desired...the sides as well as my free edges on most of my fingers are very splotchy and missing some polish.* I went back in today and they fixed both nails that were chipped as well as touched up the polish on my free edges. The folks were sweet about it. I really appreciate it. Thanks!!!

Great service and chill environment. This is the only nail salon I come to now. Cammie is my favorite technician. I feel bad because my nails last a whole month before I even need to get them done again, and even then they still look great if I dont chip them. Make sure you ask for Cammie if shes available, you wont regret it! Sometimes theres a wait, but its worth it. 🤗

Took my wife and her grand mother for a pedicure. It was afternoon and the place was almost empty. They have a huge space with a lot of chairs. The employees were welcoming and I could see they did a great job.

Horrible customer service. I walked in after work and asked for a full set of gel nails. A lady asked do I have time to wait because it will just be a few minutes. I sat down and waited for 1 whole hour before being called to a booth. When the guy showed me where to sit, he then disappeared. I started looking around until another male worker said “he’ll be right there” in a very nasty tone and the customer he had looked at me with a shameful look. I said never mind I’m tiered I will come another time. I walk out the front door and there was my technician sitting outside smoking a cigarette. He had the nerve to ask why I’m leaving and stated that he deserves to take a break. I’m big on customer service and I will never return back here again. Plus that same guy seemed to be flirting with his last customer...very unprofessional.

They are really nice here. They have fun and in turn you have fun! They make you feel like family and stress to you that if you are not happy with your nails to give them a chance to fix it which I really like. I get my nails and feet done on a regular basis and I am so glad to have found them to continue coming to.

Love this place! I had an ingrown toenail the very first time I went & before I even said anything about it, the owner said “Does that hurt? I’ll take care of it.” Hasn’t come back since, and I’ve been back every couple months for 2 years now. Great employees, lots of humor, and always great work!

I love the people who work there. they are so nice and caring. And they are so talented! They are the best in North Carolina!!! And they always care about if you like how you like the finished job. They do such a great job- Dont be fooled because its not near Mayfair, this place is way better then any of the places near the beaches & Mayfair. And the price is about $5- $10 lower then those places...even higher at the high end salons, and take it from me, you get much nicer look. At least thats been my experiences, and Ive been going here at least monthly sometime 2x a month. This was the first time I tried this salon I got a pedicure and a full set of nails. Matthew did a great job and told me to come back if I had any problems. My husband got a manicure and pedicure from Cami and it was excellent service as well. Definitely recommend.

This place was great for a quick pedicure! I walked in for a regular pedicure and they got me in within 15 minutes. Everyone was really friendly and they even let my boyfriend sit in the massage chair next to me so he didnt have to sit in the lobby alone. Ill definitely be back!

This is the best nail salon in town, Ive lived in Wilmington for 11 years and have tried every salon. The folks at Classy Nails have done a great job on my nails the past three years! It was the worst set of nails Ive ever had put on. They were crooked and over priced. This was for a full set. I ask for, and within a week they were crumbling. I vow never to go back there. Anybody that gives this place 5 stars, does not know anything about classy nails. The lady grinded my nails so hard my fingers were sore for a good week. Not to forget to mention, it was not clean. Ive been getting my nails done for years. This is the worst Ive ever experienced. Straight hood center.

We were near Wilmington for a girls weekend. I found this salon on the internet. I loved this salon. The personality of the salon was very welcoming . Nail technicians were very good and had great ideas. If I am in the area again I will most definitely be revisiting again.

I had a great time here today with my mom and sister while we celebrated mothers day early! Despite being a busy Sunday, everyone was more than happy to accommodate everyone despite running past close. Will be back again smile emoticon

My daughters and I went in today for the first time and were very pleased the three people that took care of us were great our nails look wonderful we will be back!

I’ve gone here twice. The first time I came to get my acrylics filled, i had a pretty good experience, and that made me want to continue coming here. The second time I went to get a fill, a guy did them. It was going smoothly until he went to file them down. Before asking me how short I wanted them, he immediately drilled into my nails and then paused and asked me “how long?”, so I had no choice but to go with the length that he filed them down to. He was going so fast the he began filing the skin around my nails and actually cut me. After he painted my nails and put a top coat on, he put a gel polish top coat over the regular nail polish, so that caused it to become a milky white color and it actually had bubbles in it. When I went up to the counter to see if they could fix it, another guy took a picture of what my nails looked like and then messily put a different kind of top coat over it. Now, the actual acrylic is peeling up, ripping off, and tearing my natural nails down past the quick.Even though the price is more than reasonable, I would never recommend this place to anyone because the money that you save here getting your nails filled will have to be put towards having to have them completely redone at a different nail salon.

I typically do not write reviews BUT... today was my 1st time visiting Classy Nails and I had a French Manicure and an AWESOME Pedicure with Matt and WOW! Why havent I been to this establishment sooner?? Clean, very friendly, attentive, and I received exactly what I asked for! Camie is amazing and always does a fantastic job.I am very particular about my nails, I prefer a more natural look. I like them thin and not too thick but I dont want them to break because o dont have time to go back and forth to get my nails fixed. I have never had a broken nail with camie . She always makes them how I like them . I always do ombreand Im always very happy with her.

Why nail salons beat on your lower leg or rub so hard it hurts, is beyond me! This is dangerous! You can bruise the muscles or worse. Also, she pulled on skin around one nail so hard it left a sore. I keep trying to find one that doesnt do your toenails and fingernails in the same chair and make it a relaxing moment!

They did such a great job with my gel polish manicure! Lasted 2 weeks! Very pleased!

This is literally the worst place! My mom lives 3,000 miles away so hardly see each other! We wanted to get toes and nails done! we waited for an hour with an appointment and still havent even had a pedicure done! My mom already had hers done! They were taking walk in before us! This was very frustrating!

The wait was long but it was worth it. Great service and love my nails. Next I will try a pedi and see how that works out. Price was a bit high but I did opt for the LCN and I love it, my nails have never looked better.
