I was so impressed with Eleanna. She did the best pedicure Ive ever had. She was fast but very thorough, personable and easy to talk with. I would post a pic of my pedicure because its so good, but I feel weird about my feet being online :) It was super easy to get an appointment. The entire salon was bright & clean. I will definitely be back!

I dont ever write reviews, ever. I dont think Ive ever written one even when I mean to, and that sounds cliche but...take it or leave. This place is AMAZING. Its a small, well kept, clean, professional salon. They really actually care about your nails and not just about making the extra $. They take their time, double check their work, and make sure it looks great! Eleanna is really attentive and cares about her works. Will never go anywhere else again!

Wonderful pedicure with hot towels and massage. And I loved that they change the liner in the tub for each client. They Took me as a walk in close to closing when they were busy which was most kind.

I called and made an appointment super friendly phone call. I showed up on for my appointment on time. When I arrived, I signed in and the receptionist called the young lady from the back, she was not excited to see me because I am a heavier woman and Ive seen this look before, so I already knew. The sad part is she judged a book by its cover because my feet are super cute, And maintained, I just wanted to try a new salon. The receptionist was speaking with her, she walked away mid conversation and started to draw the bath for my feet. I told the receptionist never mind, but thank you.

These girls really know what theyre doing! They get you in & out in no time flat. They do their best to make you comfortable. And because they specialize in natural nails there arent any overwhelming fumes.

Very high end establishment and very friendly and courteous. But they did a horrible job on my pedicure. I only came here because I was pressed for time.I could have went elsewhere and paid less for full service and higher quality. Try Kims Nail Salon in Eden Square. Ask for Tina, she is amazing!!

Had a great time with my daughter at a girls birthday party. The staff was really good with them and were pretty easy-going about having eight mostly 4 and 5 year olds in the salon. They did have other customers while we were there and the space got a bit cramped, so if something like that would bother you while youre having your nails done, Id check with them on a weekend if there will be a party that day. But I dont imagine they host that many parties there.

Service was prompt, and Savette was very friendly and knowledgeable. She did a great job with my pedicure, and even accommodated my last minute request to add an express mani. There she performed a minor miracle by making this habitual nail-biter’s hands look close to normal. This was my first visit to Polished but I will definitely be back.

If you’re a natural nails kinda gal this is your place! Easy to find location, street parking was pretty carefree as well. They have a vast collection of Essie and OPI polishes. Easy to make appointment online. The only thing that I didn’t like is you can’t tip on cards. They also have signage encouraging cash payment. But no atm. The tipping part is very inconvenient! I suggest they make that known on their website and even include it on the confirmation email when you make an appointment so ppl can be prepared. It’s not only inconvenient but pretty embarrassing. Other than that the place is cute, has friendly staff and functions efficiently. Definitely recommend.

Great experience at this salon, my gel manicure has lasted for 2 weeks+!

Seemed great. Got a gel manicure and a express pedi on saturday, overall happy. The next day my grl manicure started to chip, when they are supposed to last 2 weeks, then two days later the whole polish popped right off. When i called to express my concern i was spoken to in a very rude tone and basically rushed off the phone. Needless to say i will never return. I do not recommend this nail salon
