Came in and spent quite a bit on a basic pedi and gel mani. the woman was not very personable but also didnt do all the steps i would expect for my services, for example when she went to do my hand massage she just squirted the lotion in my palm and i just held my hand there like she was going to massage me and she looks at me and said do it yourself so i just rubbed the lotion in confused.....& 3 days later i have 2 chipped nails :(not worth the money

I happened to be in the area and phoned in at 9:45am. They picked up the phone even though they open at 10am and gladly scheduled me for 10am. Someone took my temperature at the door and I was directed to wash my hands. It’s a spacious salon which made it easy to exercise healthy distancing. Plexiglass are strategically placed and masks are enforced. They have an elaborate pedicure menu and I opted for one that included a 10-minute massage. So happy with this spontaneous visit. Extra star for accepting Venmo payments!

Best salon hands down, friendly staff, nice atmosphere. I have been to a few others in the area and have no plan to go anywhere else but here in the future! Since Covid-19, they have taken a few extra precautions which are great, making customers feel extra safe. Next time maybe Ill splurge on one of the many different pedis they offer, the list looks amazing!

First time coming here as I have been looking for a nail salon in the area that I like. I got a dip manicure and am very pleased with it. They are very clean and friendly. The wax hand dip and the shoulder massage was a great bonus. Price was very reasonable. Will be returning.

I HIGHLY recommend Coco Nails! The best experience I have ever had! They did exactly what I wanted. The salon is impeccably clean, quiet and relaxing. All the staff are sweet and very professional. They do not rush through your appointment to take another client, they take their time and focus on you! I will never go anywhere else, I would give them 100 stars if I could!

This place was amazing!! Very clean, bright, and big inside. Besides a great gel manicure, they had a very cool hand moisturizing technique that I’ve never seen before — made my hands so soft! Also the complimentary shoulder rub was a really nice touch. All the employees are very kind and professional. Highly recommend!

Coco nails is simply the best nail salon around. Aiden and Katie are the BEST. The salon is immaculate and they have an open and airy concept with soothing music playing. The pedicure stations are amazing. They have gorgeous drop lights above and comfortable massage chairs with beautiful foot baths. The pedicures are sublime! There is a wonderful menu of different pedicure options including Lavender, Pomegranate, and Silky Milky along with many others. The foot massages which come with the pedicures can last up to 20 minutes and are heaven on earth. It is hard not to fall asleep as it is so relaxing.They have a wonderful assortment of gel polishes and are incredibly helpful in choosing a good color for you, as there are so many options. They also are unique, in that they give you a hot hand wax treatment with peach scented wax, and then give you a back massage as the wax dries. Talk about complete relaxation. This is a hidden Gem of an establishment, run by two caring owners who truly work incredibly hard to make all customers have a wonderful experience.

I was very loyal to another nail salon for many years but Coco Nails just blew me away. It is amazing, I had to switch. It is clean and very tastefully decorated with plenty of parking. The manicures and pedicures are top notch. I dont get gel and my nails still dont chip for 2 weeks. They also massage your neck and shoulders as an added bonus and give a paraffin treatment.

My first time here and certainly not my last. By far the best pedicure I have ever gotten. Eva is amazing and will take care of you and make sure you feel relaxed and stress free. Best spot in Wilmington for pedicures!!

Honestly hands down the best place in Wilmington to get nails done. I normally get a gel manicure ($30). Maybe a bit pricey for some people but the quality of work is awesome not to mention the added wax stuff you get your hands dipped into. Ive been to 3 different employees and everyone is awesome and everyone is so friendly! Not to mention, I like the music selection. Who can complain about a little Boys 2 Men! 👍

This salon is very clean and I had a great manicure from Ashley. Some nice extra touches were a brief shoulder massage while I was getting my manicure and a hand paraffin treatment at the end. All for a reasonable price of $15. I had gel polish removed first and since I was getting a manicure it was only $5 extra...an excellent price.

They do a fabulous job and go the extra step to make you feel comfortable. Very clean nail salon.Just be sure to schedule an appointment because otherwise you will feel rushed. They Seem to be busy all the time so just schedule in advance so you’re sure to get the A+ treatment.

I enjoyed my first manicure at Coco nails this past Sunday. There were more steps included here than some other local salons, so that was a plus. The place is minimally furnished and clean-looking, which is pleasing to the eye.Would love to have had a better quality scrub and hand lotion (had parabens in it -- wasnt thrilled about that).The employees didnt seem to be washing their hands in between clients, which is my one and only large complaint. Im very OCD and notice things like this.That said, the manicure came out great and they were very accommodating. The people are very kind! I will be back, but I hope they see this and implement a reminder to be washing hands between clients!

The music is so bad here that cant even enjoy the service. I even said forget about my manicure because I cant wait to break free of the assault. Too bad I wont be back, I bet I would enjoy the foot massage if I could relax...

Good pedicure. Vatiety of enchancements. Comfortable chairs. Below average manicure. They didnt clean my nails and left a lot of skin. Also my nails are all uneven and have sharp corners. Had to touch up at home. Disappointed because Ive heard such good things about this place. I wont be returning.

Not only do I love coco nails for my regular mani/pedis, but they hosted a wedding party this weekend and went above and beyond for us! They closed the place for us and allowed us to bring in snacks. They were very prompt with our services and getting all of us done. The staff is friendly and caring and do a great job on nails! Highly suggest them!

Called to ask about services and the woman didn’t understand me so sheput a guy on the phone who was rude and hung up on me after I asked why their prices were so high! They don’t do any acrylic nails there whatsoever. They only do gel nails. $75 for a new full set. Their services have “Newbury street, Boston” price tags!

I love the gel manicure as it lasts a long time without chipping. Im on a computer every day and no chips and can last 2 weeks.

I live 9 miles from here, its so worth it! Clean, relaxing, lots of colors including all the newest, and the techs do a fabulous job, lots of attention to detail!

I have been going here for about a year. Recently there seems to be some change in the staff. Had a pedicure yesterday with Scott. Have to say I was disappointed. He only said three things to me. He appeared annoyed by the entire service.He made my pedicure very uncomfortable. I have recommenced this place to so many people. Hope this was an isolated incident.
