Got a jelly pedicure. Very relaxing and worth the price

2nd time my fiancé going there and having a horrible experience. I’m not the one to write a bad review, I just rather not return. This time I’m willing to share her experience, since the 1st I thought they were overwhelmed by how busy they were.As she sat down, a lady asked her how she wants her acrylic nails cut, she described and showed. As lady glued it on, she began other procedure that goes after cutting, my fiancé stopped her and said that she forgot to cut the nails, with attitude “I asked you!” the lady replied to her. Then that lady got up and left, another man sat down and began cutting her nails to my fiancés request, THEN with force he began filing her nails as if she’s not a human being. This is not how you treat your customers, no matter how busy or slow you are. After everything is done, she paid $50 and left $5 tip. As she got home and explained to me that everything has happened to her, I was appalled. Hence me writing this review.As a business owner, I hope NAIL SPARTY will change after this review.

Havent been in a few years because I relocated visited last week for full set and pedicure service was impeccable as well as quality definitely will be returning

We tried Nail Sparty for the first time recently and we were blown away! They went above and beyond with massages and of all the salons we’ve visited over the years, they used techniques we’ve never experienced before making it the best pedicure without a doubt!

I found my forever nail salon! Ive been searching for a very long time for a nail salon I can call my go to! I found it! Vincent did an excellent job. He didnt talk much, but thats OK. I enjoy a more relaxed quiet experience. However, he was very attentive to what I wanted and made sure I was happy before I left. Vincent, you just earned yourself a new client! Thank you!

After looking for a decent nail salon in Surf City, Holly Ridge, and Hampstead, I was finally able to find one! ...I had to drive a little bit to get there, but now I know it’s worth the drive! There was no wait- it was early in the morning, so there were no fumes in the salon. The staff was very friendly and my nails have never looked so nice! The nail tech did a fantastic job- I didn’t have to fuss or correct him, He knew exactly what i asked for and they turned out perfect. Highly recommended.

I recently had a gel manicure and pedicure at another salon and the wear and tear wasnt what I expected. My phone call was answered quickly and I had an appointment within an hour. Jennifer did a great job explaining what she was doing, why I experienced the issues with the gel. She provided a quality mani/pedi during my lunch break that left me feeling relaxed, more comfortable with the product I was using (non gel) and my nails look great! I will be back!

Jennifer is the ONLY one I’ll get a pedicure from, she’s seriously amazing and so so sweet! Vincent gave me a such a beautiful pink and white full set! The staff here is so nice and accommodating! I’m new to the area and this place reminds me of my salon back home! They’re a must see salon in Wilmington!! ❤️❤️

I have made Nail Sparty my place for nails and brows for 7+ years. I have continued to visit there despite that now I have a job in a completely different direction and it is no longer conveniently on my route. They are clean, easy to communicate my needs to/with and friendly, as well as fair priced. Anythime I have tried a different place Im just not as satisfied with the quality of work! But dont take my word for it try it yourself!

Absolutely loved my experience. I felt more comfortable there than Ive felt at any salon and he made my nails exactly like I asked. Will be a regular customer for sure!!

Place to go ask for Jennifer she is friendly and helpful. You dont need appointment but it is better if you have one---Wrote previous 4 months ago now as of Aug I no longer go here she changed when shop was sold, she no longer listened to my requests, did as I asked. So if you go here make sure you get what you want. I am going elsewhere.

Went on Tuesday morning and got service right away. In and out in a little less than 1.5 hours. Clean, kind, and the perfect pedi and gel polish manicure. Go and try it!

My nails look Awful and I had a fill in 5 days ago!!! I will post pics. Almost all of them are lifting. I was over charged. I was told $38 and when they ran my debit card I was charged $40! Never going back!

Love Nail Sparty been going since 2011! Starting seeing Vincent a few months ago and that man can work magic!!!
