I went here on a whim when the place I originally was going to check out was close. It did not disappoint. Unlike most places I did not feel pressured into getting services I didnt want. Lee was very friendly and did a great job. I found my new favorite place.

This was my first experience with them and everyone was so kind and professional. My tech was moving quite quickly and I thought my nails would turn out a little bit sloppy. But, theyre absolutely perfect. Im blown away! The nails are beautiful, my hands feel amazing, Im definitely coming back here. And also, the pricing was not bad at all! Love this place. Just for reference, I got a full set of gel acrylics.

Ive been staying away from nail salon for a moment, however its getting warmer so went to this Salon.Ive been here before a few years ago when I lived in the area. Going during the morning of the week. That was perfect, friendly staff none of that asking questions going on....had pedicure, sat in the massage chair after the pedicure. Plan to go back.

Tucked inconspicuousily in Branmar Plaza on Kirkwood Highway in Wilmington Delaware. Wasnt expecting to find this Jewel of a nail salon, nor had I planned on having my nails done. If 2020 has been nothing but hardship and loss for you try multiplying a billion and youd have my life. Yet this day I walked in to Belle Beaute and was greeted with the warmest friendliest smile from John the manager. I didnt expect he would be able to take me so quickly due to the Pandemic. Part of me feeling guilty for spending money on myself thought he wouldnt be able to. But right away he lead me to my seat for the first phase of You Deserve it dam it day! John turned into my pedicurist and therapist in one. While lavishly attending to a much needed pedicure and determining the perfect toe color. We discussed how the Pandemic had negatively effected not just small businesses but new businesses who didnt qualify for relief. The shop slowly started filling with other customers, but John treated me as if I were the only person that mattered. His skills are phenomenal my feet havent felt or looked this good in years. My nails 💅 look so good Im not ashamed to show them off now. Nor am I sorry that I chose on this rainy day to get Pandemic Pampering! at Belle Beaute. A Pearl of a shop! Tell John, Margo sent you!

This is an awesome nail salon! I have been coming to Trish for years. She takes her time and is very accommodating for her clients. I always get compliments on my nails and brows. She is very nice and we always a good time. Great spa like experience.

Trish has been the reason I keep coming back!! She’s a great manager and somehow makes sure everyone gets what they want in a timely manner. She educates her clients about the available services but does not “push” for them to buy extras. She’s got a great sense of humor. My nails always look great, they are gentle when waxing my eyebrows and lips, and the place is kept clean and neat.

My nails look so bad. Got them done yesterday and then went to get them fixed today because there was a huge gap between the gel and my actual skin and all she did was paint it and still painted it poorly. Her fixing it made it look worse. For someone who hasnt gotten nails done in 6 yrs because mommy duties over take everything else this is not the experience that will keep me as a customer. I would never suggest this place to anyone.Update: she is now blaming me saying I dont know how nails are suppose to look because its been so long since I had mine done. I have 5 other people saying the same thing I am about the job she did. Just ridiculous

I love this place! My first time here was in 2017. Trish is my favorite. She does an excellent job on my jell manicure and my brows. I get compliments from people for both. I cant see going anywhere else. I must drive past 5 other shops to go here. You can also get a facial here... Ill be getting one in the next few weeks.

I have been going to Belle Beaute for 13 years and I would never go anywhere else. Trish is absolutely amazing, she not only takes care of my hands, feet and eyebrows she is a dear friend. She is a caring person and takes pride in her business. She does amazing designs as well. I’m going to try and post a pic of my toes after one month, besides the growth they still look amazing!

I have been coming here for a number of years. Trisha is fabulous. Does a perfect job on pedicure and gel manicure. I have gone to other salons in area with groupons as well as out of town. Always come back here because no other place does as good a job and gel manicure doesn’t last as well from other salons. And if anything isn’t right they fix it. Gel manicure almost always lasts at least 2 1/2 weeks and sometimes 3 weeks. Pedicures for a month.

The man that did my manicure & pedicure was so rough. It wasn’t relaxing at all!To top it off, the woman that waxed my brows got a bunch of wax in my hair!!! I do not recommend this place!

In the past this place was great. My last few visits with my daughter were terrible. They were understaffed, and while we were brought back together our Pedicures were often done by the same person so one of us waited with our feet in cold water and then the other was sent up front, so not a lot of bonding time. The staff was rushed, my pedicure was done in less then 10 minutes. You could pay $45 to get the spa pedicure that included massage and hot towels. This wasnt even as good as the original spa massage that was $25 in the past. The tech also said the nail polish I brought was cheap and clumpy.... it was their polish!!! Needs less to say, we wont be back. Its a shame, it used to be a nice place.

Been coming here for years!!!!!!! Wont get anywhere else. Everyone is so friendly and greets you with a smiling face as soon as you walk in the door. They take their time with each service to make sure the client is always happy.Highly, HIGHLY recommend.

Went for an ok pedicure. Nothing great. Had acrylic nails filled opted for regular polish. Was asked 3 times by 3 different workers why I didnt want gel. Explained I didnt want to spend the extra $10 dollars. Right after putting two coats of polish on I was taken to have my eyebrows done. My wet nails didnt fair well. As I was led to the driver the worker applied another coat of polish then waited a second went back and put more polish. I told her that was too many layers and it wouldnt dry that she needed to remove the polish on two fingers she said no and proceeded to put on a thick top coat. My nail looked like a mountain. I got up, took my tip back showed the manager and left. The manager did offer to have my nail fixed but I didnt want to listen to more of their Vietnamese conversation like I did when I declined the gels! Will not be returning. It used to be a nice shop awhile back. Too many places that do value the customer and their trade

Under new Management 😆😊😆 Trish who has been doing my eyebrows and pedicure over 8 years is back. She is now managing the shop. I love this place, great atmosphere, excellent company, and the best nail artists. 😍😍👏👏👏👍 I cant wait to go back. I’ve been all over trying to find someone who can do my nails right and I’ve finally found this place it’s amazing Trish is very friendly although I go to Julie for my nails she’s the best she literally takes her time and makes sure your cuticles are clean and the polish is perfect. I walked out of there a few weeks ago and couldn’t be more happy with my pedicure literally the best I’ve ever had. I also went in before the eagles went to the Super Bowl asking for some type of design and Julie just did her thing and went ABOVE and BEYOND I had so many compliments on my nails it was crazy. If you need something some this is the BEST place by far. Oh it’s also nice to be greeted by your name when you walk in very professional yet personable staff

They do great work and the techs are much friendlier than what Im accustomed to. Every time Ive gone in without an appointment they make sure to greet you right away and see that youre attended to as quickly as possible.

Such a great salon! They do wonderful work, both gels and regular polish. I even ventured outside my comfort zone and got a special design...the hibiscus was GORGEOUS! I have finally foubd my salon home.

Best nail salon I have used. Trish is awesome. Very clean, friendly and well run.

They did a horrible job. My nail polish was chipping within a couple days and my long and strong nails were chipping and became brittle. I will never go to this place again. They do not care about your nails. You’d think it would at least be pretty. The technician didn’t even give me the color I asked for on my feet.

I love Trish, the manager and shes also the one i request to have all my manis, pedis, etc., done with. Shes great to talk to after a long, hard day at work. The environment is very welcoming. Trish handles all clients professionally and honors all requests made regarding the scope of the job. I cant say enough about Belle Beaute.

The only place to go for your nails.. Love it here, very clean, always do an awesome job and very friendly and helpful. Trish is the bestAlso, to Jaqualin Murrays review, I was in the salon at that time, and that is NOT what happened, although she did take the tip back (Who does that), the workers did not pressure to get gel, they asked and explained the benefits, and she seemed very happy with the pedicure, offered water to her as she kept complaining she was hot, she then left, explained she didnt feel well, then came back to get nails done, didnt hear her ask them to remove the polish, they offered to remove and she declined and screamed at staff.

Got a pedicure here on a Sunday. In a hurry I didnt check the polish job before I left & when I finally did later that day, it looked like a kindergartener polished my toenails. By Monday evening before I had time to get them repolished, half of my nails were already chipped. Waste of time & money. Will not be returning.

I had an appointment today at 130, didnt get seen until 2, and my 25$ gel mani looks like a 12 year old painted them. Very unhappy with the job that was done. They also told me completely different pricing on the phone and then in person.****its been 5 days and the polish is coming off already. Ill be in there tomorrow to get my money back, also making me bleed with the cuticle remover TWICE has me watching for an infection. Do not go here youll have better luck somewhere else.

This place was amazing and the employees were awesome!!!! I got ombre nails and a deluxe pedicure!!!! My pregnant self needed it and the employees were so amazing!!!!!

People were very friendly, but the gel manicure was pretty poor. I was left with polish on my fingertips and all over the sides of my nails. The corners are also sharp to the point of being painful. It was my first time and it will be my last. I would have asked to have it fixed but I didnt have time.
