They did an OK job and their prices are pretty decent I guess, but the workers are very rude and aggressive. when I asked to put a gem on each of my middle fingers the owner huffed and puffed like she was irritated by it. I feel like if I’m paying 60 and $70 they should respect what I want on my nails. From the looks of it they do pretty good with pedicures. it was my first time going but I would not recommend it to a friend or family member. and it seems as if you HAVE to tip them but if you were rude to me, why should I have to tip you it should be optional. other than that everything was fine.

I have been to 8 nail salons and it has taken the 2nd or 3 time for me to say never again. But going here after the 1st time was great. I really enjoy when they do not make you feel bad when you have a question or suggestion. I love my ombre nails

I havent had a pedicure since the beginning of the pandemic! The ladies here were awesome! Beautiful French pedicure. Feet are soft as if I never missed a pedicure! Highly recommend!!

They were able to fit in all 5 of us. (Girls trip) we all got pedicures and one of us got a manicure too. they were very caring, didn’t rush but also got us done in a timely manner, very relaxing they all did a very good job.

My husband got pedicures at Queen. The service was wonderful! The personal attention, time and quality of work was amazing. Highly recommend.

I went to this nail salon since moving to Wilmington at first the service was great pedicure and manicures came out looking great and the service was great Las. The service was a little slow but that is everywhere you go because of everyone being short staffed. The last couple of times I have been however my pedicure color faded drastically, I always get the same color on my fingernails as I do my toenails and it looked like two totally different colors. I brought this to the owners attention and was told they would fix this time but it must be something wrong with me I was told to make an appointment which I did and showed up to on time and had to wait which I was fine with until som3 another worker came back from lunch and took a walk in ahead of me., at this point I simp3 left I will be finding another salon.

Loved this place in the past, but the last three times Ive been in there Ive had to wait excessively. This time, we just got up and left after waiting 45 minutes after our appointment time. Not sure Ill be back.

Tony and Tami are the best! I love going there!! I get my gel nail fill-in every 3 weeks and pedis once or twice a month! Great people! Excellent service! I highly recommend Queen Nail!!

I have been going to this place for about a year and i love it. I get acrylics and have tried a few places and this is the most consistent salon i have been to. The new employees Tammy and Tony are great! They are very friendly and do an amazing job. Definitely go here if you need a nail salon.

If you want a quality spa pedicure where they take their time and treat you like a VIP, then this your place! I have been to other salons in the area where they don’t take their time and it feels like a factory where they just try to get people in and out. The staff at queen nails are super friendly and make you feel pampered throughout your visit. They also have a great selection of nail colors. They are very attentive to detail and just provide great quality services all around! This will definitely be my new go-to salon!

Nice salon, the manicurist that did my toes did a good job however she was slow. It took an hour and half for a pedicure.

Ive been to several nail salons but was never thrilled with the results. I was nervous trying a new place but felt at ease when I explained what I wanted. The owner listened and asked further questions to be sure he understood exactly what I wanted. I was more than thrilled with the results and looks like I wont have to try any other salons, Ill always go back to Queens!

I walked in and my first thought was this place smells good. I got the pricing info I needed which was a reasonable price and I sat and waited. About 2 minutes later one of the ladies walked up to me and told me that it will be a long wait. I asked how long.She said 30 minutes. I said okay. Then she expressed that the wait will be really long. I said I have 30 minutes to wait. She said it may be 40. I told her that I had time. She proceeded to express how long the wait was going to be. She said so youre willing to said that long of a time, I said yes. She then said that it may be an hour, maybe longer. I asked if she was trying to get me to leave. She looked at me for a long time then expressed again how long my wait will be. As I looked around I noticed that none of the other clients had my skin color. I wonder if thats why my services were not wanted. Ill just get my nails done when I get back to Florida, I dont need this.

Best foot and leg massage with a pedicure I have ever had! They took their time which let me just relax and enjoy being pampered. I was a walk in and the wait was minimal. Cant wait to come back next summer... sorry to say that my SLC Utah location will have to step up to match my vacation pedicure.

I have been going here since they opened. It used to be a fantastic place to go but the last several times were very disappointing. One of the workers is very rushed. This is the last time I will go. The gel polish was slapped on so quickly and thick there were air bubbles. She cut my nails as short as possible even though I told her I wanted to keep them longer. The gel polish started coming up the next day.

Terrible place to go! We walked in and a lady started my sisters nails and was on her phone instead of focusing on my sister. She didn’t even ask her what she wanted. In the middle of applying the fake nails she told her to go to the guy instead. So after I found my color I asked the lady if that was a gel polish and she said yes. She did my nails and was on the phone with someone the whole time. We went to the drying station and I was there for 30 mins before I got up and had to ask them my self if I was done. She said we both were and my sister had been there for 5 mins. The lady who did my nails acted like she didn’t even want to be there at all. Didn’t even want to cash me out either. No to mention my nails were chipping that day. Definitely not going back 😒

Yesterday was my second time going to the salon for a manicure and again I am really impressed!! They take their time and my nails look perfect!! I would definitely recommend them!!

Both my husband and I have been going to Queen Nails since they opened. I get a gel fill and pedicure and he gets a pedicure. We are both very pleased with both the facilities and services. We had visited other locations in the area but will use Queen nails for all future services.

I was in from out of town and did not know where to go for a Mani-pedi that was clean and professional. Queen nails has a very good review when googled so I gave them a try. I was not disappointed in the least. I would highly recommend.

Just got nails done Friday and already one broke, not happy. Never had that happen and it was my first time going.
