I was referred to by several people and they were 100% right. Kelly and his employees restored my car to its younger days. From the carpet to the stickers on the windows, the engine to the trunk. They did a beyond amazing job. They got scratches out that covered the trunk of my car. Seriously wonderful job.

I wasnt even thinking about getting my car detailed but after seeing their handy work and hearing how great their prices were, well I couldnt pass it up and booked right then and there. I work long days so being able to drop my car off after hours the night before my appointment was perfect and picking it up was just as easy. My car has never looked so clean and Im so glad I did this! Will use this company again and absolutely recommend!

Could not be happier with Xtreme detail!! Will not go anywhere else for any of my car needs now. My cat had to have emergency surgery two hours away and she peed in the carrier on the way home. If anyone is familiar with cat pee, it just gets worse over time and smells absolutely foul. I bought enzyme cleaner and had been spraying ozium but could not get rid of the smell. I put off getting it professionally done because I couldn’t afford it but finally sucked it up and called. Judy who answered the phone was so friendly and professional. I’m not sure of the gentleman’s name that actually took care of my car but he was also extremely friendly and professional! They were able to get me right in, it took hardly any time at all and now I don’t cry every time I get in my car. Thank you SO much!

It had been neglected by the previous owner and it was time to have it professionally cleaned up. Ray and his team at Xtreme did an unbelievable job. The interior now looks brand new. All interior carpets and carpet mats were vacuumed, steamed cleaned and treated with Scotchgard Carpet Protector. Windows were cleaned a non-alcohol product to protect my window tint. All leather and vinyl surfaces were cleaned and treated with top quality products to look new. The deck behind the rear seats was cleaned and gently combed to perfection, as was the headliner. The trunk carpet was also steam cleaned and protected with a Scotchgard application. The rubber truck mat was hand cleaned, dried and coated with a vinyl protector. What a nice job. Amazing work for a fair price. After three kids, countless field ops and snorkeling every season I did not think there was any hope for my apolstry. This business is the best. They are super friendly and do a superior job cleaning my car. I ferried four kids around for a year for soccer carpool and they made my car look brand new.I brought my car in with dirty upholstery and I dont know how they did it but it looks like I just bought it from a dealership. Being a business owner I never give out a bad review but the experience I just had was absolutely unbelievable. I own a car dealership here in Wilmington. The guy weve been using for our detailing has been booked up a week or so out. Another dealer friend of mine uses extreme and my detail guy as well had suggested I try them. I called and an extremely rude woman answered the phone. I told her I was a dealer and had several cars we needed detailed because our normal guy was booked up. She asked me who we had been using, I told her his name and she immediately got an attitude and said well I think you need to take it there then I said maam he is booked and I have cars that need cleaned. She then said she would get the owner. I heard her tell the owner that I was on the phone, and then she said he uses Wilson and the owner said he would not even talk to me. She came back to the phone and said we dont want your business take the cars to your detail guy. I couldnt believe it. Turn down a paying customer with multiple cars needing detailing because they dont like the person who I had been using. I dont know what the beef is between the guy who has been doing our detailing and them, but it has nothing to do with me. I have the slightest idea what the deal is between them and its none of my business.

Ray Moore took care of my 2012 CRV and made it look brand new. The leather seats had been reconditioned, the exterior rocked a deep, gorgeous shine and the wheels and tires had been dressed to VIP expectations. It was parked out front, and when I pulled up I had to do a double take I was that blown away. Not only is Ray a professional detailer he happens to be a very nice guy who goes above and beyond to please the customer. I recently took my husbands car in to get detailed by Xtreme Detail. We were not disappointed! His car came back looking brand new! Every inch of the car was cleaned! The floors were spotless. The trunk completely cleaned. They even cleaned our old, dirty floor mates that needed replacing. We looked under the hood and it looked like it had just been driven off the lot. You can tell that the employees of Xtreme Detail take their time and do the best they can to give your car back in the best condition possible. The owner was super friendly and polite. We arrived 30 minutes prior to them opening and he greeted us outside. This allowed us to spend time with other things that needed to get done. Just got my 99 Ranger Stepside back from Xtreme. Saw great reviews and was blown away by the pictures they posted on their site. These folks were definitely the ones I wanted to clean my pickup. Owned the truck for about 8 years and worked for landscaping, welding, and machining companies, and the truck showed quite a bit of it. It was dropped off in the morning and when I went to pick it up that evening, it was like looking at a new truck. The care and detail that went into this almost 19 year old vehicle is worth its weight in gold. It was like looking at a factory new Ranger! Ray and his team went above and beyond my expectations and made the truck look better than the day I bought it!

A bit pricey but they do a good job. They will give a discount on repeat visits. Super friendly owner and staff. Theyll even deliver your car back to you if you cant pick up. Ive had a van and a car cleaned here. Got my husbands car cleaned for his birthday and it was worth it b/c he never would have done it himself! Only complaint is they didnt get all the dog hair out of our van (former owners had a dog and I wanted it all gone) but I was told they tried.

I have a had a couple cars detailed here inside and out, and the owner, Ray, is amazing at his job and super nice along with his office personnel who I believe is Judy. My car always come back above and beyond what I would expect for very fair prices. I recently brought my WRX STI there to remove adhesive from vinyls on the exterior and was amazed at how he was able to get it off so cleanly. I will always bring my cars here!

I called to get some info and some kid with a bad attitude answered the phone. He did not know anything, didnt care to refer me to anyone else and sounded so depressed. I told Taylor if he did not like his job to get a different one. It is attitudes like his that turn potential customers away.
