I worked as an out of state buyer with Patrick Lynch. He did a very good job of representing the vehicles condition (used) and answered all of my questions promptly. He was very personable and respectful, earning my trust through the process. Rob Nestor in the finance department was also quite easy to deal with, and responded quickly. Negotiations were quick and smooth, no nonsense. I had a hang-up with the follow-through from the titling department, but all-in-all everything was satisfied within short time. A happy buyer!
We found the perfect CPO vehicle online at Union Park Volvo and were able to arrange nearly all of the transaction remotely prior to driving down from NJ to pick up our new car. My Experience with the car purchase and the service center were excellent. My difficulty occurred when I needed to replace a broken windshield at the Collision Center. I was unable to get any return calls for an estimate from that department for almost 2 weeks. I asked for help from the Sales Manager & Service Manager after I was unable to get the Asst. Manager from Collision to return my calls as to why I was unable to get an estimate. Please Note - I couldnt just go to any window replacement center because Volvo cars with cameras need to be recalibrated by their department. So I even showed up to that department in person and neither the Estimator or Asst. Man. were available nor did they return my calls after I was promised that I would hear from them. It wasnt until I finally was led to the General Service Manager who was a kind and respectful person set things in motion for me to get an estimate and tracked my window order. He did bring a sense of relief knowing that he was going to see this repair through until it was completed. But I am very disappointed in that Volvo is a manufacturer built for safety and I couldnt get anyone to respond to me for 2 weeks while i drove around in a car with a crack that was more than half way across the windshield.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I thought I would be taken as a joke being I’m only 19 but The sales representative Patrick was always positive and the up most friendly and respectful toward me and my mom when We first came in to just look at the Volvo S60 (my dream car). Because of Minor set backs ON MY END. I wasn’t able to purchase the vehicle. Upon me coming back a SECOND time. I thought I wouldn’t get taken seriously. I WAS WRONG. Patrick along with the finance manger Robert took care of me the moment I walked in the door with a smooth transition into me purchasing my brand new 2020 Volvo S60. I FELT AT HOME and well taken care of being that this was my first BIG purchase. Patrick made sure I was confident in my decision and not feeling scared about my first big step to being independent with such a big purchase. The service was so good my mom is considering switching to Volvo!! Even the other sales representatives were congratulating me on my success at such a young age and making sure me and my mother were okay and not left in the dark. It was the best and by far fastest dealership purchase me and my mom have ever took part in.

I have been buying automobiles for myself and others for over 50 years and I have never encountered a dealership like U. P. I just leased an XC90 from Henry and Mica and I must say it was the single most pleasant auto transaction I have ever had. Henry is the exemplary salesperson and his demeanor is exactly what everyone wants, but rarely gets. I cant say enough positive things about him and Mica. They renewed my faith that there really are great, caring salespeople out there who actually listen.

By far one of the worst service centers I’ve had to deal with, I took my car in to have my engine replaced back in May and they had my car until early June and when I got my car back there was no coolant in the reservoir and my car consistently ran hot, so I decided that I was no longer going to do business with these rude, disgusting people and I was going to send my car somewhere more reputable. I had my car towed to Stillman Volvo yesterday afternoon and they diagnosed the issue as being the cooling fan not turning on because a wire was cut. In addition they tried to do everything they could to get money out of my pockets and not to deal with my warranty company, however I digress, I was wronged by those people in the service center of Union Park Volvo and I am demanding that something be done about the lackluster service I was provided.

I generally like my XC90 but am very disappointed with the service at Union Park Volvo. I have a check engine message and when I called to get the car in for service, the soonest they can schedule me is 2 weeks from now. Ive certainly learned a lesson for when I buy my next car.
The sales people could have been more knowledgeable about their cars. They had difficulty answering my fathers questions on the technology the safety systems use.

These guys got the work done properly, but destroyed (or at least the warranty on) a $1,500 ceramic coating when they ran my car through their tunnel wash without asking.
BUYERS BEWARE! Attempted to be a first time Volvo buyer, I figured what better place to go than the actual dealer, I was wrong. We negotiated a deal, with them telling me all along that Union Park wanted my business. That turned out to be a lie; after the deal was done and the purchase order was signed we left to pick up the car on Monday so they could get it detailed. Well the same night at 5:30 PM (they close at 5 on Saturdays), they called my wife which had nothing to do with the purchase of the vehicle and tell her they sold the vehicle after we had a contract on it. Attempted phone calls back went unanswered do to the fact that they were technically closed. The only reason they get 1 star is because 0 isn’t available.Update: After waiting for a phone call back from a manager at Union Park for over a week who told me he was going to get to the bottom of what happened and give me a call back ASAP. It takes Union Park 19 minutes to respond to this post. Mark, Micah, and Ron have my number.
I just brought my car in and asked specifically just to see if there were any software updates available for my vehicle. The check engine light came on a couple weeks ago so I took it and had the code read for FREE at a local store. I found out that the code had to do with a Evap leak so I did some research. I found a Technical Service Bulletin for my specific make and model and found out that some of these models have a glitch in the software that makes the Evap code come on even when there is no leak. This is the reason I took my car to Volvo - so they could check for a software glitch and that is all I wanted. I feel that they should have called me immediately after they found out there were no updates available. Instead they went ahead and ran a diagnostic and charged me for this test even though I did not ask for it. Ive done enough research on my car and knew that, if the software wasnt the issue, it was one of two things. I already knew that it could potentially be a hose leak and I planned on taking care of this myself. Again, all I wanted was a software update and instead got charged for something that I already knew. I am not impressed and will not be taking it back here. Please listen to what your customers have to say in the future.

I just had an outstanding customer service experience at Union Park Volvo. I had a problem and the extended warranty had technically expired. However, between the Service Mgr, Dave, and the regional people, they fixed the problem at no cost to me (goodwill). And it was done much quicker than expected. I cant say enough about how pleased I am. I had just had a terrible experience with a local Ford Service Dept, so I wasnt expecting such great service. Makes me want to buy another Volvo when the time comes!

Had one of the WORST experiences with this Volvo property as a whole. Had a Volvo for years and never had such horrible service. Had to get body work done at the collision center, they not only took 8 weeks to fix it, but found out after all that time the wrong parts were installed in the car, causing them to keep my car for an additional 2 weeks. Service center literally ignores your calls, even when messages were left. The insurance claim wasnt able to to closed because they refuse to answer the phone or return phone calls! WORST VOLVO ENTITY IVE EVER EXPREINCED. Ive had wonderful experiences at a number of other Volvo locations, so buy and repair else where. Avoid this place like the plague!

They are wayyyy more expensive then any other Volvo dealer Especially for service I wanted to get a key made and they wanted to charge me $200.00 to $300 more than the other Volvo dealer and they are VERY RUDE And incapable of empathy or sympathy I would rather drive to Stillman for my service.
