Do not take your car here, these people are con artist and thieves.i took my vehicle here and told them about some issues I was having. They had my vehicle from Thursday morning until Monday with no contact. I went because I needed my vehicle back to use and they charged me 143.13 to just do what auto zone does for free. They let me know I had a bad fuse in my steering column and didnt even replace the fuse they just let me know I had a bad fuse for 143.13 and then that night my check engine light came on probably from them joy riding it around trying to make other codes pop up. like I said dont take your car to these people. They dont care about the quality of your car all they car about is getting your money.

I took my e46 bmw to their shop for them to look at the codes and go through and hopefully fix them if they gave me a good price.Instead they insisted the engine (with 11 codes including misfiring cylinders and lean codes) was fine. He then said that it needed a valve cover gasket as these models usually leak from there and charged me close to $700 then told me to go through and fox the codes my self. All while never calling me to give me updates. Oh and he fixed a cracked hose that didn’t effect the car performance.Just don’t do it.

Fantastic mechanic! They were honest, fair, and quick at repairing my vehicle. I was nervous about finding a new mechanic after I moved here, but theyre so much better than any place Ive been to prior! I definitely recommend them to everyone I meet.

This is the best place to take an automobile. They are honest and know vehicles better than any place in town that I have been too. What ever you do, dont take your vehicle to auto mechanics off of independence and market. They are absolute crooks!!!

Awesome!! Recommend to everyone...My check engine light came on right before I needed an inspection. I took it by the car doctor and Greg hooked up his machine to my ford edge . not even 2 minutes he new what it was (my gas cap). Reset it wouldnt take a dime even though I I offered. There are great mechanics left in this world.

If you value your vehicle or your wallet, please don’t take your car here. I had my used car checked out before I bought it and they told me it needed fluids changed (which I already knew about) and the axel seal fixed. So I said okay, and bought the car, took it back to have it fixed.After dropping off the car they called me to talk pricing. They tried to tell me my radiator needed to be replaced and that it was very obviously leaking coolant, they were trying to charge me $900 for that. It’s not leaking coolant, I looked at it (and my boyfriend looked at it to confirm). Not only that but they tried to charge me $410 for changing transmission and brake fluid. They also said it was 2 axel seals they would need to replace instead of one and that they didn’t catch the second axel seal or “radiator leak” because it “must’ve happened after I purchased it while I was driving”. I drove it home from the dealership and it’s been sitting in the driveway since. That’s outrageous and frankly unacceptable. I will never take any of my vehicles here ever again and I suggest you do the same. I don’t understand how they have the positive reviews that they have.Do yourself a favor. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Great service, honest and fair prices! I rarely take my cars to a shop, doing most the work myself... we were traveling thru wilmington and had some trouble with our 1984 volvo245 ... I didnt have the right tools to fix it with me... Not only was this a great shop but everyone was so friendly... had good conversation, they gave our dogs pets and water and fixed the volvo up right for a fair price! 100% recommend this shop!!
