Dealing with Insurance is always a hassle but luckily Connie Barba makes it easy. Her office is always avalibe to help explain the policies and which would be best for you. Connie Barbas State Farm office has been of great help to my husband and I. Not only did they offer us great rates for both our home and auto policies, their customer service is above and beyond. We worked closely with Hilda Hernandez to set up our policies. She was very easy to get ahold of, very kind, and very responsive. Unfortunately, a few months into our new policies one of our (parked) vehicles was smashed by a bus. I was in shock when I called Connies office for advice on our plan moving forward with our car. Understanding my shock and frustration, Hilda was very helpful and able to calm me down with her advice. Likewise, I had a conversation with Connie the following week or so and I valued her care and professional advice so much. Connie Barbas office will take great care of you!
