Refused to give me the overall cost, wants me to physically go in for a quote. Not sure why? Was searching around for a gym and to weigh my options and didn’t want to go there if it was out of my budget. But they refused to give me any information.Saw couple reviews online that you must also physically go into the gym to cancel. This day and age, it’s surprising why we can’t do the pre work online.Going with Lord gym. Such a waste of time, need to get with the times.

The staff is great. Nothing wrong with the customer service they provide, but whoever is in charge of equipment maintenance needs to get on top of their job. I’m a consistent active member, anytime equipment breaks or benches fall apart, it takes the company MONTHS before they replace/fix it. By the time they get around to fixing the equipment, one if not more machines are also in need of maintenance. And as of that wasn’t enough almost all of tv’s and hydro massage beds have been down for 6 months to a year now. It’s not a horrible facility, it just need a ton of maintenance.

I can’t believe you actually have to go down to your exact gym to cancel your membership. So if you move out of town they don’t care and will charge you until you find time to drive all the way back JUST to cancel. Truly ridiculous.

Great Gym! They have a friendly staff. There is so much equipment. Treadmills, exercise bikes, stair climbers etc... There is great selection of weight machines, a whole free training area, and free weights, weight benches, dumbbells, SQUATS, the works! And also a giant for fitness classes! Excellent place to get your swole on! 💪

I cancelled my membership during covid outbreak March 2020 when it was fit republic sent out email about closing from covid and did not know when would be open again.. Looked at bank statement and saw I was still being charged. When I called and talked to manager I was told there was no record from before the change in company and that I had to come cancel it again in person and that I would still be charged for another month of use. Besides the 13months of not using then gym and then having to pay another month to cancel is just really poor customer service. There was no care what so ever from management about solving this. Just money. It’s crazy places still operate like this. If your looking for a gym go to golds gym. It’s local owned and management would never pull this. Two thumbs down!!!!!

On 5/5, I dropped my AirPods at the gym and someone was kind enough to turn them in to the front desk. A couple days later, I went in and asked an employee if someone had turned in some AirPods and he said yes someone had turned them in a few minutes after I had left the gym on 5/5. He told me they were pink ones (my exact case color) and when he went to reach for them in the drawer, they were gone. When I finally got ahold of the Holly, the manager, she told me the cameras didnt work and then a couple days later she told me she wasn’t sure if they were working but she would try to contact her boss. Meanwhile, I called their customer service # that she gave me but also never heard back from them. After 3 weeks of waiting to hear back from the owner, I was told I could put in a request to check the cameras. It is now a month and a half later and I still haven’t heard back from anyone. Super disappointed in the way they handled this. Holly told me her employees would never take anything and my AirPods could have been taken during cleaning hours. It’s hard to believe anything she says when no one bothered to look at the cameras. I just wanted to share my experience in case someone goes through a similar situation.

I called to make sure I can come in and check things out. Simon the gentleman I spoke to was friendly and said absolutely. But when I got there the person at the front desk was not helpful and sat on the phone the whole time. I didnt get to check out the facility and left irritated and without any information except that its going to cost me 105.00 a month for what I assume would be poor service.

I love it here. Is spacious, clean, and has a lot of equipment. All shapes, sizes, and ages go here so its comfortable for everyone. The locker rooms are big and very clean. The massage chairs are pretty cool. Its affordable and I dont have to worry about a contract. The only thing is, the hours on the weekends kind of suck but are doable.

Nice place to work out, and reasonable price too.

Great gym! Has something for all levels of fitness experience and goals. Plenty of EVERYTHING! Free weights, Smiths, machines, squats, cables, plyo station, classes, cardio equipment. Staff is all polite and courteous, and it’s never TOO crowded! Well worth it!

I dont really workout much, just the treadmill and the circuit machines. With that in mind, everything I do there seems to be fine. No complaints.

This place is reasonable for folks who work, and enjoy staying in shape! This includes all who enjoy fitness.

Fantastic gym. This gym is for people who are serious and for those who care about their wallets.All of the other gyms in the area are small, over priced, and mediocre. The staff at this gym treat you with respect and acknowledge your existance.The machines and free weights are for all training styles. The place is clean. And best of all the prices are great.Why that other user Stephanie put 2 stars is beyond me, maybe its too much for her, but I highly suggest this gym.

Clean, huge, any and every piece of equipment you could ask for. Great classes. Good trainer. Cant beat the location and price. Winner!!

Friendly staff and plenty of machines for everyone

Okay, I’ve signed up and am a member of the club since day one. I asked since day one whether or not they’re going to have WiFi. Brandon (the sign up “manager”) said absolutely. Now it’s been more than 8 months with no WiFi. Also I signed up for 9.99 a month basic membership, now they increased it to 11.99 without telling me anything about it. I would stay away from this place.

Its big, its clean, and has lots of great equipment.

Lots of equipment but the staff was very pushy to me about what plan to sign up for. The prices and FEES were insane. I used my free day and left.

- It is not 24/7. There is no WiFi. Its in the old Walmart building so you cant use your data really well, they play their music excruciatingly loud so its difficult to listen to your own music, the lights are painfully bright, there is no water bottle dispenser filtration system, and unless you pay for a $50 membership, you can only have one guest on the weekends only? Did I mention they offer $50 memberships and again dont have this stuff? I mean, even planet fitness is $20 a month for their best membership; unlimited guest visits, Wi-Fi, most are 24/7; I dont even like planet fitness.+ The building is spacious and sterile.

I have not been going for more than a year and whenever I try to cancel my registration, they always make excuses and I did not go because they saw it temporarily as it is possible that if you go and do not pay they realize and they do not let you in then because they do not realize I have not been going for a year and they do not have Ethics and principles to cancel the subscription
