Always a pleasurable visit! The owner is the nicest insurance broker i could imagine and always finds me the best deals. Its a small family owned and operated business and i always deal with the owner or his wife. When its time to shop for insurance again Im always shocked by how much cheaper i am quoted by Cape Fear Auto Insurance. Ive been with them for years and had multiple accidents caused by other drivers and never a hiccup with my coverage. Very highly recommended!

Dickson Kessler was the most unprofessional person I have EVER dealt with. Not only did he mess up my policy and not provide information I needed about it, I had several important policy coverage and lapse issues that he didnt bother to fix or clear up. He wouldnt even help me fix the mess he helped create or figure out what was happening. I provided info about my car to him, he set up a policy, I provided payment and gave him my info for autopayment so I wouldnt have to worry about it... then I received a bill from the state for lapsed coverage, I received a cancellation notice from the insurance company for wrong drivers license info, I later received another cancellation for a payment error! I would expect when I hire a company to take care of something, they do so, and when they dont, that they provide the info needed (and required by law) without intentionally being more difficult. This guy wont even send me records or info of our transactions because he doesnt like my tone.. Im sorry they dont like my tone but Im looking at penalties and fines from the state for a lapse in coverage that shouldnt have happened and its been extremely upsetting and frustrating to deal with... especially when the gatekeeper to my info REFUSES to provide me any info. They were paid for a service and did a terrible job, causing numerous problems for me month after month (only insured with them for three months!) and yet REFUSE to help resolve the troubles caused. DO NOT GO WITH THESE GUYS>>> Seriously.. Not worth the headache
