I’ve been with this agency for 20+ years. They handle our home and auto. I recently added Renters Insurance for my college-aged daughter. Abby was very responsive and informative, getting me the best deal, and coordinating everything with the rental agent. Even suggested adding insurance for her laptop which is a great idea for high school and college students.

I have been with this State Farm agency since 2013.Abby is the most helpful insurance agent Ive ever worked with, she takes the time to explain everything to me in detail and provides clear answers to all of my questions. Her and her team provide excellent customer service and great follow up. Through my experiences, Abby and her team are extremely responsive and proactive in helping me protect my family. I have been extremely unhappy with this office. We have had our insurance with State Farm for over 30 years and have never been treated so unprofessionally as Abby Pubusky has treated us in the last year. We are seriously considering changing carriers or certainly offices. We made an appointment with her staff to meet with her to review our plan over 1 month ago. We called several times to confirm and never received the curtesy of a return call until 2 days before the scheduled meeting that told us that Abby does not meet on Saturdays with her clients. We should have been told that when her office said that we were scheduled over a month ago. Further more, when I had an accident a while ago, I went to rent a car and was told by the rental car agency that State Farm does not have the coverage that was on our plan, that our plan was several years outdated. In fact, the current plan was significantly improved and less expensive for us if we would have been able to use it. They would not honor the current plan for our rental. I suggest if you are in the market to use State Farm in the future that you look elsewhere for a more respectful, professional, and customer focused office!!!
