Ryan does great work. He’s maintained the last 3 Mercedes that I’ve had with no issues. It’s nice that he’ll chat with you and explain what’s going on unlike the dealership.

I feel so lucky to have found Ryan. He has done a great job servicing my E320 CDI. The dealer seemed almost afraid to change out the glow plugs telling me the job could cost $4000. Ryan changed all of them for a whole lot less. He and his wife are both very knowledgeable and willing to explain everything that they do. Its nice to talk personally to the mechanic whos working on your car.

Awesome service. Went to them for a sporadic AC problem. They took the time to check everything rather than just start replacing parts. He found some bare wires that was causing the fault. Repaired the wires and the AC works like a champ!! I will definitely be a return customer and will recommend them to all my friends.Thanks!!

I needed a quick repair on my Mercedes Benz that was going to be very costy at the dealership. New Moyer Mercedes camethrough at the last minute to fix my repair before I went out of town and saved me a ton of money at the same time.

I take my Mercedes E300 Turbodiesel and my CLK55 AMG to Newmoyer. They are extremely knowledgeable and charge a fair price on the work performed. I have NEVER felt cheated or overcharged, which seems rare in Wilmington. The head mechanic usually comes right out, even if he is busy, and goes over everything 1-on-1 with everyone and does NOT make you feel stupid. I do ALL servicing on my 2 Mercedes, and they do everything beyond that for me. The lady in the office knows her parts!! I get all my oil, filters, fluids, parts, etc. from them at a fair price. It feels good not to get gauged at the dealership.

I have a 2007 Mercedes Benz E63. It had a check engine light on so I took it in to Newmoyer Mercedes. Ryan, the owner, met me immediatly and stopped what he was doing to look at my car. He quickly diagnosed the problem as being the crankshaft sensor and immediatly replaced it. Problem was solved fast while I waited. I was impressed by both his speed and knowlegde. Thank you!
