Weve depended on Stan and crew for 12+ years. Office staff is friendly and responsive. Tech guys are top notch. We had repair work done, new HVAC install and maintenance work over the years. Always on time, if not early. Never had an issue they could not diagnose quickly and repair efficiently. Theyve handled in and out of warranty issues for us. And always seem to go that extra step. I used to have a Service Contract with Horizon, so glad that I switched to Stan Perkoski. Their employees were courteous and informative, I never felt I was being Bum Rushed to purchase anything. When I called to say I needed plumbing service, they noted based on my contract I was due for my A/C check up and that would be done at the same time. After reviewing my plumbing issue they explained what needs to be done and the cost. It was less than what I thought the cost would be.

Regional project manager came out to discuss my project. He gave a thoughtful assessment of the situation and multiple options. He was very professional. He is getting back to me with pricing on the various options so this review is only on a first meeting.

I know I can trust Stan Perkoskis so, when my heat pump died they were my 1st call. It was August, a busy time, but they sourced the equipment and got it installed within a week. New heater and heat pump would have been done in 1 day if they didnt have an unusual factory defect. They stayed late after installing to diagnose the system. Nick, the manager, and one of the techs were back at 8a the next day to finish up. Ive been using Stan Perkoskis from when they started with one van. Its great to see how they have grown and can handle any of your home service needs.

Derek & Jake showed up, on time and with a friendly, helpful demeanor. I explained the problem and like most people, wanted to know how much it would cost and how long it would take. Derek was prepared and gave an accurate estimate to the questions I asked. He and Jake worked well together and took care of the problem. Just as I thought they were finishing up the job, they were actually finishing the clean up. They took out their equipment and exited my home in the same professional and friendly fashion as they entered it. I cant see using any other company for my plumbing and heating & A/C needs.

In March, we asked Stan to install the Aerus Air Scrubber. Although our main goal was the advertised virus protection (especially with concern about COVID-19), we were pleased with the change in my wifes allergy symptoms. Her typical winter bronchitis cleared up. Then last week, the symptoms returned. I checked the unit and found that the UV lamp had burned out. I called and Nick assured me that the replacement bulb was fully covered by warranty. Jason replaced the bulb yesterday. Today, my wifes bronchitis is GONE! We could not be more pleased with this amazing product nor with Stans professional service.

Perkoski staff came over as scheduled, identified source of the leak in basement as dishwasher. Documented problem and clearly explained what steps to take for resolution with warranty from retail store where appliance was purchased, and or with Perkoski if desired. It has been approx 2 weeks since the initial free quote. Justin was here in a timely fashion so I have nothing to say about that, however it has been approx 2 weeks and I just received a quote this morning and not a thing has been scheduled. No paperwork to accept the quote or deny it has ever been sent.

I’m only calling Stan Perkoski for all my Hvac and Plumbing issues. I’ve had my heater replaced and water heater replaced and they have been nothing but reasonable and professional.

So the guy came over in less than half an hour, which was great. Diagnosed my problem, which was also great. Charged me $350 for a part that is SIX DOLLARS. This is very much not great.When and if I need a new AC unit I will not be going with this company. What I was just charged is absolute robbery, especially for a part I can actually find at Walmart.If I could give them back the capacitor that they charged me highway robbery for, I would do it.Edit: Since I cant respond to a response, Ill edit my review here:I was NOT given a quote until after the new capacitor was completely installed. I was not given the option to remove the capacitor once installed since I was told it already had been used (by me) so I could not return it. If given the option I would - the technician removed about 4 bolts and detached/reattached 4 wires. It took him an entire 10 minutes to do so.

I wasn’t sure if it’s necessary to replace the existing humidifier valve or not, they stopped by and shared their professional opinion, patiently answered all my questions and provided several options for me to choose from should I decide to do the job.

Was supposed to arrive between 12 and 2. Was almost 2 hours late with no call. I was told the fixed rate for a simple toilet install was 450.00 plus supply line. I explained that was over 2x the typical rate and that when I first called and asked for a rough estimate I had been told there was no fixed rate and the service person had to see the job. I would never have had had them come if they had told me that rate on the phone. I did not accept their offer and was told I had to pay a 59. Dollar fee for having him come. What a racket! They should have told me this on the phone. I do not recommend this company. There are plenty of honest contractors out there. Beware of this company and its misleading business practice.

After removing the old hot water heater and returning it to Home Depot to pick up a new replacement, the warranty was not honored which caused a serious on the spot decision. Your Technician Ricky, suggested that he could provide me with a new Hot water with a veterans discount, delivered and installed within a few hours. How could I turn down such a great idea.The price was very comparable, the service excellent and everything accomplished within a few hours.

Nick arrived on time. We appreciate the call from customer service just before his arrival. Nick patiently answered my many questions and left his work area spotless. Cant be more pleased and look forward to the allergy relief and virus protection well be getting with our new Air Scrubber.

One year later 2021. Minor bathroom faucet and drain issue. Turned out to be less complicated than I thought. Was billed only for the house call. I praised the company to todays plumber and he said it all: A little honesty goes a long way. More important than me being a customer for life, getting older, here is a company I can tell my wife to call when I am no longer around. She can trust them.We have used Stan Perkowski for both heating and plumbing services. The crews were knowledgeable, polite and prompt. I will certainly use them again and do not hesitate in recommending them.

Justin was great! He was very thorough going through the heater maintenance. When a part broke while he was testing it, he replaced it free of charge! I also asked him for a couple of plumbing estimates, and he took the time to evaluate what needed to be done; he explained everything, and will send estimates for the parts needed (replacing existing fixtures). Ive called on Stan Perkoski Plumbing a number of times over the years. Just yesterday I realized I had a leak in my barn and needed a plumber to come out because the ground was saturated. One call, I spoke with a live person and within an hour there was someone at my door (Rick).Rick went right to work, diagnosed the problem and gave me a fair price. Very professional, completed the job on time and exactly as promised. But I cannot recommend company because their bill was 40% higher than it should have been. I know this because I received a late bid from a well regarded competitor . So use them but be sure you get other bids.

Justin Cooper did an excellent job. We have an old handicap shower in our home with multiple shower heads and multiple diverters that were not working. Justin got the shower fully operational. He installed shower heads, hand held shower arm and head, repaired one diverter, and replaced another diverter welded piping, and installed an access panel. The shower went from an ugly three headed monster, to an in-home quality spa experience with awesome water pressure. Huge huge huge thank you to Nick, the manager who helped us with pricing and budget, and Justin who did the plumbing work. I have nothing but good things to stay. I was becoming concerned because the time window Id been given was rapidly closing and I hadnt heard anything, so I called the office and confirmed that the appt. was still on. There had been a number of heating issues in the area and the techs were planning to fix all of them. I was the last house on the agenda, so they showed up about an hour late. However, when they arrived (2 guys both named Nick), they were extremely polite, apologized for being late, and assured me that they would stay until my heating issue was resolved. True to their word they solved the problem and explained to me what they were doing as they worked through it. I was impressed with their thoroughness and friendliness, and in the end with their expertise. Very good customer experience for me.

Looked over old drainage system from washer to tub and out. Suggested two alternatives: try to unclog; replace pipes.Asked him to try to unclog. He did! He said its possible that it may work for awhile -- years -- or not.

This is in response to previous review. I called Stan perkoski plumbing for replacing an old rusted bathtub. Everyone that my husband and I talked from day one, were very courteous and helpful. The quote we received to get the job done was very reasonable. Two techs arrived on the day of work on time and spent eleven hours on a Friday to get the job done. There was a small incident with the plumbing which was taken care of promptly.Definitely will recommend and use the company if we have plumbing problem.Thanks Stan plumbing.

Bough a garbage disposal from you 2 Years ago per your records, I understand its Not Under Warranty anymore however its been ran less then 50 hours. I can tell you for a fact weve barley used it. And now are expecting me to pay in excess of $400 again to put in another. No thanks!
