Their team is proffesional and excellendt at what they do. We had to swap out our external heat pump/ac unit plus the air handler in our attic since they we old. They sold us Rheem equipment to replace what was there, and fixed some of the drain line issues in ouir crawl space that were causing problems. I rate them a 10 plus anyday!

Gave an accurate diagnosis and sent a reasonable bill when I decided not to complete the repair.

Do not listen to James Lawrence all he/she does is complain clink on her name. All his/her reviews are funny. You can just imagine a person so mad that takes time out of their day to try and ruin someone elses. It is just too funny. He/She did not even provide actual feedback on their heating and air conditioning. And I would like them to rush to get to my house in the middle of the summer or winter. #kidzbopmom#karen

If you are going to speed, tailgate, lane hop with no signal, cut people off and run red lights, you probably shouldnt do so in a big van with your company logo on it.Whoever was driving your van today endangered the lives of plenty of drivers including myself and my children. That is unacceptable.

Brinson & Sons have been wonderful to work with. I cant believe how fast they respond to calls and are able to fix things quickly. Its always a pleasure speaking with them in the office and at the site. Very courteous and helpful.

Our AC stopped working so we gave this company a call. We explained the issue and also mentioned how it was going to be extremely cold the next 2 nights. The secretary was very nice and understanding. They immediately worked us into their schedule, came to our home within a couple days, and replaced some parts for us.Few days later more components went out due to water damage. We called them back and they came over the same day and fixed it within 30mins.I highly recommend this company and appreciate how much they take care of their customers! 5/5

These people are awful. The workers are nice and always here on time, but I question whether they actually do good work or not. I wouldnt know, as this is the 3rd time theyve had to come fix the AC in my apartment. They came to fix it AGAIN today and it was working and within an hour not working. I politely called to report the issue with them and get someone out ASAP to fix the unit they didnt successfully take care of in the first place. The female manager I spoke with said it wasnt their fault or problem, and she will TRY and get someone out again the next day. Absolutely unreal!!! Ive never dealt with a company who was so bad at their job and on top of that extremely rude about their shortcomings. It was mindblowing. Ive heard bad things about these people from many others and this definitely solidifies it for me. DONT EVEN BOTHER with rude incompetent fools!

Had to come out twice. Charged $185 first time. Two weeks later called back for same problem. Charged $280 to check coolant (ok) and blow out drain line... Also said they found that defrost board would cycle on off ok most of the time and should be replaced but didnt have one. Gave me a price of $460 to come back and replace. I bought one on Amazon for $35 and replaced it myself...

These guys were awesome. Prompt, efficient, professional and cleaned up after themselves! I would highly recommend them!

After a little scare with my heater this weekend, Brinson & Son came out today and did a complete check over and found a part that was bad. Great job and great customer service. My wife was home for the service call but the tech still called me to let me know what he had found. Highly recommended!!!

Ive worked with them as a contractor and a homeowner and always have had such a great experience with them. They are fairly priced, prompt, professional and knowledgable.

Our a/c went out and I called around to other companies asking for quotes. Tim Brinson talked to me and made me feel like he cared. Not like the others, who acted like I was waisting their time asking quesitons about something I obviously didnt know anything about!They worked with us and got us a new unit put in and I couldnt be happier! Honest and dependable company!

Theyve serviced our AC unit three times now. It still doesnt work. Weve paid for three different service calls, various components and parts to be replaced and the stupid thing still doesnt work. This is for our rental home and the property management company contracted with them for HVAC work. So disgusted with both companies.
