Denise and her crew are incredible! We went on the morning of my wedding to have our nails done. They worked us in and did a phenomenal job! I will go back for sure! Next time, pedicure!

The old lady should sit down, supervise or ensure the business is running in proper order. Old lady couldnt see how much product was left in the nail polish bottle ( there was none), I had to point that out. She couldnt open the bottle too...which I gladly helped to open but no wonder she barely could give a good foot scrub or massage! Then again she might have forgotten to wrap EACH leg with warm towels or just glossed over this 🤔.What 🤯🤯 me off though was the fact that before starting the shellac pedicure she was certain she had nail polish in the color i had requested. She didnt check to verify! Half way through the shellac application she discovers shes out of the color i requested. ( Beats me why they keep empty bottles). Now she assumed Id switch colors. I decided to switch from shellac to regular polish but keep the same color (we know this is cheaper ). This was a NO go zone for her! She insisted she had started the shellac but i tried to explain to her I chose that particular color because It was the color selected for an event i was attending. The attitude, dirty looks and off course back bitting in whichever language they speak was on fleak! When checking out old lady told her staff to charge me full price for an incomplete job. Initially I chose to go nude and pay for however much work she had done. In the end I choose a different color I didnt care for because I wasnt going to pay full price and leave without polished toe nails. HadI known that your nail polish was used upin the color that I wanted i had gone elsewhere. That is EXTORTION and FALSE ADVERTISING if you dont have what the customers are being made to pay for!!!As a paying customer its none of my business to know the details of whats going on to delay product delivery .Check first and make sure you have the correct products to complete your job. Be upfront .

If the person is inexperienced with Dip...dont letem do dip...my fingers hurt and looked like I needed a fill...and that was fresh. Color was VERY pretty

Came in and immediately started talking in their language and started laughing. Yet the lady after me looked a hot mess and was non black but never was treated like that. You won’t get my business ever again. Also quit being so cheap and get some new seating chairs.

Girl! I have only been here one other time and it was phenomenal! but this time the lady did me wrong :( my nails were oval ( I asked for coffin) and she didnt even coat my nails good, I said no shellac and they didnt like that, she was too rough on my nails and I felt uncomfortable telling them the truth, I thanked them, tipped and left, I wont be coming back sadly, im sorry but my nails are too embarrassing.

I went to get my eyebrows done on 03/20/2021 and the lady was really nice my eyebrows look AMAZING but I have the worst wax burn on my face and it hurts so bad! I normally get my eyebrows threaded and I will never get them waxed again .

If I wanted my full set nails to start coming off after 4 days, Id have had my little sister use press on nails. You guys are a joke and the lady that did mine had no social skills whatsoever. But she was chatting it up with the lady next to me getting her nails done. Never coming back and NEVER recommending you guys to anyone else.

I will only get my eyebrows done here!! Make sure to book an appointment because they will be booked. However they always try their best to still get you in that day if you are a walk in. Great manicures but not the best pedicures.

I have been going to this nail shop for almost 10 years now and love it! Cindy does a great job on my manicures and eyebrow waxing every time. Very easy to call and make an appointment for either one to be done.

They do great brows! not so great acrylic! i have yet to find a place that does well with making acrylic pedis look good.

When I arrived I was greeted immediately by Tony J Himself. He immediately seated me to receive my service. He was very kind and conversational. I told him what I wanted done with my nails and he did exactly that but better. 💅 Thank you TJ nails for hooking me up I will be back into weeks for a touchup and I will be receiving an additional service. Horrible nail job because shellac was not used as I requested. I tip Everytime I come and the owner didnt try resolve the issue. I was very disappointed and hope that others in the military/ veterans in the area are provided the best service and treatment.

Have had Lucy do my pedicures several times, very nice and friendly, always accomodating as a walk in.

Best place to get Brows done in Wichita, that being said, take the time to make an appt so your not sitting for 45 min.

Beautiful work

Did a great job on my eyebrows but as far as my fill and pedicure not too much. Initially the acrylic was sloppy and on my cuticles also nicked my cuticles a few times. My nails were lifting from my nail bed within 4 days of getting them done. The polish on my toes was not neatly done and appeared as if I have done them myself.

It was a spontaneous lunch treat to myself. They got me right in for a pedicure. The environment was quite relaxing

Got a pedicure and it was probably the worse one I have ever gotten. My heeels are Erik rough and dry. The salon was dirty too. They seriously need to upgrade the salon. The pedicure chairs are ripped and look dirty. I should have walked out. I did not notice how dirty the place was until I had my feet in the pedicure tub.

Nice staff; however, she, Traci (spelling?), seemed hurried while doing my pedicure and clipped my toenail too deep while cleaning the cuticle and it was painful! I hope I don’t get an infection...

Really disappointed in this place. I shoulf have looked at the reviews first. Very rough with my hands and feet. Nails look horrible he left a huge gap on my nails from where rhe paint meets my cuticle. Used a drill over and over on my cutical so 4 out of 5 fingers,are bleeding on one hand. The other only one but my fingers all hurt. Didnt pay attention when i said what services I needed done so he didnt seem to really want to do them when I reminded him. Wont be back!

Cindy is the BEST for eyebrows! She will have your eyebrows looking on point. I wouldn’t go anywhere else or let anyone else touch my brows! HOWEVER I would NOT recommend this place for your nails! They are terrible at doing nails! It seems like all they are worried about is collecting their money and getting you out the door, no time or quality put forth. They don’t take their time with your nails! I used their nail services a few times back in high school (2005) and had terrible experiences and decided to give them another try recently (2017) because they are located so conveniently close to me. Terrible decision! My nails looked terrible, uneven, there was polish all over my skin, and the list goes on. The whole experience seemed rushed and unprofessional. Smh. I have had acrylics, dip powder, natural nails, and pedicures all done here before and never satisfied with any of it. Their pedicures last about 5-10 minutes, smh. I have gotten my nails done by almost every nail tech they have. Save your money and go elsewhere when it comes to your nails, but for eyebrows, they get 2 thumbs up from me.
