Honestly, the ladies was nice but it was the worst nail job Ive had. Very sloppy, the sides werent painted and I had to ask to correct but she only did one side and not the other. The ends of the nail arent painted. Most shops clean around your nail and under to ensure no build up... nope nothing. I was really disappointed with this place. My Pedicure was on point and she did a great job just wish my water was hotter.

Gave them a second chance even after the young lady rushed the first time they were busy. they didnt open hours after the time posted. I drove back after calling in the next day. Pedi was relaxing no complaints but the woman that did my nails rushed and took half my thumb nail off. While in a rush with no other customers . I wont go back. I paid and let her know how poorly she treated me. One of my concerns with this location was why ask me if Im Mexican. I paid, tipped for my Pedi and walked out disappointed.

I went in for a full set for my birthday. I was not able to get a pedicure due to being in a bad car accident two days prior because my feet were swollen and bruised. One of my hands and fingers were swollen and bruised and the technician was very thoughtful and courteous and gentle. Always asking if it was okay or if it hurt. She also did an amazing job with the pictures I brought in for the design I wanted! I would highly recommend! Their pricing is a plus too! They also have a frequent visitors card!(:

Worst place ever. The owner rude as hell. My friend wasnt satisfied and ask to redue her nail color and she refused and wanted us to pay and leave. Never will we ever go here again. If it was a Zero stars. Ill give this business and negative 0

Been coming to this salon since heir grand opening but as of today Ill never be going back. They choosy on who they service first. I paid $45 for a pedi with no color at all!!! All because they choose to service another lady who walked in after me before they got me taken care of. !!!!!

The place was nice but the overall experience wasnt great. There was barely any communication. They are always out of colors and dont have a great variety anyway. And the finishing nail product wasnt too great.

Well she couldnt do wat I originally wanted with a silver designs & jewels, so I had to go with my 2nd choice & the black tips were not even on the fingers. I had asked for a mini mani & she jus soaked my fingers in water but wen she almost got done, my cuticles still needed to b cut which it didnt look very gd at all. Will not b goin bk there.

Okay, not great. I got a full set here (pictured) and was very impressed. I like to keep acrylics and had been looking for a place since moving here. When I went back 2 weeks later for a refill, I was really let down. I asked if I could get my nails cut down a ~little~ and she just ground them down with the rotating file to my finger tip and left the edge blunt. It was miserable, having my nail sawed off like that, and they looked awful and way too short.I went early Saturday morning and the three techs were super stressed about how busy it was... with 4 people in the salon. I actually got kicked out of my chair so a regular could see the tech who had started my refill. Such a weird experience; won’t return. Unfortunately I didn’t take a picture of the bad refill, I just went elsewhere and had them fixed.

Called and made an appt. When I got there the manager/owner was rude and asked me what i needed she then said that the other girl was too busy and to come back the next day. She was very rude so I looked for another place and found my new nail place they are amazing..

Terrible service. They saw my nail was messed up and didnt not correct the issue before telling me i was done.

These ladies do a great job. They are very careful with your nails and Im always happy with the outcome!

I always enjoy my time at Blue Lagoon. I do wish they would take their time a bit more and have better bed side manners! But they are great at what they do.

When I handed her my card to pay I was asked if I had cash (even though there is a credit card reader next to the register). I said no - there’s no indication anywhere in the store or online that cash is preferred. The tech said I couldn’t pay the tip with a card so I offered to pay for the service with my card and bring back a cash tip. She didn’t like that, so she presented the option of adding the tip to the total which is how most salons handle it anymore. I felt cornered to tip her at this point. The nail job was super rushed and I spent an hour at home trying to fix shape and rough edges, she didn’t trim cuticles at all and burned me with the drill in two places. A tip wasn’t warranted but she got one out of me anyway. I won’t go back.UPDATE: Its been one week and I the nails have started to lift.

I got a pedicure yesterday and it was amazing, they were really nice and took their time. She made sure the water wasn’t to hot or cold and I really enjoyed my time here! I’ll definitely be going back for another one!!

I love the fact that there is a product hutch that takes away the public street view of the service area. Everything was very clean. The technicians wear uniforms which shows professionalism. The decor and atmosphere was cheerful and clean. I will be coming back.

I was extremely upset when I got my toes done they paint was clunky, uneven, and all over the place. The lady wouldn’t adjust my water, she had a bad attitude and got annoyed every time I asked to make the water hot or turn off the massage chair. Nancy could see how upset I was she made sure that my hands were pretty and she redid my feet for free . Extremely understanding of how upset I was . I’m giving them 3 stars because the lady before Nancy obviously hates her job and should be fired but whatever. UPDATE: I came back a month later and oh my god . I had my nails done for ONE WEEK and the nails turned brown. They tried to charge me $30 just to change the color that THEY provided that turned brown . Never coming back again.

I got powder dip. I have never had such a poor nail service in my life. Although the ladies were nice and welcoming, my nails are uneven and there’s bubbles all over (I didn’t even know bubbles were possible with dip.) And the color I chose off of the color wheel looks nothing at all like what I chose! Only 4 days later, & I’m having to go spend more money to completely re-do them all. I never give negative reviews but I’m really disappointed in how my nails turned out.

Rushed and not what I wanted. One Lady did give me a nice massage before pedicure but I dont think Im coming back. Good prices.

Ive been going here constantly for the last 3 months since I discovered this place. My favorite technician is Lily!! Ive been bringing my friends and family here on b-days and the routine mani-pedi. The service is excellent and the ladies are all so polite. Ive never been disappointed once. The $50 pedicure is life... I havent tried the most expensive one yet, probably wont unless I get a super duper raise at work, but its amazing. The $30 is legit too but I like all the stuff the rub on my legs!! Lol! I stay with my same tech as much as possible and they go the extra mile which is why I always tip well. Im still trying to figure out who does brows the best. The manager/owner does the best nails... Sets that is... Ive been doing manicures lately but I initial got overlays with her. Shes quick and efficient. Anyways, Ill be going again Friday... Like clock work!!

Main person who greets customers did my nails. Nails were un even, gel polish blotches falling from two of my nails. Not a very well job done. Didnt take her time at all. Needs to pay more attention to customer and details

Linh did good on my nails but she kept saying shellac when I said I wanted acrylic and only showed me the shellac colors . I was fed up and just went with the shellac and spent the extra money on it.

Nails and toes Mani/pedi terrible polish job 2hrs to do pedi then I was seated in reception area while 4 other ladies where given pedis

Terrible. I went in and asked if you could do a dip French manicure. The lady assured me she could. The process was ok and she was very nice although she asked me questions but she did not listen to the answers.I was watching it happen and i should have said something during because it wasnt looking right. My nails werent uniform in thickness or in the white strip. The white strip was bleeding and not crisp and wasnt curving the way it should. I didnt want to be rude so i decided to trust the process. Im the end the white part bled and wasnt a crisp line and the tips didnt curve uniformly or at all. it cost $60 for my nails plus painting my toes. I built up the courage to actually say i didnt like them. I was very discreet and no-one was around bcz i didnt want to embarrass her. She said shed fix them with color for me and i said i could come back in a few days. When i came back she placed me with another lady and handed me the dip color wheel. I was trying to decide the color when she abuptly took it away from me and said we need to soak your nails then you look. I was like, Ooooook. Her tone and manner was very rude and made me feel uncomfortable. I said, you can give me my money back and i can leave if you prefer, i want to be treated nicely, not rudely. she said, no i cant give you back your money but ill fix your nails, soak them.If my nails werent so atrocious looking i think Id have left. But i decided to stay. They put foil on my nails and made me go to another table by myself so they could work on someone else. I sat there for 45 minutes. I decided to take the foil off myself at this point and scrub the goo off my nails. The worker nearest me started laughing.When i got all the foils off i was just going to walk out when the owner came back and said sorry, i can help you now.I decided since i already paid id let her dip my nails. It couldnt possibly get any worse.And it went fine, except she excessively sanded my nails. 3 days later my long nails i worked hard to grow out have chipped and two have broken.I would never go here again and i wanted to warn everyone else too.Horrible experience.

I had went there a few times and even took my daughter before with me. I honestly thought I had found a nail place that I would continue to go back to! Nancy was amazing and quick, the first time I got metallic nails and they chipped off within a day and had to go back to get them fixed. Then a nail broke the next day after getting the polish fixed and they literally charged me to fix my broken nail, that broke because I told the lady that was doing my fill(not Nancy) that they were to thin and she was fixing them way to small. She just nodded like she knew what I was saying. Obviously not. I couldn’t believe she was charging me to fix her mess up!! Every thing they want to do is 5.00 this 5.00 that. Oh we can’t put that type of nail polish on unless you get shellac. Seriously. Man come on. I just wanted to get my nails done!!! I will not be back!! I won’t be back...

I was happy with my nails but they totally screwed my sister and daughters nails they looked like a child did them bumps and lumps and we told them to fix them and they just added more polish and made them look worse 🙄 they didnt even apologize or try to make it right even after telling them
