I LOVE Luxury Nails! It is now under new management and Tina (the owner) is amazing! She absolutely gives me what I am looking for every time I go see her. And if youre looking for a great conversation while in her chair - she is it!!The price is reasonable but for her work id definitely pay more! It is a nice, clean and friendly environment so if youre looking for something amazing Id definitely recommend Luxury Nails & Spa Pedicure ♡
NEW OWNERSHIP!! Tina is the best! I have been going to Tina for several years and have followed her from her previous salon. The girls here are friendly and very good at what they do. Acrylics, nail art, shellac, dip…they can do it all…AND the masseuse is fabulous!! GO CHECK THEM OUT!!!
Tina is the best! Conversational, professional and overall did a wonderful job on my nails!
There’s a new owner for this place now, she’s so great with everyone and does really good nails I definitely recommend! :)
I’m extremely disappointed with both my pedicure and full set that I got at Luxury Nails. I had an appointment but didn’t receive service until forty minutes past my appointment time. The tech that did my nails, Steven, cut two of my toes, and the nail polish was done so sloppily it looks like I polished my toes myself, which was the point of getting them done in the first place. My full set of acrylics is the worst I’ve ever had. They’re thick and protruding at an odd angle from the nail bed, and some of them don’t even cover the entire nail. I was in a huge hurry because I needed to get to work and only noticed how terrible a job it was after I got home that evening. I will be going somewhere else to have this travesty fixed, and I won’t be going back.
I dont typically go to nail salons but I wanted to treat myself. I called when they opened and Suzie got me right in. She greeted me at the door and helped me choose a color. She was very professional and thorough. She made sure I was comfortable and I felt so relaxed. I will be back and I highly recommend Luxury Nails, especially Suzie!
I went here for the first time today to get my nails done for a wedding. First the gentleman taking care of me cut my finger. After wiping up the blood he began to do a dip on my nails. I really wanted simple thin French tips. After an hour of trying to do this they decided to grind and strip it off because it turned out so bad. Then he did shellac and still did not do it well or how I asked. In the end I was there for almost 3 hours, they charge me full price and my nails did not turn out nice. The ladies there seamed to do a much better job! I would definitely request one of them. I hope this is helpful.
These photos were taken LESS THAN 24 HOURS after I got them done. I made an appointment at 4:00 for dip nails, and didnt even get in till 4:30. I cant believe I paid $45 for tips and dip when it looks awful. Part of my nails arent filled and theres clumps of glue visible. The lady even told me she doesnt do tips but she did them anyway. I shouldve just left right then. I got there at 4:00 and didnt even leave till 6:00. I have been here once before and she did an amazing job but this is completely different. I usually go to Nails by Emily and they do a MUCH BETTER job with dip and tips.
My nails all fell off within two days. poor application
Decided to give this place a try today since it’s so close to my home. I had dip powder on previously so while using the electric file the male technician I had burned through the top layer of my nail causing me to bleed. Actually hurt pretty bad and thought about leaving right then. I decided to continue and while trimming my nails down, he decided to use the same nail clipper to clip his own nails. Again, not happy because those tools are supposed to be sanitized for each customer. Made me feel like I was a bother to him and not welcomed. Took over an hour to do my dip and I got home just to notice I had a bunch of smudges on several nails and they are extremely thick. Now I’m worried about getting an infection because he decided to just paint over the nail he burned through and made bleed. Definitely do not recommend him as a nail technician.
Best pedicure I ever got! I decided to try this place after going to several others and I just keep coming back! Suzie does an excellent job every time! I would recommend Luxury Nails to anyone who wants a great manicure or pedicure!
Walked in and were seated pretty fast. My daughter and I got manicures, the lady rushed mine, did not really like the outcome, massaged my arm not my hands, rushed. My daughter got her nails done, not the best I have seen. For shellac and dip it was $69. Everywhere else we have went it was at most $50 and they did such a good job, took their time and actually gave a good massage.. Dont recommend..
This and another place was my go to nail place. But after the other place horribly messed up my nails, Luxury will be the only place I go to. Thao is the owner and is amazing. She fixed what the other place had ruined. Shes always so nice and theyre very friendly.
Not a good experience!!!! Went in to have my nails done for our sons wedding. Had a pedicure which was fine but had a French manicure using the dip method and they were all crooked and grainy looking!!!! When I said the white tip was crooked they said “Oh no one will notice. They look fine”. Seriously when you pay for professional nails they should look amazing!!! It was one of the most important days in my life and they tell me no one will notice!!! I do not recommend and I will never go there again!!!
I have been coming to Thao at Luxury Nails for over 12 yrs and never had a bad experience. She is extremely conscientious and caring, always willing to accommodate the customer. She is a real people-person and is always interested in her customers. Ive read some of the (few) negative reviews and think those people must have been ultra picky!
My daughter went to this place to get her nails done for prom and they look horrible. The acrylic doesnt even cover her entire nails and it looks like they need to be filled already. Definitely will NOT be recommending this place to anyone.Thank you for fixing my daughters nails. I feel more confident in recommending your salon to others. Thanks!!
Sloppy!! Looks like I did it (and Im not good). Had polish all over, Had to remind him to put a top coat on one hand, he said oh one more? One more? And laughed. I tried to explain he forgot. He just repeated the same phrase. Its not allowing me to post a picture of my sloppy nails, or I would.
Love Thao!!!! She always does a great job and I feel so relaxed after getting a pedicure.
Worst nails I’ve ever had done! Going on vacation and had them done Wednesday. 2 days later they’re ALL lifting. I’m at the airport and no time to get them redone. I do NOT recommend this place!
I walked in and was immediately greeted and warmly welcomed by Susie. Pedi and dipping are perfect. Will go again and again.
For starters, we had NO AC in that building. I showed her a picture of what I wanted done, which I originally showed her ombré and she said she could do it. While she was cleaning out my nailbed and cutting my cuticles, she cut my cuticle bed on my pinkie and filed it and made it bleed, so now it’s swollen, red, and yellow. After 30 minutes of her trying to do the ombré, I told her it wasn’t working out so I would just try something different. When she soaked them in acetone to take off what she tried the first time, she didn’t clean them up all the way like she should have and left leftover shellac gel on them before she applied the second color we tried. She didn’t cut my nails straight across, didn’t file them straight, didn’t clean up any of the excess, my flowers are smeared, and some of my nail is see through or just not painted.I also am blamed for my finger being cut open because “my cuticle was dry”, but they lotioned them and soaked them before even trimming up my nail bed. And NEVER have I been anywhere where they cut me like they did, and then been blamed. Not to mention, NEVER IN MY LIFE, have I paid $80 for my nails to be done. Ever. Even in fancier places for something so simple. I usually spend $55-$60 with gorgeous nails. And they charged me $80 for this. I didn’t even see the pricing she was telling me she charged me anywhere on her board. I have friends that have gone here and shown me nails they’ve have had done, and they were acrylics with designs and different nail shapes, and they didn’t even pay the amount that I was charged. I’m already hot from being pregnant and having no AC so I didn’t sit and complain more, but they did an awful job on my friend’s nails too.Not to mention on my toes, I couldn’t see them close up due to being pregnant until I propped them up in the bath. The design looks like it could’ve been done at home, my nails aren’t cut or filed straight, the design is smeared and smudging, they didn’t clean all the color off my toes, and on my pinky toe it doesn’t even look fully painted or cleaned up. They are absolutely awful, and it’s horrible service. Never again will I go here.I would post pictures but I can’t figure out how.

Always very friendly and do an awesome job on manicure and pedicures
Love this place the owner Thao is a a sweet and kind woman
The male tech did my pedicure and full set, the pedicure was sub par, the massage chair didn’t work, he was cold and unfriendly. I felt like I was rushed the whole time. My shellac was uneven and so thick I couldn’t stand to leave it, had to have it re done the next day. AND they charged $55 for a basic pedicure with shellac. Will not return and would not recommend.
Wonderful staff and great service. The owner is a GEM!!!
Service very good and friendly people. walk ins welcome
Very professional
I went for a pedicure and the lady who did it for me gave me cold water and would not turn up the water temperature, she cut four of my toes, I asked her to stop and she would not let go of my feet, finally the owner had to come over and tell her to stop they gave me Band-Aids for my toes and offered me to come back the next day but my toes were still healing and they hurt too much for the next couple weeks so I have yet to ever go back and I do not plan to.
Love this place and Thao is awesome
Very professional and knowlegable.
Always a wonderful experience!!
