We are visiting from out of town. I took my 5 year old daughter and I cannot believe how accommodating they were to her “demands”. She wanted very specific colors and they worked hard to make her dreams come true. Everyone was working to make her comfortable. My gel pedicure turned out beautiful as well. Our new favorite spot!

Got a pedi and full set and loved every minute. I ended with a beautiful set and will come back forever!

I called at 5:01 to ask if they had any availability in 20 minutes and was told yes! I arrived at 5:25. At 5:25 I was told it would be a 20 wait. I advised them that I had to leave by 6 and all I wanted was a color change on my toes. They said no problem we will have you out by 6. At 6 no one approached me to explain what the delay was and just ignored me. I’m on a time crunch and I hate my time being wasted!

Their prices arent written down so you can see them before you even decide to go inside. The staff was nice but my nails didnt turn out how I wanted. The white nails were supposed to be a milky white, the designs were done incorrectly with nail paint instead of a gold strip and the purple/grey nails should have been matte. It was well overpriced for the quality of service. The woman at the desk wouldnt hear me out about the way the nails were done and gave me excuses instead. I dont recommend this nail shop. they should have at least offered a discount for the inconvenience.

My first time in was Sunday. I had Phung, she was so nice and easy to talk to, and quick too. I got dip nails with almond-shaped extensions and a hand-sculpted acrylic flower and they are GORGEOUS. Multiple people in the salon were complimenting them during and Ive had at least one compliment every day thereafter.

This place is my favorite nail salon I’ve been to & Ive been to a lot! Their service is always exceptional. Everyone is so nice & professional. If I ever have an issue they always fix it. I love that if I’m doing an intricate nail design I never feel like they are rushing me out the door. They really take their time & I appreciate that because I’ve been to salons where because of they want to get more people in they rush on my nails. So I definitely recommend this place!

My (yes, her name) did my nails for my wedding and they looked absolutely stunning. That rose is 3D! Isnt that neat?! This is the first nail salon to go above and beyond for me and to be able to complete the design and style that I had in mind. some places you cant find anybody who can do ombre, but she nailed it. Definitely would recommend!

I had My, do my nails, she was awesome! I will be going back to her! Also, I had Amy do my eye browse and they look so great. I will be going back to her again! Awesome place! Glad I found somewhere I can go and get smooth nails, and on fleak eye browse!

I got my nails done recently, a full set, this is the first time I’ve never bled while getting my nails done and they are PERFECT! I highly recommend coming here, Amy and Chris are amazing!

They did a PHENOMENAL job on both my daughter and myself!! So respectful, with incredible attention to even the tiniest details, despite the fact that I ended up miscommunicating what I wanted, and Thi (my manicurist) had to fix my dipping powder set more than once!! She did it with grace and courtesy, and there was no chattering and gossiping over my head in a language I dont understand, which is what I have experienced at almost every other nail salon Ive been too....Their prices are fair and very comparable to other REPUTABLE places!!! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this place, and WILL be back if ever back in Wichita!!

Super friendly! I made an appointment for my wedding party and they stayed late for us and we laughed the whole time! Plus our nails rock!

Two of my nails were left matte finish, not shiny like the rest. Its not even been a week and you can see the lines at the bottom of the polish. I didnt want them painted. I wanted white tips (35 at my typical salon) and then they charged me 25 to paint my 6 year old daughters nails. My normal places charges 3 because they barely have to use any polish. Ill stick with my normal place, even though this one is closer and open later

I got a full set with shellac and some rhinestones on my toes and my nails they charge me a $125 and I tipped $20 and I asked her for longer nails but she still made them super short so I went in the next day and asked her to redo them and she said Im sorry I cant and I would have to pay full price again! most other places where you get your nails done give you up to three days to have something fixed if you dont like it but this place didnt even give me that option! I spent a total of $145 I am not a happy customer!

I had a good lady to do mine! I came in there worried i wouldn’t get what I wanted but she blew me away I think her name is My Tra. So sweet! and so talented with nails. The colors to the ladies to everything else. Me and my 4 girlfriends when there and we love it ! We all sat down and talked with the gals and they are so welcoming and so fun! Definitely coming back. Amazing Prices!!

I had the pleasure of getting my nails done here tonight and they succeeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and welcoming, I felt right at home quickly! My Tech Loi was absolutely amazing and did a wonderful job on my nails I absolutely adore them! I definitely recommend this place and would give them more stars if possible! They are clean and organized and they really take their time and make sure you love the job before you leave. Great job ladies keep up the great work!

This was my go to place to get my nails done. Over time I realized that their cleaning process was not up to my standards. I feel like their cleaning practice could be steeped up a little more then what I viewed, after all it is my health that is getting effected.

One of the best nail salons in town! Very convenient location on the first floor right by the food court!Took my wife and kids here and they absolutely loved it. The receptionist and nail techs that treated us were friendly, knowledgeable and took their time with our service.Customer focus and relaxing experience oriented culture and environment. The lady was rushing didn’t take her time been there before and had a good experience but this one was horrible pedicure didn’t even turn out right would I go there again NO!!’

It took a while for them to get to me, but it was also a busy time of day and year. I waited about 35 minutes or so after my appointment time. However, they had EXCELLENT service and my nails turned out perfect.

Horrible place, do not get your nails done here. I went in today for a full set of acrylic nails with a gel polish. They told me multiple times will be $38, and dont get me wrong, they were friendly. It was annoying I had to move from table to table multiple times, two people did my nails, the first girl was super rushed and sloppy, for she overbooked appointments. Right from the start, the lady did not properly apply my acrylic nails, gluing them to my actual finger tips, she handled my hands very roughly and hurt my fingers. I asked for a oval nails, and theyre all wonky and uneven, not even oval. She got the length wrong at first, so then went back again trim them even shorter. And it wasnt until AFTER she started to apply the acrylic, that she told me my total would be $55 because of the length. this made me very upset, however it was too late. I was rushed to pick out my color, and ended up was something I dont even like very much. Plus, When I asked the girl to do a second coat of glitter, she flat out ignored me and began to brush on the topcoat. I left with sore fingers and not so great acrylic nails, which arent really functional.

I have been here a hand full of times and I have no complaint, I consider myself pretty picky about my nails too. I do wish the nail design artists can be available more often she does a great job. She hooked me up for Halloween 😍😍 black matte & design of my request free hand👏👏 M.Y. is awesome

Went here for a simple manni pedi. The lady helping me was very friendly and did a fantastic job I just wish she would have stopped trying to upsale me.

There was a small wait but overall it was a good experience. The nail technician did a good job on my dip nails. I think her name started with a T or Ty. I will be going back.

Went friday for a fill and fix 1 nail. It took almost 2 hours. Every shape was different only 1 the shape I wanted. I lost 3 nail 4 days later. I called 28 times yesterday as I was working and couldnt come in. I just came in on my only day off to fix the 3 nails they tell me can you come have tomorrow.... hell no I live in park city

Went the first time, great. However, the next time I went their business was kind of slow so from my perspective it seemed like they were trying to overcharge us to compensate for the lack of money they were making that day compared to the last time I was there. They do Amazing Nails my Nails last long time compared to me going to other places however they were rude and unkind.

Professional, sanitary, kind, and friendly. I see Mai and she takes her time and knows what shes doing. My nails would snap off after 2 days at every other places Ive gone. Im on week 2 and they havent even lifted! Very happy. Not to mention the organic aspect of this business! Love love love

Did a really good job! People were very nice and helpful. My only complaint is that the top coat they put on my nails looks disgusting. I went to work the next day and my nails look dirty. The top coat looks like a total different color than the actual polish. I’m gonna have to take it off and repaint them.

The only reason Im giving a two is because Taylor was very nice during the experience. I took my mother, daughter and myself in. I got a pedicure and shalac, my mom and daughter got full sets. The lady that did my daughters nails had them done quickly like 20-30 minutes and my daughter mentioned how quick it was. Taylor said she would fix any problems that may happen as we were going to a wedding out of state that following weekend. I asked how long my nails would stay and was told 3-4 weeks that they last longer than the full sets. Friday less than a week later we are on our way to wedding and guess what my daughters pinky nail has fallen off, by the end of the night all have popped off!! So I text Taylor to see what we can do and no response. We get through the weekend and I call on Monday by now one of my nails have popped off as well. Im told that the manager will be there that night and to call back. I call back and am told to call back again. So here it is Tuesday morning and no response from Taylor or resolution to this issue. I payed good money for 3 people to have a service provided and get treated this way!!! I will never go back to this place again. My money will be spent elsewhere.

Went in this past Thursday & 2 nails are already off. I felt like the lady was rushing through out the entire process.

Worst mani I have ever had. I had the traditional manicure done. Firstly, it was SO quick. I think I was in and out in 20 minutes. The nail tech asked me whether I wanted Shellac, and I said no. She then asked me two more times, which is irritating. I went in knowing what I want, and I said no once. I felt like I was being pressured into getting the more expensive service. She also buffed my nails with something quite abrasive, leaving visible scratches on my previously healthy and strong nails. I am so nervous to take the polish off my nails and see what state theyre in. Waste of money. Go elsewhere.

I love this place and will recommend it to more people it’s great and comfortable but they lost a star for me because it was a little expensive and I had to pay for a coffin shape?!

I go in to get a full set done for the first time there yesterday. They say its a 15 minute wait so I write my info down and come back about 15 minutes later and theyre still not done .so I sit in there and wait over 30 more minutes. I didnt even get the color I wanted bc the ones I wanted were dried out and they took a long time just beginning to do my nails. They made one of my nails crooked and the lady didnt even want to fix it and she cut the cuticle on one of my other fingers and its been bleeding since. I had to pay $40 for some plain light blue coffin shaped nails. She wouldnt even tell me why it was so much. Really bad experience. Definitely never spending my money there again.
