First did underarm wax and was quick, easy, and, (sorry if I misspelled), was so sweet. Next got a soak off and polish. They don’t use drills so taking gel off wasn’t super easy but worked out in the end. All in all good experience, only reason for a 4 star instead of 5 was my polish was uneven and a little cracked by the end of day but that could’ve been just the polish and I nothing to do with fresh spa itself.

I got a facial and I feel great! People here are super nice and it is a nice environment.

Love this place - they are my favorite nail salon! Gel mani/fresh pedi time crunch is $50 and gets you in & out in a hr. The nails techs are easy to talk with & do a fantastic job! Plus you get to pick your own scents & lotions and my gel nails usually last about 3wks.

Went for the indulge package for my birthday back in February. Was absolutely amazed, it was my very first experience with a spa. It was a gift from my husband. I left feeling like a new woman and I was hooked!!!!Went again Saturday with both my girls for massage mani/pedi, I got a facial mani/pedi, facials are now a must! Again left feeling amazing and now both my girls are HOOKED 😁😁😁😁.All the staff are great and have magic hands!!!!

I got a gel manicure and less than a week later two of my nails were already chipping. I called the spa to see if I could get them redone and they had no problem fitting me in on a busy Saturday free of charge! I was so happy they stood by the quality of their work and now my nails will look perfect for my baby shower!

Heidi made very attentive to my needs by asking me several times if the pressure was ok.Destiny was an absolute pro. She explained all the products she used on me, she was attentive to me having rosacea, and she tailored the facial to meet my needs. She expertly shaped my brows, and I am very happy with them.My pedicure was perfection. Adriana explained all products she used, and left my feet feeling baby soft. She did a stellar job pairing my toenails. She encountered a difficulty with the polish shrinking, but she very quickly figured it out, and she was able to successfully complete the pedicure. She put a lot of effort into making my feet and toenails perfect, and it shows.A fourth staff member attempted the manicure There was an issue with the polish shrinking again, which she couldnt quite figure out. I talked to management, and Adriana was able to fix the issue the next day.I am very pleased with my experience at fresh market spa! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I was impressed with this place. The price seemed to good to be true, but that wasnt the case. It was a great deal AND they did an awesome job! I had a massage, mani, pedi, and facial and all were very good. Everybody there was very nice and professional.

I really enjoyed my visit to Fresh Spa Market. Jessica at the front desk was very warm and welcoming. I must of been very thirsty cause I went through 3 cups of ice tea but she was very attentive and never let my cup go empty. Sandy did a fabulous job on my toes and nails!! We went with a French manicure for my upcoming wedding. What I love love love about this place is they let you pick out a scent to add to your treatments. I chose the lotus scent and it smelled sooo good. I so wanted to give 5 stars but I was missing the massage chairs that other spas have. Although I do like the Adirondack chairs I wish there was a massage pad in them. Something similar to the massage pads you can put in recliner chairs. Although that would be expensive I think it would’ve made the experience a total 5My second visit to Fresh Spa Market was absolutely wonderful!! Tess did a beautiful job on my eyebrow and lip wax for my upcoming wedding. And Heidi!! I can’t say enough about Heidi ! I had the best deep tissue massage ever!! She’s very friendly and I’m telling you what she knows exactly what to do ! My problem area is my upper back and shoulders she knew right where my tight muscles are and got right in there. Again we used the lotus scent that smells absolutely divine. I will definitely be coming back !! The second visit gets the total 5 star

Ive been very satisfied every time Ive been in! They do a great job with kids! Prices are reasonable and they were able to give me appointments for 5 people with two days notice.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary today and got a couples massage here. We are not from Wichita as we moved here only a couple years back. I wanted to do a more local business instead of just going to massage envy or something. We had Janet and Chanda doing our massage today and Im so glad we did. Chanda did my massage and she did such an amazing job! She was always asking if everything was still good and was reassuring. She super insightful as well. I will definitely return back for Chanda to do another massage. The only thing I would ask to improve on is a more secluded room for massages and not at the front entrance but it was still a great experience!!! Will definitely recommend.

All staff members here do an excellent job whether your getting a mani/pedi, massage, or facial. Ive been going to fresh spa market for a few years now and Ive never had a bad experience. I enjoy being able to pick out my own scent for the massages and customize it to what I am feeling that day.Ive been to a few other places here in town but, out of all them this is the place to go!

Love this place. Clean, comfy, quaint, it has a welcoming Earthy relaxing vibe. They offer a variety of services at reasonable prices from waxing to spa treatments. People are super nice and helpful. Beauty blending bar is fun. Tons of different essential oils to check out and handmade beauty products available for purchase.

I have went to the very experience other massage and spa businesses in town all of them have always disappointed me EXCEPT Fresh Spa Market. This spa is the ONLY spot in Wichita that I have been able to find that can work out the horrible knots in my neck and back. I love Megan she is so sweet. She always makes sure I am comfortable with the applied pressure and she always takes the much needed time to work out the knots, instead of rushing through.I am truly grateful that the spa offers specials. I take advantage anyway I can. My ultimate goal is to TRY to keep as pain free a more natural way. With Megan and these other lovely ladies at the spa, I hope some day to be able to exercise again without horrible pain and who knows....maybe these extremely painful migraines and muscle spasms may decrease. 🤞

I got a sports pedicure and a facial and my girlfriend got the Mani pedi facial special. The price was reasonable and the staff were all friendly and excellent at their jobs. The building was clean and the chairs were comfortable. Well definitely go again!

Very nice environment and the massage therapists were good. My husband and I had a good experience. The only thing we didnt like was that you could hear other customers talking and laughing during the massage. If it was completely quiet I would have gave 5 stars.

Had scheduled an appointment for my daughter and I this morning. However, things had came up and we weren’t able to make it. Usually staff aren’t in until 30 mins prior so I gave them a ring to let them know as soon as it was 8:30am. Becky had answered my call and instantly guilt tripped me for canceling because, “the girls are paid by the hour and now they’ll be coming in early and instead of having a customer, they’re just going to sit here!” I was asking her a few questions and she had hung up on me. I called back and asked if she had owned this establishment - she said yes and that she didn’t hang up on me. She’s extremely argumentative and I don’t know why.. I (once again) apologized and that I didn’t know it was such an inconvenience to cancel an appointment and that I really did not mean to make it so difficult on her staffing. She then continues the guilt trip by stating, “well if you had given me a call sooner I could’ve caught the girls before they left for work!” Wow.. first off, I’ve tried calling in the mornings before and it’s impossible to get someone to answer unless it’s during open time. But I had called 30 minutes prior today and luckily got someone. Lastly, how was I to know the girls were hourly? I didn’t know being a customer at Fresh Spa Market allowed staff to speak to me like this. I was appalled. She could have attempted to call her staff, right? Maybe pay them the half hour of driving only for inconvenience to save profit? She then continued on how much of an inconvenience this was. I thanked Becky for her business in the past and ended the call. I’ll be looking elsewhere for my nail care. This was such an unprofessional conversation on Becky’s behalf, I don’t even know what to think.

You sit in a wooden chair like you would outside on a patio. The tech sits on a pillow on the floor. This is not a comfortable place. My design was terrible. I asked for a flower I got 5 dots with a little gem glued to the middle. I came home and removed my Polish that cost $35 to be applied. I wouldnt go back if this was the last nail place in Wichita.

Terrific non - smelly nail polish, fun scents to choose from, and also a good option for a massage, especially with off - peak time pricing. I also like the people there. Appointments recommended.

Kindest people ever. Wonderful place, fun atmosphere, great prices. Recently hosted a bachelorette party there, the bride had some personal issues and needed medical assistance, the staff couldnt have been better or more accommodating of our situation. Will definitely be visiting again soon, worth the drive to another city.

In full disclosure I am used to going to the same walk in nail salon. I tried this place because it is near my house. I made an appointment for a mani/pedi. I told them I had shellac on and it would need to be soaked and asked if they did shellac. They said they would soak off and do Gel. When I showed up for my appointment they sat me in a wooden Adirondack chair with two thin pillows, it was very uncomfortable. I dont have much padding naturally on my back side so the wood chair was not relaxing. I was told by Sandy that she could not do gel on my nails and toes because not enough time had been booked for the appointment so I said to just do a manicure w/gel. I thought I would get a full mani and pay extra for the gel. I had my nails cut and filed and cuticles trimmed. No massage or lotions used at all. Dont know why I picked out a sent. Its been less the 24 hrs and my nails are already peeling. While the gel polish was left on the sides of the cuticles the color did not cover all of the nail. I look like my nails have already grown a week or more. The polish was not applied smoothly either. It is uneven and looks like it has bubbles. I can usually get 3 weeks out of a good gel/shellac manicure.

SOOOOOOOOOO ANNOYING!I just got a massage here with Loriann and she kept hinting me to vote for her on the Wichita Eagle Reader Award. I meant I would totally vote for her if I really like her massage but then its past the limit! I dont feel relaxed as I left the store... in fact I felt more stressed than when I came to the store!

The owners here are horrible! They lie right to your face and this place has no business claiming to be a spa when they cant even do a full 55 minute massage bc they schedule themselves on top of each other. We will never be returning even with your discounted prices. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!
