This place is really good most of the time. Ive only had one not so great experience. They do a really good job and prices are decent. This is the most current. They are easy to get into and the place is clean.

Very nice technicians, however upgraded to get a callus remover treatment, as I always do, and she was so light-handed that I feel like it was a complete waste of money. still have horrible callouses on my feet and my nails on my hands are different lengths and she would not correct the longer side to have even lengths.

I paid for shellac on my toes and the paint is coming off a week later. I am very disappointed as I have never had this problem anywhere else. The staff was friendly and the place was clean and they followed Covid-19 restrictions well. Unfortunately its too bad the shellac came off so quick I wont be back.

Been going to ivy nails for a while. Tracy does a great job. If you find a mistake, she will gladly correct it.

Little wait times, professional, kind, no hidden fees & they take their time to get the nails exactly how the guest likes. Very happy everytime I go here!

Store floors were dirty. Needed to be swept and mopped. Dirty linen on top of plastic storage drawers where towel warmer sits. All surfaces were so dusty, you could write a message in the dust with a finger. Nail stations also dirty with polish, nail clippings and dusty. I had tips and powder color, as well as a pedicure done. Some of my toenails were so jagged after services that they were getting caught up in the bedsheets, like it was trying to shred the fabric. The nail technician burned my fingernails about a dozen times with the electric nail file tool from not using a fast enough sweeping motion and using a higher speed while performing services. She ended up knicking another customer and drew blood before I left. Continuous talking in their native tongue makes customers uncomfortable. The nail shaping needed correction on 8/10 fingernails. For a 4+ star average review, theres a lot to grow from what I experienced. I guess Ill keep looking for another salon.

I’ve been going to Tracy for over 2 years she definitely knows how to do great nails. I’ve been a nail tec 30 years and I’m picky very picky and she does the best nails I’ve tried lots of nail salons & she does the best job.

I went in to get acrylics. They didn’t do exactly what I asked them to do and the quality was not the best. It also took them almost two hours to do them. It’s been a week since I got them done and they went from pink to orange (and not a cute orange). I wouldn’t go here if I were you.

So I recently moved here from Alaska and I needed to find a new nail salon, I looked up “nail salons in Wichita” and Ivy Nails had a 4.6 star review and I have to say, that review is definitely deserved! I got my nails filled and toes done and all the ladies that took care of me did amazing. The massage for my feet felt great, they’re still so soft and the polish looks great. The last place I got my nails done at was in WA and they did my nails in a weird round square shape that I absolutely hated so I asked the lady that did my nails today (I believe her name was Tracy) to do a true square shape and she did not disappoint. They are so perfect! And another girl polished my nails and she did perfect as well. I am so happy with how well they all did! And their prices are great! This is for sure my new to go to nail salon! Thank you to all the ladies at Ivy Salon today!

They did a great job on my and my little sisters pedicures! I called about 20 minutes before we were hoping to go in and they got us in right a away. It is a very comfortable atmosphere and the girls were all very nice. They made us both comfortable and did an excellent job. It was my little sisters first pedicure and she loved it! I definitely recommend this place. It was a great job and not too expensive!

I absolutely LOVE this nail salon. Ive been to quite a few nail salons in the city and I can honestly say this salon is the best! All of the employees are very nice and very customer service oriented. All of the work is quality and for a very good price. If you are not happy or mess up your nails, they are more than happy to get you into the chair and complete work that is up to par. I have recommended many friends and colleagues and they have all thanked me for referring them to such a wonderful salon! Keep up the good work, ladies! :)

We have been to this place several times to get my daughters and I nails done... And every single time we have come this place has failed to accommodate. The latest excuse was she was the only person in the business that knew how to do nails, she had apts and would not be able to do ours as she needed to leave at 4:45. And then there would be no one in their >>nail

They were so kind and awesome. They do really nice work. I got a great manicure and mom got tips with gel. Going back soon!

I have always had a great experience there UNTIL the one time I go in for tips 2 weeks before my sons wedding. My tips are so far down my nails there is no way to make them look normal. They look awful. The girl that put them on put the tiniest tip she had on my pointer finger - I told her it looked ridiculous & finally convinced her to replace it with a normal adult sized nail. I am so disappointed that I wont be able to have the tips I wanted and paid for at the wedding. I wont return - if they hire inexperienced girls they will just lose business.

So glad these people didnt get any of my business. First and foremost, no one was friendly as stated in the reviews prior. Secondly, I waited 30 minutes, and was never greeted. Talk about misleading reviews; its upsetting that businesses still discriminate against potential consumers.

I went to this place and they messed up my nails very rough and I havent had a fill and they already 😡 lifted in three days then my nail broke today and split in half just pulling up my pants so I dont recommend going here

Go here every 2 weeks, but they are getting slower and slower. Last time I went I had a new set of dip and a regular pedicure, but it took almost 4 hrs.
