Called first thing in the morning and Another Heating was there the same day within a couple hours. They were informative and clearly explained the problem with our AC unit. The repairman was professional and very kind. Reasonable price as well! Will definitely use them again.

Eric was very professional, kind and efficient. He explained the AC issue and what needed to be done. He had the repair completed quickly and house is cold again. I only gave one star because it wouldnt let me put in no star. I have used this company from the first start of it. I turned my retired parents on to it and they had them come out because the AC quit.. they charged them $290.00 and told them it wouldnt last they would need a whole new unit. $6000.00 was the estimate. 3 days later the AC was out again. They called out a different company and that company told them clearly it had been shot or vandalized and that it should be covered under insurance and they couldnt believe that a responsible company had looked at the unit and charged the $290.00 knowing it would only last a few days. Well my parents got insurance to pay for a new unit. But I will never call this company out again. They took full advantage of a couple on a fixed incomeHorrible horrible horrible

Weve used Ralph and his team at Another for 5 + years and trust them to help us fix, or do preventative maintenance, the right way. I cannot say enough positive things about the team at Another Heating and Air Company. Our AC served us well for many years, but decided to call it quits.. After determining what the issue was I spoke with Isaac, who was extremely helpful and informative regarding the options to repair or replace my system. We opted to replace with a newer more efficient system. The installation crew, Charlie and Ron, showed up on time and got the job knocked out. They were both professional, knowledgeable, and friendly to chat with. Charlie went over all of the details to ensure I understood the new system, and answered all of my questions. Another Heating and Air completely rebuilt our furnace after First American Home Warrenty allowed our furnace to be installed without pulling a city permit. It was a dangerous mess of shortcuts.The work was completed with attention to detail and they honored the quoted price even though it took 2 workers all day and new part kits from the manufacturer. I could not be more pleased. Or thankful.

Called around to about ten different places to have a service call done on a broken AC unit.They got out the same day when everyone else was giving me an 8-14 day window. Showed up about 2 hours after the call. I asked the installer, Ralph, why they were available so soon and he explained that during their busy season they open up their hours and work until about 10 pm - unlike most of the other companies. He figured out the issue within 15 minutes, went and picked up parts, showed back up in under 30 minutes, and finished the job. Awesome technician - explained everything he was doing to me and said he would do whatever he could to get me fixed for the best price. Fantastic experience with these guys.

My blower motor/fan finally went out on my 40 year old system. I looked up reviews on HVAC companies in Wichita and was impressed with the number of good reviews for Another heating and air. I could have just replaced the fan but even when it worked my house wasnt as cool as I though it should have been so I decided to go with a whole new system. Charlie and Ron came out balls to the wall for 12 hrs, yanking out the old system and installing the new one. Very knowledgeable, very well mannered and had no problem answering any and all questions that I had. They ended up fixing something in the attic that was allowing hot attic air into my a/c vents. I am very impressed with this company, my house is unbelievably cool, very happy!

Our a/c decided to stop working about 11am on a Friday morning, in the last week of June. I called our warranty company - First American Home Warranty - and this is the company they assigned to us for the repair. I have lived in Wichita all my life and had not heard of this company, so I was skeptical at first. After dealing with the warranty company and getting nowhere fast, I called Another Heating and Air directly and spoke with Beth. She was extremely helpful and professional, and was actually able to squeeze us in that day so we didnt have to make an appt for Saturday and pay the emergency call fee for a weekend appointment. Joe showed up to fix our a/c. He was professional, knowledgeable, and diagnosed the problem quickly. He walked us through what was wrong and what he would be replacing. He even found something that was wired incorrectly, and he rewired it to help our a/c run more efficiently. I have no complaints and would use this company again without hesitation.

Absolutely outstanding service. Prompt, gracious, and reasonable. Highly recommended.
