Kenneth the installer was clean, punctual and explained in detail. I had new AC and Heat plus some duct work done. He even has maintenance contracts to keep it all tip top shape. Very thankful for that. Very happy customer!Would be great if they had an emergency repair number for after hours.

I love my new system. Bill came out and walked me thru all the options and I love how simple and affordable the financing process was.The installers are true craftsmen, are were very respectful of my home. While I hope to never need the warranty it is nice to have the peace of mind that if anything happens it will be taken care of.

This company is rude and unprofessional, dishonest and do not know what they are doing. Call Roth and pay extra.. I have a unit still not working right, that I just paid to have them install and they do not want to warranty it. The office secretarial staff and the service tech, talk over you and call you things like Sugar and Honey and speak to you very demeaning and sexist. They do not warranty their work and do things illegally, despite the fact that they have been in 50 some years, obviously new ownership has not served them well. Do not recommend! EVER! Going on my Facebook too!

Technician came out. They were on time. Diagnosed the furnace quickly. Discovered it had a bad pressure switch. They were very respectful and efficient. I will continue to use them moving forward and refer them to all my friends and family.

We just purchased a new system. The old one was from 1993 when the house was built, kept breaking down every summer so we knew it was time. Mikes & Sappios had the best warranty out of the bids we got from the other companies. I love that I can now change the filter without fighting to get it in out out like I had to on the old furnace. We needed to make payments and they helped with that which was a blessing.

Just had this company out for a A/C seasonal check-up today and WOW was I impressed! Bill was a treat. Helped my non-mechanical mind wrap around a few things I was clueless about and gave great tips and advice on the ominous future for when my dinosaur of a system eventually passes on. My eyes may have glazed over a couple times but he didnt talk down to me like I was dumb. Im just a few years into home ownership and I am very happy to say Ill stick with Mike & Sappios from here on out.

Master HVAC license holder Phil McGregor is the ultimate craftsman. He can build anything out of sheet metal. If you are needing a great looking quality installation of your heating and or cooling system I would highly recommend you sit down with Phil so he can discuss all your options.

I had no air and my heater was going out. Philip McGregor came out and in one day I had both installed. Phil was so wonderful and friendly. He did an excellent job and now Im comfortable and I owe it all to Phil and Mikes and Sappios. Thanks guy.

Customer service well above most other companies, excellent job! Its nice to have a company like this, and they are honest and helpful instead of just trying to rip you off.

I called Friday morning to schedule a tech to come out and look at our broken air conditioner. The woman on the phone told me that the soonest someone could be out was Saturday after lunch as the morning was booked. I was completely okay with that, I understand I called on short notice, however, no one ever showed up or called to let me know that no one was coming. My husband and I sat at home all day waiting for someone who never showed up. I called and left multiple voice messages and no one ever returned my calls. Needless to say I will be going with a different company for my AC needs.

Was told I had a bad heat exchanger. The technician seemed uncertain and flipped through a training manual to show us a picture of what was wrong. I asked to have a 2nd technician come out. First they didnt call first. Second the technician asked if he could take the cover off before I got there which I agreed to. When I got home, there were 2 holes in the heat exchanger that were not there the last time the cover was off (a week ago). Funny how now there are holes in the heat exchanger. There is NO way Im going to pay this company to replace my furnace now.

This company is very inconsistent. Poor communication and customer service. I have had two instances in which the receptionist has been rude and unprofessional simply because I needed to report an issue. Both included raising her voice and critiquing my management. They - might - fix the problem, but they surely will not treat you well.

The best HVAC company I have dealt with hands down. My 30 year old furnace went out and needed replaced. Had a couple of other companies come out for quotes. Other companies tried to push things on me that I didnt need or want. Called Mikes and Sappios. They were out to the house that morning and gave me a quote for exactly what I wanted. They never tried to push anything on me or sell me things that I didnt want. Their warranty was by far the best out of the companies I had quotes from and price was the most reasonable. Decided to go with them on the spot. They were able to come out the next day and get the unit replaced. Installation looked great when it was finished. Mikes and Sappios will be my HVAC company from now on.

They put me first. They also gave me clear explanations of the repairs that I needed.

Our house was built in 1992 and AC was becoming more and more inefficient as well as furnace. We had several bids before going with Mike & Sappio. Their company bid far more reasonable than any other one. All others suggested furnace upgrades we did not need. They wanted to upgrade our AC to a higher tonage which is not good depending on the square footage of your home. Mike & Sappio pointed out several issues with a return exchange being on the basement floor trapping a lot of our cold air downstairs as well as diverting our sump pump drain to not shoot dirty water directly into our brand new AC Unit. They caught issues neither other company mentioned and made additional suggestions such as insulating our garage attic for our own information to further our homes efficiency. Their warranty was unsurpassed. Amoung other things a Lifetime Warranty on the heat exchange on our gas furnace and five YEARS labor. They were able to schedule our install the following week and were very conscious of our home. They used rugs on the carpets to protect them and cleaned up any mess they made. They were friendly and professional and made sure to answer all questions we had. The job was completed in ab 8 hrs which impressed me. I will absolutely recommend them to everyone I know and was referred to them myself by a friend who also replaced a full system last summer. In 20 years of home ownership and multiple homes at that I felt they were upfront and honest. They in no way tried to scam me or sell me unnecessary upgrades and I did most of the business bc my husband worked prior to install day. Very happy with them and am pleased to find a regular HVAC company I do not have to pull teeth to work with. Dont hesitate to call them. Family owned company with 50 yrs in business.

We had our heater go out and needed it repaired, called Mike &Sappios Heating and Cooling come and Bill the service tech had use up and running in no time, will tell everyone about our experience and recommend them to everyone

I had almost the same thing happen as Susie D did, except when they took my old furnace out, I took the heat exchanger out to look for holes or cracks and couldnt find any. When I called Mikes & Sappios, they sent out the original technician who refused to repair my furnace because it had a bad heat exchanger. He looked over, under, inside and out and couldnt find one hole or crack. In my opinion, these people are scamming you if your furnace is a little older than average. If I were you Id stay away from being ripped off.
