Frederick is an excellent company. All representatives were a pleasure to deal with, from the office manager to the estimator to the crew chief to the installers Lupe and Steve. They responded quickly to our needs -- our whole house ac unit needed replacement -- and finished the job ahead of schedule and in one day. We are sitting in air conditioner bliss right now because of the phenomenal job by the entire team at Frederick. We are very happy with our new equipment and the professional installation. The attention to detail by Lupe and Steve is outstanding. The sheet metal work was like an artist creating his masterpiece. It is that good.Thank you Team Frederick.

I have used Frederick Plumbing for years and never had an issue. Always nice. Always prompt. Very reasonable. This time however, Im in the middle of selling my house and the inspectors discovered a leak coming from my bathtub into the basement. Although not a 911 kind of situation, it was worrisome as I wouldnt be able to use the main tub and shower in my old 1937 bungalow AND I had a contract pending on my house, so it was important to have this taken care of as soon a possible. I called on a Monday. Next appointment available wasnt until the following Monday! NO WAY! I couldnt believe what I was hearing. I asked if there was anything any sooner; I mean its a large company. Nope. So on Wednesday, I called Plumbco. They came out within about 2 hours of my call; figured out what needed to be done; replaced some piping and the overflow bathtub/shower drain. Took him an hour and it was less than $200. Sorry Frederick. No more!

These guys are great! Another company wanted to charge us $800 to repair the AC in a house we were trying to sell. Fredericks diagnosed the problem properly and repaired it for $245 and squeezed us in before our closing on the house. From the ladies who answer the phones to the technicians to the repair manager they are all quality people who went our of their way to help us

A new review of an older company that I have used in the past for up to 15 years now. A smaller company that I feel has a price point that speaks to the service that I got. Reddi industries can not own everything in Wichita,,,, I would recommend.

Requested service thru online request. Received call next morning and receptionist was kind, upfront about service fee, and quick to get me an appointment that afternoon. Technician was easy to work with, friendly, and kept me informed during his entire inspection and service. A great company that responds and follows up with requests. Highly recommend.

I really liked the plumber, Matt, who did an outstanding job. He was nice, neat, and very professional. Then the bill hit. I believe the parts were around $130 but labor was over $600 for three hours of work. I didnt know there was brain surgery involved. WOW!!!

I will definitely use Fredericks again. Lupe and Jason did an awesome job with my installation, glad to see there are still craftsmen out there that take pride in their work!

I cant say enough good things about Josh at Frederick Plumbing. First, he took a job that another reputable plumber refused. When he came over for the estimate, he explained in detail what needed to be done and his plan of action. He answered my questions professionally and had an estimate to me quickly with a scheduled day to come over. The installation was handled expertly and the new sink looks great. While I was driving to work this morning, van #41 kept swerving into my lane almost causing me to wreck into the sidewalk. I slammed on my brakes and honked my horn. He continued to be reckless until I turned onto the street I needed to.

Josh just left my house after installing cold and hot water and dishwasher valves as well as a minor repair in our bathroom! Great guy, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly! Could not ask for more!!! This is our third experience and all three have been text book! Frederick’s is in my phone for all of our heating/cooking and plumbing needs!!! Thank you!!!

Never used this company but an employee driving the company van flies down my street all the time, driving recklessly. We live within a few blocks of three schools. Not the best image for the company and not safe for the kids around here.

Our Thermostat and AC broke down. The high was 105 degrees. We had an very friendly and wonderful serviceman named Adrian help us. He was quick and went through everything thoroughly. Before we knew it my AC was up and running in no time. I would recommend anyone to use this company for experienced servicemen to get the job done quickly. We will use them again. Thank you so much for making this family happy.

I highly recommend Frederick Plumbing HVAC! They take care of our home and office buildings plumbing, heating & A/C, and do a great job every time. Theyre courteous, professional & prompt.The furnace at our home quit working Sunday afternoon and the person who answered their phone explained the fees involved and gave us the option of waiting until regular business hours on Monday. I checked with them Monday morning at 8:30, and though they were already fully booked they were able to squeeze us in Monday afternoon. Reasonably priced for their services, too!

On 9/22/2017 I had Frederick PH& A replace my leaking water heater and was most please with the results. Nathan was quite professional and very outgoing. Quite refreshing for a young tech to know his job and take care of the customer properly. The results, an outstanding job well done. I couldnt have asked for better. My thanks to Nathan & Chris.

I normally dont share reviews since I always expect good service from the people I work or contract services with. However I feel compelled to write this review to recognize Frederick for the outstanding service they provided. On arguably the two hottest days of the year (107+ heat index), they found a way to get my AC working again after my unit died. With their connection with suppliers they were able to find a unit and install it the same day. The internal temp in my house at the time was 92 with 90+% humidity!. Within a few hours it had cooled down to 82 but more importantly with little humidity - our house was livible again! Thank you Chris, tyler, Javier and team to make this happen! Customer for life

They did a complete overhaul on our HVAC system a year ago and everything has been great ever since. They were fast, affordable, and we were surprised by their attention to detail. They made sure everything was perfect and rock solid before they left.

Fredericks is spectacular in every way. Extremely attentive, great maintenance plan, and they go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. I cant say enough good things about working with them. The only HVAC company for me!!

One of their trucks, a service pickup, passed me on the right on Hwy 400, March 23, west of Severy, at about 2:45 p.m. whoever was driving risked their life, my life, and the lives of those behind us. I was driving 55 mph. Less than 2 minutes later, a four lane appears with slower traffic able to move right and let the faster traffic by. The side road was thin with speed bumps so he was into my line, on my right, both of us going west. This is one of the most dangerous instances of driving that I have seen in a long time.

Chris and his team are awesome! They replaced our worn out A/C unit with a new system very quickly and for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Over a 3year span I have had them work on my business and home. After a few attempts by diffrent people in service to figure out why my shop air conditioner couldnt keep up i gave up, it was a old unit. I finally gave up but Tyler who was doing house unit assured me if I had him personally come out to check it he would find the problem. He had replaced the ductwork inside in the first year, and was now doing service also. He came out and made the suggestion needed to fix the issue. Owner of the shopping center did the suggestion and WoW what a difference it has made. Unit is keeping up. It Had to do with outside roof unit having exposed ductwork not being insulated. The owner of the shoppingcenter chose to do it his self, added reflective insulation to cover area. Guess it shows experience is everything. I plan on continuing to use them for my needs but will request tyler for service.
