When my AC went out in the middle of summer, I gave Moody Heating and Air a call. They were able to get a guy out that day to take a look at it. After finding the cause they were able to fix it right away. They all were extremely friendly from the office assistant who took my call to the worker who came by to fix it. The guy that came out worked quick and was able to get my AC up in running. I even last minute asked if I could get a new thermostat put on and they were able to do that, that day as well. I am highly impressed with their work ethic, dependability and friendlyness. I can’t recommend them enough. They did an outstanding job & I was impressed how quick they were able to get me in. Call Moody heating and air if you ever have an issue they will definitely take care of you.

I called Moody to check my Trane Heat Pump and system. I decided to use them annually. From calling and talking to Rebecca who was very friendly and she got me in quickly. The technician that came out was William. Hey thanks for taking care of my Heat Pump and equipment. Hes very nice and very sharp. I highly recommend Moody Heating and Air conditioning You well be happy you calling them.

Moodys replaced our 3 ton unit with a new 3 ton unit.. for some reason the new unit of the same size would not keep up with cooling the house.. Drew stayed on top of it, worked the problem and eventually installed a new 3.5 ton unit… the costumer support from drew during this was amazing, and the individual techs that came out were very professional… I would strongly recommend Moodys to anyone!!!

Drew and his crew did an outstanding job installing my new Trane HVAC system. The house has never been more comfortable on a hot Kansas summer day. My old system could not keep up. It never shut off during the day. Temperatures could reach 79°. Now 75° is a no brainier. I love the programmable Nexia thermostat. Drew went the extra mile to make we were totally happy with our decision. Great customer service!

My home warranty company recommended Moody Heating and Cooling. I was skeptical because my home warranty usual selects the cheapest and I usual dont get great quality or customer service. Was I wrong! From Rebecca the scheduling agent to everybody involved installing our new AC unit, to Dan who I believe is the owner, it was the best customer service Ive received. They educated me on how NOT to get hosed by other AC companies. And how to verify what they were saying was accurate. I highly recommend this company and I pray for their continue growth! I was quoted a new customer price, however, the tech did not know that so I paid regular price. I called the office and was told to stop by the office and I would get the difference back. I went the next day to receive my refund. Great company.

I ask Moody for a diagnostics on how well my heating and air conditioning unit was and they did a very thorough examination of the heater with multiple checking points. Feel confident my heater will last me until I see another spring.

It was 3:30pm on a Wednesday afternoon. I was just about to walk upstairs when noticed something that caught my eye.I flipped on the light in the utility room and my heart dropped out of my chest. There was a small pool of water underneath my water heater.My mind instantly raced as I recalled an episode of the Sopranos... where Tonys hot water tank sprung a leak and flooded his entire basement.The first company that came to mind was Moody. Ive been doing business with them for the past few years... and their service is amazing!Their technicians are first class and they pay attention to details.I called them up right away.Within the next 15 minutes I was scheduled to have a new hot water header... within the next 24 hours! I went to sleep that night hoping the leak would not get bigger.When I checked it in the morning it was still small... whew!A few hours later... Moody installed the new hot water heater, and we were back in business.I would highly recommend using Moody for all your heating and air needs.They simply ROCK!

We thought we had an issue with the HVAC system because we had a burning smell at 1:00 am. We turned off the HVAC unit until we were able to call Moody Heating and Air Conditioning when they opened at 7:30 am. Rebecca the receptionist told us we did the right thing by turning off the system. She said they were booked for the day, but she would see what they could do. She called us back in 10 minutes and said she could have a technician come out around 8:30am. The technician, William called us to let us know he was on his way over. They fixed the problem that same morning and we had our heat back on with in the hour. William had the parts he needed with him.I would highly recommend Moody Heating and Air Conditioning! They’re professional, prompt, courteous and on time. Some how they even worked us in their schedule in an emergency. We have used them for years and we will continue for years to come. Best service ever!

What happened to Moody?Had Moody out to repair my furnace. Three visits in three days, and it was still not fixed. After my 4th call I talked to Dan the manager. He was less than friendly. Furthermore, the technicians only stayed twenty minutes each visit. As soon as the burners would ignite, they said it was fixed and left. I decided I was done with Moody and called Reddi Industries. Their technician had it solved in ten minutes, and he only charged me for labor.What happened to Moody?

Our air conditioner stopped working and our home warranty selected moody for the repair. They were very polite and professional, while being direct about what the AC needed. When I called to schedule the cleaning that desperately needed done, I let them know we are still pretty green to home maintenance. They set us up with a yearly plan that was only $70 more than just the AC cleaning that covers both AC and Furnace cleaning each year. We are very happy with this option. Its nice to know our appliances will run better and longer with regular maintenance now. I highly recommend this company!

Mark and his guys are very knowledgeable and provide quality lightning fast service. I had some issues with my Nest thermostat after install at 12PM after a Furnace install from another provider. Was on the phone with Nest over an hour with no working solutions. Nest directed me to 3 different Nest recommended installers in the area. I got a call from Mark promptly in the morning and he had guys out to my house within an hour. When they arrived they solved the problem within 5-10 minutes and made sure everything else was hooked up correctly and running properly. These guys know how to provided high quality service! Highly recommended!

These guys were great! We were having trouble with our home warranty and needed some special assistance. I explained what we needed to their GM and they accepted the challenge. Once the home warranty situation was cleared up, they were able to save us even more money than we expected. I will definitely using their company in the future.

I have used Moody for years on 2 different houses for Fall and Spring preventative maintenance. They are always prompt, courteous and efficient. I have had 2 emergency repair services outside normal business hours that they responded to quickly and got the unit working on that visit. I have no complaints.

I was concerned about CO levels. Moodys Heating made an immediate appointment and did a thorough check and cleaning of the system. I appreciate the professionalism of the technicians to check everything out. I also appreciate their willingness to answer my questions so I can do a better job of spot inspections and what potential problems to look for.

I love Moody Heating and Air. I would recommend them to anybody! My home warranty company dispatched them out a couple of months ago to fix the capacitor and I will never use anyone else. They are fast and efficient. I just had to call them back out as I got home during my lunch break and my house was warm. Before I even got off the phone with Rebecca she had someone on the way. This time its the compressor and even though its not a quick fix I have full confidence they will be back out as soon as they get one ordered. Just a tip if you have home warranty... make sure you call them and get someone on the phone. You CAN request Moody Heating and Air and they will dispatch a work order directly to them. Otherwise the home warranty company will just dispatch whatever company is next on their list.

Douglas came out yesterday because my air conditioning wasnt working in 100 degree heat. He did such a great job getting it up and running. Really just needed a tune up and a good cleaning. He worked outside cleaning the unit, fixing wires, doing little things that went far, in 100 degree heat to get it running again. Gave me some pointers on how to manage my system. I was very happy and my system improved tremendously.

Moody Heating and Air Conditioning at 1020 W Maple is a huge blessing, and I highly recommend them to you.My house had an old furnace, at least 42 years old, and an air conditioning unit that was way beyond its best days as well.Last fall I asked for a price quote from another company (not Moody), and the other company never even called back with their price quote after seeing how old and tough the situation might be. Even worse, during the visit of they other company they mentioned outrageous prices. And whenever I asked even a tiny question that awful man from the other company would just start either talking down to me or arguing with me, rather than giving me any answers to my questions. So, based on that awful other company (which sadly had so many shallow positive reviews which is why I called them last fall), combined with not ever getting a call back from that awful other company, I just gave up and lived with the super expensive, noisy, inefficient, slow, monstrous, and possibly deadly and dangerous out-of-date heater for the rest of this winter until now.But Moody was the exact opposite, like sunshine in a dark world! What a lucky day it was when I drove by their store during lunch break and just on the spur of the moment decided to drop in and see what they had to offer. At their personal in-home visit Moody offered me an awesome package on rock solid equipment, which they were able to install right away while I was on spring break! Moody rose to the challenges and seemed to overcome every setback with a solution that was even better than if the challenge hadnt been there in the first place!Moody is also super honest. I immediately paid for and signed on the dotted line to get the great deal on the furnace and air-conditioning unit that I needed, just in case the deal went away, but Moody never even deposited the check until the work was done, which they were awesomely able to schedule at my request only four days later, so that I was able to have the initial visit through the total installation of everything from start to finish, all completed during my days off during spring break!Moody did not try to upsell me on anything, but intelligently provided exactly what my house really needed.Overall I received rock solid TRANE equipment from Moody with everything included, plus total installation that went above and beyond normal expectations, and found out they even provide free servicing and filters at this time next year!Moody really cares about its customers!

Lewis was Awesome! He came out the same day we called Moody. He troubleshot the problem and found a wire that had been cut in under 15 minutes. We only had to pay for labor and it was minimal. He recommended that we make some changes to where are vents were located to reduce our monthly bill. I will request him next time we have a problem.

I have 2 dogs, elderly mother & a wife & kid. They made it out in an hour and in the rain. Walked my wife through everything, explained and showed broken part, checked the freon & compared new part to old. Will definitely use again. Better than everybody else that wanted to come out tomorrow!

This place has one of the best servicemen ever, Unfortunatly cant say the same for the owners. I had a problem, they said it was one thing charged me, still had the problem, they told me it was something else and it wasnt that. I figured out what it was and called them they said that was checked and it wasnt that...I told them I had pictures to prove it. He told me to send them to him...I did no call back. I called them again he told me I was a liar he never said that they checked that and they were doing things in order. Basically He called me a lair and didnt even say they were sorry for not finding the problem the first time! Instead he snapped at me and said I am not giving any type of refund, which I never asked for I mearly asked what their warrinty was for giving me the wrong information. They really let me down they used to be my only call for heating and cooling...not any more!

I had another company come out(wrote a review there too) that had determined I needed an entirely new furnace. The issue, was that the blower was not coming on. I had a tech from Moody come out for a second opinion, and it turned out to be a capacitor that had gone bad. 20 minutes and he was done. This is by far the best service Ive ever had. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing repair.

Bought a humidifier from this company over 3 years ago and it never worked from the start. I called last year about replacing the water filter and when the tech got here I told him it never worked since they installed it. I called them every year for it not working and they would send out a tech and even the seconded year the owner came out. they would always tell me try it for the rest of the year and if it still did not work call again. this last year 2017 when the tech came out he found they had broken the piercing tip on the water line and removed it. now it works great but they charged me to fix a problem I had from the first day.I called the owner and he said they have no records of them coming hereevery year and me calling them every year. that I should have gotten things in writing so I would have proof. the owner said he would split my bill with me. I told him to keep it. beings they are hurting for money and lie they need the money worst them me. they are not reliable in fixing things and they extended warranty does not cover much of anything. it seems to me it is another scam by them to make money. I am not going to be their customer any longer. beware folks.

I recently purchased an entire Trane HVAC System from Moody Heating & Air Conditioning. They were recommended to me by a friend that has been a Moody customer for many years. Drew Leiker was excellent on providing a competitive quote and the install date was the next business day which was wonderful. The install team consisted of Ben, Cole & Patrick. They arrived on time and were truly professional and courteous. They gave me an estimated completion time which they met and did a superb clean-up. Cole gave me instructions on the new humidifier and Nexia Wi-fi thermostat. To top off the entire installation, Drew completes all of the required registrations. Very happy with Moody Heating & Air Conditioning.
