If negative stars was an option I feel our experience would warrant such a review. After 5+ months they not only have yet to repair our washer, but also the washer began leaking right after their service technician left and caused water damage to our home.They refused to come back out until 4 days later, when the technician said he could only stay for 30 minutes to diagnose the issue. You can probably guess the rest of this story.... he didn’t find anything wrong, refused to stay long enough for me to start a load to see if the problem remained. 5 minutes after he left, 8 minutes into the washing cycle, the leaking happened again.Let me remind you, this is after 5 months of attempting to repair the washer, diagnosing, ordering parts, installing parts and only for new things to be wrong with the washer.To say this experience has been very upsetting, expensive, inconvenient, and irritating is an understatement.

Stay away from Sears Appliance Repair. Was told that limited people work on Kenmore LG refrigerators so was happy that Sears (A&G) had an opening that day. The tech arrived, quickly (by observation and not evaluation) determined the parts needed and had them ordered. I was told they would arrive in about 2 weeks for the repair and I could get it done earlier if an opening/cancellation happened (which does all the time). My parts arrive in a week and then hell. They moved my appt 2 months out and said techs were not available. I find a cancellation and reschedule sooner and twice the tech did not show up, once lying to the scheduler that I was not home. I was sooo angry. I continued to get no real support from the call-in center and no opportunity to speak with a manager. Steer very clear of Sears Repair! The process and delay for repair is horrendous!!

My 2 1/2 year old LG quit cooling on 5/22. I had a subcontractor that Sears uses check it out only to learn “everything works, it’s just not cooling”. Thanks very much. No show the following Monday and after 2 1/2 hours on hold, the next time they could come out is June 9th. That is 3 weeks folks. $2k with a device warranty that is useless! Stay away from Sears. So tired of living out of coolers and buying ice. Nightmare.

Called hoping to find a part at local store. Call was sent to a call center. Part # has been superseded by another part #, but call center only said part is no longer available. When I told them I was hoping to find it locally they told me the part center closed last November. Update your website!

Ordered a part online October 2, 2018. The website said as long as the part was showing in stock ( the site showed In stock) I would receive it October 5th. No part on the 5th, called to ask why. Got told I must be mistaken, because their website doesn’t show the delivery date it shows an estimated delivery and I would receive my parts on the 10th to possibly the 15th. I waited. Called the 15th. Parts are now in back order status and would be delivered in a day or two. Just a timing issue. Called them back today October 24 and have been told the manufacturer Whirlpool canceled my order and I should have received an email with the information. No email was sent. I ordered from sears, sears is therefore responsible for sending an email stating this. I then asked when I would receive a refund. They told me I needed to request one. So I then ask may I have my money refunded. She then proceeded to tell me that was another department. All in all, I would give my experience a -5 stars if I could. Badly run business practices. This is why sears has had to close so many stores. Very sad.
