Nice guys, unfortunately being nice doesnt mean capable. They miss diagnose my cars problem and replaced the wrong parts and charged me almost $500. Of course they argued that the parts needed to be replaced anyways but it didnt solve the problem, I had to come back multiple times to ask them to take a look at it and they kept telling me to come back the next day or next week. Finally I gave up, took my car to another place and it turned out the problem was super easy and cheap to fix!.In my opinion these guys dont know what theyre doing and I totally regret to have come here!

Came in on a recommendation and google reviews to fix some rim rash and replace a tire on an newer e class. They gave me options and immediate pricing which made it easy to make a decision. Expected pricing versus what the Benz dealer quoted with as promised results. They even changed out my spare so I could take car home without having to leave car there for free. Consider me a future customer. And as the reviews all say - Debbie the owner - super nice and personable. All promised work, timing and cost was completed as promised.

Been going to place for years. Love the owners, they can do it all from tune-ups, maintenance checks, to car customizations. If you got a blown out tire they’ll fix it day of. Prices are very reasonable and the energy is great.

I have been bringing my car here for the past 2 years and would recommend it to anyone. Fair prices, mechanics show you, one on one, what the problem is and walk you through their plan of attack and the cost BEFORE the work is done and keep you up to date on their progress. The owner Debbie, is a warm, friendly woman who is not going to grab a hold of your wallet. She checks to see if she can find a better price for parts and will tell you if she finds something. Now, it may just be me, but I also love the warm fuzzies I get from Ari(sp), her spoiled little furbaby. Just Go There! You wont be disappointed.

I have custom rims on my car and when I moved up to Chicago from the burbs, I fell victim to the infamous city potholes within no time and cracked my rim straight thru to the seal.I spent several months looking for a place to fix it and, either due to a lack of knowledge/caring to look at it or charging just to diagnose if it could even be fixed or not, and getting very frustrated at finding no luck anywhere, I came across Euro Tire Boutique.Its a little bit tucked away and hard to spot what type of business it is exactly but I am extremely happy I did find it because with one phone call, I knew I found the Pros I had been desperately seeking for months after a short conversation with the terrific owner, Debbie.Debbie was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable & friendly and within 5 minutes of meeting her for an immediate appointment (no waiting at all), she assured me they could perform the work, no worries! and the best part is, they did so at a very reasonable cost!They were also very quick and efficient in mounting and installing the tire after the repair at no additional cost!Its been about 3 weeks since the repair was done and, after being told by many it was a lost cause and probably to damaged to even bother trying to fix, the rim is holding up, perfectly airtight.My tire pressure has maintained performance the entire time since with no leaking at all.I realize this review is a bit overly long but I feel the need to express my dilemma and desperation to save my custom rim and the incredible effectiveness of this shop to address the issue and fix it.So Debbie, if youre reading this, I just wanna thank you again for a job very well done from you and your crew and I suggest your shop to anyone I know requiring your field of services.I genuinely Hope the business flows steady for you and your terrific staff for years to come-Very happy customerJoe A.

BEST PLACE TO GO TO GET YOURIMS, TIRES AND MORE DONE. I HAVE A 2012 PASSAT AND HAD SOME PROBLEMS WITH MY RIMS. THEY FOUND WHAT WAS WRONG AND FIXED THEM FOR A GREAT PRICE.
