Pleasant, Haley answered all question and even tried to further assist me with my itemized items that I had spent out. Asked other employee to assist computer gave same answer. Wouldnt take info. Haley answered all question prompt and with clear answers. I had also mentioned my tax papers from last year she answered those questions.

Nothing good to say ! Filed taxes for last year, they dont know if they got approved or what happened to any stimulus checks, only thing they can do is give irs number .You cant get through on that number either .been trying for months ! But they want their money, they will take everything you own .Im just over all government agency s at this point.!

Ive been a long time returning customer, I have always had a good experience with them. Always love that they offer holiday advances it helps out so much sometimes! Also any time there is a change in taxes my tax agent is always willing to take the time to explain everything in detail that way I can fully understand.

I was greeted at the door from the kindest receptionist and shown the highest level of professionalism as my preparer went over each line item imputing pertinent information ensuring accuracy for my peace of mind. My preparer answered each of my questions and was extremely patient as i was going over my information and providing documentation with her.
