Rude. Had my own polish, but they wanted to charge me for a top coat and my manicurist was very rude about it! Upsetting because I WAS a regular client.

First of all, asked for acrylics or dip. Lady did UV gel nails without asking . Cost 100 dollars and they feel like they are going to fall off. Next got my eyebrows waxed and she took them off . They are so thin now I have to go buy filler. Never had such a poor experience that cost so much in my life.

I just walked into the Nail spa and said i wanted a manicure. Front desk person asked me to have a seat. I waited a few moments then she came back took my temperature and had me wash my hands, she then seated me at a station and said someone would be over in 5 minutes. I waited about 7minutes then a man came over to me and explained to me that the woman who approached me wasn’t clear on what she was doing and asked me to leave and said i should have had an appointment. He never asked me if i wanted an appointment or anything he just escorted me out. I asked him why i was asked to wait and why i had washed my hands and why was my temperature taken of i was not going to be served.Let’s just say i will never return here.

Had the best experience and quality service at Bliss. I normally dont give 5 stars, but this salon deserves it! I love their interior, it made me feel at peace. The staff is really friendly. I have been going there a couple of times, and I have to say, every time I went they had the colors I wanted and did a fantastic job. Im coming back again soon, I highly recommend this salon.

I love Bliss nails so much! Everyone who works there is very good at their job and are always willing to go above and beyond. I have been going here for a long time, and I’ve never been disappointed. I always go for crazy nails, and they always give me the best gel manicures. I will always go to Bliss, they’re the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. They have a HUGE color selection and many different spa packages. I will always go to Bliss because they have the best quality workers and nail polishes.

I come here once a month to treat myself to a spa pedicure and I enjoy the experience every time. The women there really know what they are doing and make sure you’re comfortable throughout the whole hour. Their business hours are so convenient and they’re prices are welled priced.

This place is horrible. I called up to get a pedi, manicure with gel on my nails. I asked how much and the guy says 50 buck then I got to check out it turns out to be 65 bucks. The lady takes off my polish but doesnt soak my feet at all. I told them I wanted a pedi done with regular nail polish. They over charge people and dont know what theyre doing.

Beautiful nails salon! This was my first time seeing a ventilation system installed in a nail salon. Very clean, everything is brand new. They also have great staff, friendly and kind. Ive been to many other nail salons and did not have good experience. But I feel such peace and comfort in this place. I was also surprised to find that they also have a lot of parking space. You will love this place. Take a visit!!

My daughter and I were visiting from out of town and needed a nail salon. We happened upon Bliss. She received a pedicure and eyebrow waxing. I just needed to have my heel calluses worked on. They did such a thorough job. The salon is immaculate and the staff are very nice. They recently opened and are offering a grand opening special. Try them out.

They are so nice the second you walk through their doors. The place is beyond clean and very nice inside. Great atmosphere!

Horrible. They are a communist controlled business and refuse people their freedom! They force people to wear masks - which are proven to cause respiratory illnesses and refuse to service people with medical issues that can not wear masks. Boycott this place!!!

I went to this nail salon after receiving a gift card for Christmas. Like the other reviews state the facility was the cleanest Ive ever seen and everyone was very nice. I made an appointment both times I went and was attended to on time. However, the quality of service is extremely poor compared to what they are charging. The first time I went I got a full gel set ($100). Within two weeks one of my nails was lifting (and I reiterate this was a brand new full set). During my first visit there were a few people there when I first arrived who were just waiting for their nails to dry. Once those people left the staff began cleaning up around me. The peaceful spa music was drowned out by the sound of a vacuum and everyone was sweeping around me; it was uncomfortable and not relaxing at all. I went a second time for a fill and to spend the few dollars i had on my gift card. Again I had made an appointment and was attended to on time, however I must note there were no other patrons in the salon from the moment I arrived until I left. They charged me to fix the nail that had lifted (total $60). I was slightly taken aback by this considering It wasnt any fault of mine that the nail was lifting ( I didnt break it). Fast forward to two weeks later and I now have two nails lifting. Needless to say I have absolutely no intentions of ever returning here.I will happily return to my old nail salon which may not have been immaculate and I may have to wait even though I have an appointment, but I know the quality of work will be much better, my nails will last a minimum of 3 weeks and all of that for HALF the price.
