I get gel nails done with Kevin and he always does a wonderful job. He is super nice and professional. My nails can last me up to three weeks and always look natural which I like.Today I got a pedicure with Jennifer and she was absolutely amazing. Very kind, friendly and took great care of my feet. The salon is clean and has a nice calming vibe. Took me a long time to find a good place to get my nails done but I finally did and I am so happy about it.

I got the perfect relaxing pedicure today! My first time at Royal Nails & Spa. Everyone was friendly and I felt welcomed and comfortable. The woman who gave me my pedicure did a great job. She took her time and gave me a great leg and foot massage. My feet look pretty and I feel good. I will definitely be going back again.

I highly recommend royal nails. Everyone is extremely nice. I go to Mya. She is very personable and has a great sense of humor. She does great nail art.

Just dont get decal. They dont stay well. However my nails are 3 weeks old and they still look as if I had them done yesterday except for the one finger.

I have been looking all over Westfield for quality nails since I just moved here . I tried several places and was super dissatisfied. I did some research and found work Maya at royal had done. From the pictures it looked like she did great work. I decided to try and she did not disappoint. I LOVE my nails. She was super quick and does amazing work. Definitely found my new nail lady !! Pictured is what I asked for next to what I got. When I asked for the designs to be fixed I was told that everyone paints differently and that they couldn’t be done like the picture.If your looking for nail art this is not the place to go.

Heather was awesome, the last place i went to did a really horrible job. She was able to fix it by asking questions and giving me suggestions. She did a really awesome job and was able to make my nails look amazing! I live an hour away and will be coming here for my nails everytime.

I was looking for a new nail technician. I had gone to Royal Nails years back and decided to try them again. I was so impressed with the new layout of the salon. It was certainly very clean and many strategies were in place for social distancing and client safety. My nail technician Heather was absolutely wonderful! Her attention to detail, as well as her very friendly demeanor, made my visit very enjoyable. I will certainly be going back regularly. Highly recommend.

My husband and I got manis and pedis in May. Our appointments were at 5:30 pm and went past 7 pm so I think my nail tech was rushing especially towards the end since all other employees except for him and the owner had left for the night. I was very surprised they did not ask me to wash my hands and or sanitize before getting my nails done especially because I got the dipping powder which is used on multiple people. After a week and a half (less than 10 days) my nails started to chip. I called and spoke to a nice woman and she said to come in and ask for Kevin and he would look at them to determine if it was regular wear and if he could repair them. I have had dip powder done before at other salons and last 3+ weeks. I made an appointment and Kevin looked at my nails, questioned if I got them done at Royal Nails and I said yes and he said its normal for them to chip after a week and a half and did not offer to repair them. He expected me to pay to get them redone. Needless to say, I was very disappointed in my overall experience and hope that this review makes others think twice before booking an appointment with Royal Nails in Westfield.

Regular customer & there’s no words to express how satisfied I am with my nails every time! Mya always does my nails and she does such an amazing job! Kevin does my nails as well if Mya is booked and he too does such a great job! The place is very clean, friendly and such a comfortable environment. Pedicures are so nice as well, there’s different options you can choose from. It took me years to finally say I found my place, Royal Nails is basically my second home. All staff is super nice and very talented. Unfortunately I see some bad reviews on here but don’t let it turn you away!! Here they will try their hardest to satisfy your needs and in the process if you want it to be different just speak up and they will do what makes you happy. Best nail salon in Massachusetts!!

Disappointed in the service I received today. My legs and feet were left dripping with oil after my pedicure and did not get wiped off. I need to shower after the deluxe pedicure because of all of the oil left on my skin. The nail polish isn’t covering all of my nail and is on my skin on nearly every toe with many missed spots and an incomplete job. I do not recommend this place, it was the first time I visited Royal nails and spa. I’m giving it to two stars because the place looked clean, sanitized and well-maintained.

Coming here last week I was thrilled to get a full set done and then seeing the high rating I thought I was all set. I got there very clean and friendly staff not busy at all. When the lady started doing my nails they all came out different shapes and some are even different lengths. She didn’t push down the cuticles so now having them for 7 days the already look grown out. I am very disappointed with how they came out specially since I spent 60$ including a 5$ tip.

This place charged my five dollars to remove my nails... ok not a lot cool. The person didn’t soak them off though, they pry each one off with a nail tip. And it hurt a lot!!!!!!😡😡😡 I could’ve done that myself!! The whole point of getting your nails off by a professional is to not damage them! My nails are so broken now I didn’t even bother getting the new set they wouldn’t be able to handle it😭😡 this place causes pain for their profit!!!!

This was my third time going to royal nails and every time I got them done they would break the next day, I gave up on getting full gel sets from them and just wanted a gel manicure for graduation, literally the next day it started peeling off idk what kinda gel they put on but it wasn’t gel it was literally just nail polish, I paid 30 dollars for nail polish, literally peeled off like stickers.I wish I could attach a picture, but don’t get your nails done here

First Time To this nail salon! I walked in 2 days before Christmas and I was taken immediately upon arrival, I was treated great and my nails were done just the way I like them! When I went to pay it was just 25$ for my refill and I got a little present! He handed me a lotion and said happy holidays! He didn’t ask me to leave a tip like other nail salons usually do! I always leave a tip but I was tight with money! Very clean and refreshing organized place! I will def be going again!

New Full Set of Gel nails. Back in March when we got hit with the Covid-19 Pandemic and everything went on lock down I had no choice but to remove the gel overlay from my nails and cut my nails back. Now that things have leveled out for the most part I decided to pamper myself and get my nails done. I am SOOOOOOO BEYOND THRILLED to have nails again and they did an outstanding job. I am SO SO HAPPY 😊 💓!!!!

Jasmin’s work is neat and meticulous, literally the best mani/pedi and foot massage I’ve ever had. Her cuticle clean up was thorough but gentle, polish was flawless, and the massage was heaven. Super clean place and staff very friendly.

She understood what I wanted & check with me every step of the way. Ill not only be going back but will also recommend them to friends and family.

Update: I’ve been going here for more than a year now and absolutely love it still every time. Also, with COVID times, it is very clean, with barriers between clients and workers. They also have a check in for every visit to make sure no one enters that has been feeling ill. Highly recommend taking all your Nail and pedicure needs here. Just remember to make an appointment in advance!So happy I found this nail salon since moving here. Teana has such great attention to detail. I never got my nails done and I was recommended this place by my old coworker and even the first time wasn’t done well. This was only my second time and I’m never coming back here. The woman was nice but the acrylic was uneven, and the black acrylic she used blatantly turned navy blue when I walked outside and even after trying to simply explain that I can tell the difference to I think the receptionist/hair stylist, and she even told me ‘oh no that’s black’ when I’m literally the customer and unhappy that when I stepped outside and now, my nails. are still not. Black. Since I was wearing all black, I can obviously tell the difference, she just repeated that the polish was black and I shouldn’t have a problem, all while everyone behind me talked about me in another language. I had to go home and file my nails because they were lumpy in spots and for the kicker, I have 4 remaining long nails because the rest broke off at the tips she’s put on and it’s only been over a week.

Great color selection for gel and matching regular polishes. They do a wonderful job, I never have a nail chip or break.

I was cut with the cuticle nippers then i had polish around my fingers and the male that was working on me used the coarsest nail file after he gel polished me to get polish off my skin around my nails. everybody was friendly but i felt like this gentleman was rushing through my service.

Terrible pedicure jobs. My friend and i got seated at the same time, both asked for the DELUXE pedicure/spa, and for extra massage. My guy rubbed my right calf for 10 seconds, simply ran his hand across my left calf once, called it a day, left a chunk of lotion on my heel, and rushed through painting my toenails to the point that it looks like i have polish globbed on my toes. Meanwhile, my entire pedicure was DONE and my friend beside me was still getting her legs massaged. Dont get the men for your pedicures.

Terrible since new owners took over. Owner Kevin shaved my nails down to nothing, tips were uneven. He was so distracted during the whole process I felt like a burden. Won’t be back. Time to find someplace new

Was talking to the hairdresser after I washed my hands about possibly coming to see her and a worker possibly manager said to me to hurry up because the person doing my nails was waiting. If there were other people waiting I wouldnt have thought of even doing that. Just thought that was rude. I was trying to give them more biz.

If I could give this place zero stars then I would. My grandmother went in to simply get her acrylic nails removed and a regular coat of nail polish. A service that is $17. She was charged $75! She went in by herself and felt very intimidated by the employees and was clearly taken advantage of. When going in for a refund, the owner made excuses as to why this sweet women was so wrongfully overcharged. These people are agest and disrespectful and the worst part was, she didn’t even like her manicure!

Nice and clean looking nail salon however very disappointed with the work they did. I came here once before when it was a different owner and it was a terrible experience that time as well. I RARELY go to get my nails done, but my sister wanted to treat me to a mani and pedi so we went there yesterday. The whole experience was okay but as soon as I got home, my nails started to chip. I wish I could post a photo to my review so you can see how terrible they painted my nails. My toe nails still have paint around the edges of my skin because they added so much paint to my nails. The nails on my hands are all chipping; they didn’t even last a day :( very disappointed since she paid $45 for each of us for a regular mani and pedi. I could have painted my nails myself at home for free and they would last me at least a week.

Currently on a course of antibiotics after 3 of my nails became infected last week. One man literally butchered my cuticles and did the worst paint job possible. He was so rough I left there cracked and bleeding. He didn’t use clean tools, they came right out of his drawer that he had to dig for under stacks of paper. Will never go there again.
