By far my favorite nail salon. Amy is an angel and does a very good job. I never had a good nail salon before I came to spaz, but this place is now my absolute fave! I’ve been coming here since January 2021 and will never go anywhere else! Amy always does her best with the crazy designs I bring in and always makes sure I am happy. Prices are also very good! I love spaz 💖

I have been going to Spaz since May 2020 when I moved to Columbus. I love it. They do a great job and have the best prices. I have tried a few other nail salons, but I end up right back at Spaz. It is a smaller place, but I never set an appointment and I’m usually seen within 15 minutes if not right away. They are also great at what they do, but if you want something extra special on your nails- I would advise you to schedule an appointment ahead of time that way she can make sure she has enough time to do it! I highly recommend going to Spaz!

WTAF this place is garbage! My friend got the worst nail job and then the lady said well, I dont have time to fix it! So youll have to come back 😒 Heres a thought. Do it right the 1st time! Wow so super unprofessional... Ill be sending her to my peeps at #firstnailspa

I found this hidden gem about 4 months ago. Amy is my technician and does a fabulous job on my nails. I recieve the gel dipping powder service. I also know Vincent is amazing as well. There are other techs in the salon but I have not had any services by them. However, I can assume with standard of the shop, they do a good job as well. Oh and the deluxe pedicure, amazing!!!!!!

Me and my daughter go here every 2 weeks. best place in Ohio, super friendly very clean amazing nail job. my daughter Gets a different design every time. she picks it out on her phone And they do even better than the picture. The nail Techs birthday is one day before my daughters .lol.everytime we go in, they know exactly who we are and exactly what we want and the most sweetest people youll ever meet . have never had a better nail tech nail tech in my life. One of my best experiences at a nail place. The man that did my acrylics was so nice and perfected the nail design I asked for. Everyone was very polite and welcoming. It had a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere and I would definitely recommend.

Added hot towels to my basic pedicure, no charge. Very good discount for cash payment. Great service!!!

They squeezed me in last minute to soak off my acrylic and put gel polish on my natural nails. They did a great job and took good care on saving my natural nails. Very pleased with the service I received.

The woman who did my nails was so sweet! As she was doing them I watched a movie on one of their flat screens to pass the time. When she noticed this, she tried to get the same movie on the screen closer to me so I didnt have to turn my head. Such a small gesture, but really shows how much they care for their customers. In love with my nails, and will definitely be returning!

The same guy has done my nails for years and he recently moved away. I was really nervous about going to a new spot. After reading the reviews I decided to make an appointment with Thai. I’m glad I did. My nails look AMAZING. They have never looked this good. The shop was comfortable and Inviting. The people there are friendly and Thai talks to you like he has known you for years. Best nail experience I have ever had and I will definitely be back!

I got the best pedicure ever here!! I work on my feet all day and this pedicure was so relaxing. They have so many colors to chose from! This place was also very clean. This is one of the best nail salons in the area for sure! I also got the dip nails. Im hoping they last at least 2 weeks, we will see.

I dont treat my self very often. So I got the pedicure with the paraffin treatment IT WAS GREAT!! Spaz nail salon was great! The salon was very clean... the pedi chairs were great and comfortable. Betty was great she was super nice .... they had online booking I was able to book online I have never done that before and it was great. My toes and feet and legs feel wonderful!

Friendly, nice people that take care if you. They do not make you wait long at all for a service. They actually talk to you while your getting a service. I have been here 2 times and plan on going back.

No way would I come here again! It was more expensive than I normally pay elsewhere! Not to mention the fact, I had dip coming off my nails less than a week after they were done!

Paid 48.47 for poorly done gel manicure. Disappointing all around and customer service fail. Plenty of better options elsewhere; cleaner, updated with modern decor, and more professional.I accepted my nails looked sloppy but planned to get them redone once back home. Nail tech was nice enough and Id already been there a while. Get into car, noticed polish painted over nail and onto tip of fingers. Back inside, she uses the cuticle cutter tool for a minute and then says This is your skin. Is this where it went all downhill? Yeah, I dont want polish on my skin. After driving away, I called to ask how much gel manicure cost. She was very confusing saying 30 at first and then oh you were just here, 40 and 10 and 10 percent off first time. I tried to confirm cost but suddenly she stopped talking to me. She put the phone down in the middle of the conversation and ignored me. She didnt acknowledge putting me on hold or anything when she was back. I asked to speak to a manager. They not hereI wouldve been simply satisfied telling the manager how customers should be made aware of additional cost.Now Im irritated with the entire experience.Horrible phone etiquette.Have yet encountered anywhere in US that charges for more than 1 color selection. Until now but 10 is ridiculous.Nail tech2 sat next to me scrolling her phone and ate a shuck of corn.Tech3 was doing a customers nails while on the phone with a lawyer discussing uncles will, getting it nullified, multiple marriages,and basic family matters that should not be discussed.Im not sure they autoclave their tools.And my nails look like a noob did them.

Ive been going here for years. They do a great job. Julie did my gellish nails and they lasted for three weeks with no problems at all. Cheap prices, friendly staff.I would encourage anyone to try this salon. You may find it to be permanent as in my case.

Thai did a super job on my nails. I happened to get to an appointment early down the street and search for the nearest nail salon. He was very kind when I called. He squeezed me in first thing in the morning before his first client. We conversated the whole time and before I knew it I had nearly perfect nails. I highly recommend the salon. The decor is warm and welcoming. Everything was superiorly clean. Lookibg forward to visiting the salon next time I am close! Thanks Thai!!!
