I got a gel manicure with Vivian and it turned out so good! She helped me pick out the perfect baby pink color because I am very indecisive. She helped me get the best nail length and shape for gel so it will last! The service is great there, everything is clean and organized. The gel is so seamless and my nails have never looked better! Update: the manager was very intent on speaking to me and explaining things related to my initial review. One technician (I do know that it wasn’t Vivian. I keep hearing good reviews from people who have been to Vivian.) Anyway, I noticed this when she was sanding down my nails. First she left a huge hump towards the base of the nail (update: i was informed by the manager that for an ombré this slight hump is kind of necessary). Then I noticed her drilling right around where the acrylic met my nail bed. I let it go. As a week goes by I look at my nails and I can tell that she actually drilled into my own nail. It makes me not want to get acrylic anymore let alone go back to her (she did do a good ombré but the damage she did to my nails makes me not want to get acrylic). I will have a good 4 months to grow out the ridge that is in my nails! I will go back to this nail salon. I think this was just a once in awhile mistake. The manager had me return and made sure I left content, which I did.

Vinc is super talented and amazing! Any design I send to her, she always delivers!!! I get so many compliments each time leave. She’s very accommodating, and easy to book with as well! The best nail tech I’ve ever had!

Great dip manicure with Vivian. She is a consummate professional and did a fabulous job the first time I went 3 weeks ago. Most women enjoy a good comfortable chair.... they have very modern chairs that are incredibly uncomfortable to sit and actually not safe for women with any type of back issue. Additionally, my pedicure was 50$ w tip and here we are 3 days later. I will not be back

If you value cleanliness, professionalism and skilled services, you will greatly appreciate this super special establishment.I have had countless appointments here with both my daughters, as well as simply myself. We’ve even had a group of girls (12 year olds) for a birthday party which was just fabulous in the beautiful white, massage spa chairs. Positively spectacular!Everyone has been fabulous but a few of the wonderful ladies names that come to mind are Michelle, Lynn and Linda. They have gentlemen working here, as well, should one have a preference.I am grateful that when we have the chance to splurge, there is a special place that has exceptional services in a beautiful environment with the kindest and most thorough technicians. ❤️Treat yourself here and you won’t regret it. ☀️

I had a pedicure before going to the beach for a long weekend. Val was absolutely fantastic. She was thorough and meticulous and my toes looked awesome. It was the best pedicure I have had anywhere in Columbus.

I feel that i have FINALLY found my nail salon. I’ve been coming here for a few months (only have to get dipping powder once a month) and i feel so accepted and welcome when I come here. Vivian is my favorite and the manager here is such a doll. It feels like family! Vivian does the best dipping powder I’ve ever had. Gel and acrylic just doesn’t stay on my nail bed and the dip for some reason does. She does the best shape, the perfect thickness and they are SMOOTH! Normally when i get dipping powder somewhere else there’s a literally a dip shape on the nail but Vivian is magical and knows how to make sure that doesn’t happen. I only have to go once a month because the quality of service is so excellent. I hope to continue to visit this Solon regularly and get even more designs and colors!

I do not recommend this nail salon. First of all because they don’t give you what you want on your nails. They do whatever they want to your nails, they don’t care what there doing. When you make a appointment with a certain person and then you get there they tell a whole another person to do your nails. I wanted to check out this nail salon and it seem decent but once your there and you see the service yourself it’s something else. Most upsetting is the they over charge you and you don’t get the work done you want. Don’t bring children to this nail salon. I brought my son and the glass table they have in the waiting room fell on my sons leg and it broke his leg. My son wasn’t even on top of the table, he back up and the glass table came down and fell on his leg. The table is not secure with anything. The leg tables are not even metal or strong. They look like plastic and they fold. If there going to have a table like that, they need to secure it with something because it can happen to anyone you just never know. Don’t recommend service at all. If you make your appointment with a certain person The main lady directing will send you with another person and not give you the service you schedule like if she’s the one paying. I’m telling y’all this people at this nail salon know how to make there money.

I have tried many nail salons since moving to Columbus 4 years ago and I love Nails of New Albany. Lynn the owner is very friendly and accommodating. Clean, beautiful place. Hannah and Vivian have both done my nails and do a wonderful job.I also just read a very negative and false review about a young child getting hurt here. I was getting a pedicure when this occurred and the child was running around the glass table (beautiful designer table) and sat on it, the table fell on his leg unfortunately. I am a parent and know children can’t sit or kick glass tables, need to be watched closely as well. This was no fault of the owner or this place of business. It was simply an accident and people need to take responsibility (parents) for not watching children closely :(

I’ve gotten dip nails done twice and just had my first pedicure with Layna who was fantastic!! Best pedicure ever. Also my dip nails always have stayed on for 3+ weeks with no issues. Everyone is so friendly and it’s always so clean. Best place in New Albany!

Today was my first time here. I called at 10:30am and was able to book an appointment for 11am. The salon is very nice and clean inside. I got pink and white ombré acrylics and they look amazing! Will definitely be back.

I go every few weeks for a gel pedi and I couldn’t recommend more! The salon is modern, clean and so nice - the private area in the back is great for a larger party. The owner, Lyn, is so accommodating and will do anything to ensure you have an amazing experience. I’ve been pleased with every nail tech I’ve had and my pedi always lasts. It’s the perfect place to relax and treat yourself!

This is the nicest nail salon within 50 miles of me. I have had two pedicures here and the service is always exceptional. The prices are great value for what you receive and the staff is so friendly. Was so disappointed with my last visit. The first time I went, they did an excellent job. The second time, it took two attempts to make an appointment, then I waited 30 minutes to be seen. The tech I got didnt apologize, just said what do want, a balance? Like I was inconveniencing her. Kept telling me to relax, arguing with someone on her phone, and frustrated with me when I needed to pick a new color after she said the one I chose would turn yellow. Finally I just said this is supposed to be relaxing, and I feel like Im getting yelled at. So of course, I look like the bad guy for a service im paying for. I was so hopeful this would be my new nail place since its close to home. But Im a paying customer, not an inconvenience.

I had the BEST experience today. I did not have an appointment and they were so happy to accommodate me. I’m moving to the area soon and tried this place out on a whim. Not only did they do an excellent job on my nails, they were super friendly. I got dip done and the very nice lady who did my nails was so detailed and took her time. If you are looking for for a nail place in New Albany, THIS IS IT!

I love this place! Very friendly and amazing! The above comment on the lady talking about the table falling on her sons foot was not true,I was right there and seen the whole thing. She had let her son run around unsupervised while she was holding her infant and the child bumped into the glass table and it fell on his foot but did not hurt him at all thank god but she was jus trying to get money out of her not paying attention to her son. Nails Of New Albany is a great place and I recommend to anyone who wants their nails done right and have great friendly staff

This is an easy five star rating for me. The staff is skilled and courteous and always on time! I had a serious nail condition for over 30 years. After multiple visits to my podiatrist and numerous prescription medications there was no improvement. It only took three visits to my nail technician and my nail was perfect. Truly a miracle. I could not give Nails of New Albany a higher recommendation. They are the best.

Hands down, best salon around. I have gone there 4 times now. 2 pedicures, and 2 smart gel manicures! Im going on week 3 and my mani is still flawless!!! They take their time with you, something hard to find these days.

Will Not Go BackI hate to leave bad reviews, but I was extremely let down after going here. My nails did not come out as I hoped they would, my nail tech would stop what she was doing and look at her phone/text etc.The nail color did not come out as expected (much lighter) and the nail tech explained that the colors look different on the samples.. that makes no sense to me. If I knew it was going to be different I would have picked a different color.

Loved my pedicure. Great job on gel polish! I did rate 4 stars simply because of the pedicure chair style. We paid $80 a piece for pedicures before tip. The chair was very awkwardly shaped and did not provide a good massage. Seemed to be very basic lower quality chair. It was hard to enjoy the lovely pedicure as the chairs are so uncomfortable. However the salon is beautiful the staff is friendly and they do great pedicures!

I saw this one snowy Monday evening and decided to check it out and I am so glad I did!! Vivian was my manicurist and she did an AMAZING job!! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming!! This was my second visit to NONA!!! I haven’t had my nails last 3weeks with no chips, breakage, peeling or turning yellow in years!!! I always do French tips whether dip, gel, acrylic or regular paint. I want to be able to use my natural nails, that’s it!!! Vivian did an amazing job the first time and they were still white when I went in today!! They are nice and even, bright and shiny and best of all just dip white tips!!! Love love love this new place and Vivian is my new go to!

My first time in for a a gel manicure and I will definitely go back. The salon is beautiful and spacious. The staff is very friendly. I experienced great customer service. Most importantly the gel manicure is perfect. I was impressed with the color selection for gel manicures.

This is my second time coming here for dip gel. Crystal has done my nails both times. She does amazing work. I recommend her to anyone. The other staff are very nice and friendly. The place is very clean. I think I have found my new nail spot.

3/3/21. Salon called to let me know I could come in at 10:30 instead of 11 (made a nail app for 11 the day before). My appointment was for a full set of acrylics. The tech (who was also the receptionist) started the service and got up after putting on the tips to let another tech take over. Weird, but ok. This tech was on her phone/ear phones the entire time, on and off chatting away in group chat. No cuticle work was done at all. The tech went straight to the monomer an acrylic This person was careless with the acrylics beads, using a fan to dry the beads. My nails looked bumpy and the tech made more work for herself having to use the electric nail file so much. My fingers had cuts/burns all over because of the tech being careless. This service took an hour and a half. I paid full price plus tip. The salon is beautiful, but it’s not worth the disappointment. *buyer beware* my original post was deleted. Posting pic of my nails that looked two weeks old only after two days. Look in the photo section, my hand is the one with the poor cuticle work, burn marks, nude nail color.

Great salon for bridal parties, teen parties, girls day out! Salon has many pedicure chairs and nail stations to accommodate groups. Maintain healthy services with Covid sanitizing. Nail tech tried to charge me $5 extra for “shape”? So apparently round nails are a fancy shape these days? Since when is regular nail filing not included in the price?

I have always gotten pink with white tips. Vivian suggested I do pink and white ombré. (I had never tried it or even heard of it). She did an awesome job! Highly recommend her!!

Excellent salon with standard mani/pedi prices! Happy to pay those prices when they go the extra mile with cleanliness & ambiance; so many salons miss the boat on that these days! The manicurists can do all sorts of designs and the color options were endless. Covid-19 protocols in place with vigorous cleaning, temperature check & contact tracing. Shoutout to Vanna Luong she did wonders on my nails, you go girl!

Had an apt scheduled for 10:30am. Showed up, only person in the salon. I had my color picked out and was just waiting until the lady came over and asked me if I could reschedule because she had an apt at 11am and couldn’t take me. I told her I had an appointment and she said “yes, can you reschedule? We can’t take you” I was the only one in there. There were two nail techs and I had an appointment. So unprofessional + rude. I left.

Asked to book a reservation here 1 week in advance. Was told to called back the day prior to make the appointment because the don’t take reservations that far in advance. Called the day before and they said they were full. Asked to speak to the manager and was told they would call me back and they never called. Will not be going to this place again

Nails of New Albany is the best salon I’ve been to in the area. The salon is clean and spacious and the employees are professional.

It just took my nail tech over an hour to remove the dip nail polish from my nails... probably because she didn’t know how to use the dremmel... I originally asked for a regular French manicure after the dip removal and then decided I didnt want to find out how long that would take her... They did not listen to me when I told them that one of my nails would likely break so she cut it above the break (which was all the way across my nail), filed them, buffed them, THEN broke it and had to do it all over again... and after all that they’re uneven... and they charged me $30 plus tip... do NOT go to this salon. Super inexperienced.

This place is nice on the inside but I had a deluxe pedicure done and it was awful. My gel polish is dull in color, my toe nails were trimmed crooked, and in the beginning she ran cold water for my pedi.
