Tori is the best and she did my Nike design free handed. No matter what design I bring in she makes it happen. This is the only place I trust!

I used to be a regular at Happy Nails before the COVID-19 shut down. I went up 2 weeks to see about getting my nails done, not knowing that they have gone to appointment only, and the person that was at the desk was EXTREMELY RUDE! I will give the salon another chance before I look elsewhere.

I have been going to this salon for over a year. I actually changed to this salon rather than the one that is 5 mins from my house. They do a great job. They can get busy - duh its a nail salon - but never an issue to set an appointment through the week. Both appointments and walk-ins are welcome. The staff is nice, and they will make sure your nails are what you like.

They did amazing on my ombré nails! I have been in the area since January and have had problems finding the salon that provides great service and doesn’t rush the process. I absolutely love my nails and I haven’t been able to say that in almost a year. I would 10/10 recommend Happy Nails to anyone looking for the right salon. :)

I got dip powder with tips. The girl I had seemed to really try and pay attention to detail with the filing and shaping, but when I got to my car two nails had chips in them, most were lumpy, and a lot were crooked. I had to go home and try to fix the damage by filing them myself. The paint job itself is lovely but I will not be back solely on the fact that the shape, style, and nail angles came out all wrong.

I got my nails done at this place not only was the acrylic way to thick the nailsstarted to turn brown after 1 day. Someone told me it was because they used LED lights when they should have used UV.

Tori always does a great job on my nails and gets me right. I recommend anyone to come here. This nail salon provides great service, decent prices, and friendly staff.

This salon came highly recommended by a family friend and the service at Happy Nails did not disappoint.I am thrilled with my pedicure, my two little cousins pedicures and the picture is my little sister who received a full-set with acrylic.If you are in Westerville and the surrounding area, this is the only place to go.

Love it here! Have been going for pedis for years they always do an excellent job especially at the price point. Started getting acrylics recently and have loved them. My first set were a little heavy, but I went back and the older gentleman filled and balanced them for me and took some of the weight off. They look beautiful and people keep asking me where I got them done because of how natural they look.

I wanted to get my nails done for an event and I showed up around 5 minutes late because of family issues. When I showed up they had already gave my spot away and were extremely disrespectful towards me. I would never return and I do not recommend you get your nails done here.

Ive been going to Happy Nails for years. Usually for a deluxe + pedicure but now for a Gel Manicure too. The staff are wonderful and very talented. Their prices are reasonable and excellent value. Theresa is my talented technician.

I got my nails balanced .The older man on the left side as you walk in took me.He dropped my own $9.00 bottle of polish that i brought with me. He never apologize or said Anything.My nails are all different shapes And lengths. They are lumpy and uneven. Worse ive ever had

Love this salon! Ive been going to Happy Nails for years. The service is wonderful and very reasonably priced. They do an excellent job on my nails. Its a larger nail salon and they have several technicians. They take pride in their salon and Joe is good about making updates regularly. I highly recommend Happy Nails.

The only place I go to get my nails done! The techs are very nice and they have a rewards program! I only took off a star because they charge a fee if you pay by credit card.

Nice salon! The nail tech Tori is great! I just think the polish might be old, because it doesnt last 2-3 weeks when I get gel polish... sometimes it lasts a week. But when you do get your nails done there, they look great.

I have been having the deluxe+ pedicure here for over a year with Theresa. She is one of the best techs, but Happy Nails has a great staff over all. They are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

When I see Tori My nails are amazing any time I see someone else they chip and break after a week. I’m giving the 5 star rating for her but would give the other people I’ve seen a 3!

Friendly people, easy to get an appointment, decent prices, appears to be very clean, with the latest equipment. Mostly get pedis, & love them. Dont normally get acrylic nails but got them done for my wedding and the technician listened to what I wanted. Very happy with them overall.

Worst experience of my life. Went to get my nails done for my birthday and left with nails worse than what I can in with. Nails are completely misshaped, and polish was rushed and looked as if a 5 year old painted them. My pedicure was rushed and so was my full set. I was told I wasn’t allowed to do a certain color on my nails and was forced into not getting a design I wanted. Very disappointed with my experience and will NEVER return.

Ive gotten my nails done here a couple of times now and I love it! Everyone is very nice and my nails always come out looking amazing! They are quick and efficient!

Got a manicure and polish 2 days ago. Half the polish has come off my nails already. I think the polish may have been old. Cost me $15 plus I tipped the lady $5. Very disappointed. Now I need to have nails polished again for Christmas. Not pleased at all.

I was disappointed that they do not honor giving stamp on rewards card for each service you get, but only give one per visit, no matter how many services that you pay for. Just a word for the wise, go multiple visits for each service if you want your $$$ to count!

Friendly, clean, good prices. They dont nickel and dime, like charge for filing down your nails when you go in for a balance. They have a frequent customer card too.

I don’t even know where to start, but please do not go here if you want to be valued for your time and money. I went in for a full set after being in twice before. I was happy with the full set and then balance I recieved so I even started referring my friends. Got to the salon at 4:55 and around 5:45 I was called back. I told the lady what I wanted and she felt like she wouldn’t be the best person to do my nails because the shape was not in her comfort zone so she said I could wait for joe he would see me instead. At 6:45 I ask where joe is, by this time I’ve spent hours here and just want to get home. His wife tori tells me he is done for the day. I explain that I was told I was to wait for him and she brings him up and he tells me in these words “I can’t see you because you are to picky” with a straight face. I am a salon owner and I have never witnessed people so unprofessional and rude in my entire life. Do not go here if you want to give your money to people who value their clients. This place is a joke!

It was my first time here and I loved it! I got the gel polish change for $22 and an express pedi for $20. Great prices! Will be back for sure!

Terrible place dont go here they switch up prices picked 2 colors non gel cost me 2 dollars extras or 3 colors 3 dollars extra any other time I went and had 2 colors no extra price was given over priced poor work Im good luv enjoy deserves NO STARS!!

Very nice people, I am 40 weeks pregnant and the woman that did my pedicure help me walk around and made sure that I was always comfortable. Only bad part was that once I got home I noticed how sloppily my toes were done.

I have gone here for 2 years on and off due to the fact they are not consistent with their services. This past year I have made 6 appointments, 3 of the appointments I have waited longer than 30 minutes to finally be serviced. I had an appointment today at 1:00. I waited around until 1:30 and then the girl came over and asked if I could wait 30 more minutes. That is unacceptable. Would not recommend this place if you are short on time.

I walked in and being a Saturday expected it to be busy, but really didnt wait long at all. I was brought back by an older gentleman and just like the 6 other times i had been there requested white tips. He said okay and proceeded to do my nails. Before he got to the polish,he,said you pay me now? I should have known something was up then. NEVER have they asked me to pay upfront,but i obliged and he polished my nails with what i thought was just a top coat and sent me under the uv light. He left and started doing someone else. I asked a lady that worked there walking by when he was going to finish my nails. He said she say she want clear! Um....no i said i wanted white tips and they dont even sound the same. So he said that would be $5 more. I said okay I dont care about the money,I just want you to do what I asked for! I also asked him if he made everyone pay ahead of time bc no one else there had ever made me pay ahead of time...he just looked like he didnt understand what i was saying...bs! He then proceeded to talk to the lady sitting next to him in their language. This is so rude! If you cant say it in English wait until i leave,bc wether or not you admit to it or not it appears,as though you are talking about me! So unhappy!

Not good at all - my pedi chipped and started flaking of 3 days after. My normal gal does pedis that last 3-4 months with no chips or flakes. There was no final coat put on and my mani also was flaked off before the wedding I was to attend. waste of money

Ive been getting mani/pedi every six weeks for last 5 or so years and ths is by far the worst mani/pedi Ive ever had. My regular manicurist from another salon was out sick and I needed a mani/pedi prior to going on vacation so I went here since I live nearby.First, they were going to charge me $20 for a pedicure that wouldve consisted of a simple polish removal and re-polish until I had to ask..um arent you going to file my toe nails then she filed with manual file so I asked again..um..arent you going to use the electronic file..so with attitude and after comment to her coworker in their language of course; she used electric file.Second, the manicure was basically the same mediocre service then she spilled oil or whatever that was all over my hands and purse prior to my washing my hands before she polished my fingernails. She only used one coat of clear polish and I had to ask for the spray thats usually sprayed on after polished to maintain shine.TOTAL rip off. Would never recommend this place to anyone in fact, will tell everyone who will listen how horrible the service was. so they will not have to endure what I did.

Walked in & was ignored, not even a hi, for nearly 10 minutes before I finally walked out.Wouldnt give a place with that bad of service my money.

Rude and unprofessional

They dilute their polishes so they dont last. I had gel nails, within a week, the polish cracked and peeled off. The manager refused to redo them. If I knew how to post a picture, I would. I was treated very badly and disrespected.
