I had to have them fix my nails after they peeled after 1 day. The man who fixed them literally burned every single nail. This is about a month after and you can still see the lines. It hurt sooo bad I couldn’t wait for him to be done. Terrible experience

AMAZING! Ive been going to A+ Nails since they first opened because its clean, the service is amazing, and they have the biggest selection of gel colors! But yesterday, they want above & beyond for me. I came in without an appointment (almost always a wait, I dont recommend walking-in, you should make an appointment), telling them I was getting engaged that night and needed a manicure and they immediately fit me into their busy schedule! I am so grateful!

I really wanted to like this place because it was recommended to me but I had a horrible experience. I got dip nails and asked for matte white about 3 times and she still did a shiny coat. My nails were so uneven and the powder was really chunky and uneven on my nails. This was a day after my appointment and they just do not look good. The staff was nice, the service was just not good.

My nails lasted less than a week. I got the dip. Its a cute place with nice people but the price for what you get is just okay.

I had an appointment but still had to wait 12 minutes before someone could service me so appointment meant nothing. My gel manicure lasted 2 days before it started chipping on 2 nails. Unfortunately I will not be trying this salon again.

Amazing fun place to get your nails taken care of. The quality is top notch, the techs are all great! The prices are fair to other salons in the area. But the quality is the best. I can go 3 weeks in between powder dips!

Loved this place so much! I was welcomed from beginning to the end. They were also very meticulous with painting my nails. Clean facilities! I left the salon with a big smile on my face.

I’ve come here before and it was fine. i went in a few days ago and got gel for the first time and my cuticles are dried with blood. they hurt so so bad. wouldn’t recommend.

This was my first time getting acrylic nails, and now I never want to get them again. Their UV lamp burned two of my fingers which made it horribly painful when the person doing my nails filed them. One of my nails lifted right after application, it hurts like hell to use, and I’m scared it’s going to get infected. Asked for almond shape and got weird looking round blobs. My friends and I asked how much a gel acrylic set would be, and we were told 44, and they charged us 52 dollars instead. I intend to ask for a refund, or at least a free reapplication.

Ive been going to this salon since it opened! A+ is a little pricey but with the gel manicure, this location is the only place where it has lasted over a month! Ive tried other salons for gel manicures and the paint falls off within 2-3 weeks. So Id rather spend more money to get better quality. Holly does an exceptional job!! Would highly recommend scheduling an appointment with her.

This place sucks. The only good thing about this place is the girl at the front desk. Other than that I waited for almost 1 1/2 hours for a full set with ppl coming in after me with no appointment. They let someone go in front of me for a full gel set. It was only going to be $38 for my nails but sometime after me with an appointment came in and they didnt even acknowledge her what so ever and told her it was going to be a 45 min wait we both left. Not going to ask them again to do my nails send hope this is the second time going there and they still took a long time to not do my nails. If I could I would give this place a negative 10 star

I just had an eyebrow wax and pedicure with Tina. She is WONDERFUL! So very friendly. Nice clean salon. I will return.

They literally shaved the back of my heel off then superglued it. No apology, no discount offered. I was so heated as I paid for a pedicure and had to wear closed toe shoes the whole time to protect my wound which caused me to limp my entire trip out of town to NYC. Never going back

It’s been 4 days and my nail broke, also I asked for gel 2 times and they gave me dip powder..He cut me multiple times, I was in pain almost the entire time. He smudged the dip powder and didn’t fix it on two nails. 4 of my nails are different lengths than the others. Also I got my eyebrows and top lip waxed and I got home and noticed that multiple hairs were left...it was just not the best experience I’ve had

Called on the phone before and asked how much it would cost for a gel manicure and gel pedicure, I was told $75 total. Was actually charged $91. Big difference from the phone estimate. Good service but not very personable: wont be going back.

I am HIGHLY disappointed with my experience. I got a pedicure and full set for my WEDDING. The lady who did my toes was ok, she took her time but completely burned the hell out of my toes with a hot towel to the point of where I have red marks still on my toes. After my pedicure I went to get my nails done by Spencer and these are the worst acrylic nails I have ever had. He rushed it, didnt follow anything I asked him to do only put one coat of nude nail polish on. My nails are all different shapes and sizes and Im extremely unhappy. This was for my WEDDING DAY. Never going back here again. DO NOT RECOMMEND

WORST PLACE IN WESTERVILLE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE! Me and a gf came here to get pedis we were told it would be a 30 minute wait so we sat almost an hour past by and 2 more sets of people come in and are put on the wait list also. Another 5 minutes goes by and they run 4 waters and we thought at least 2 were ours. NO they took the 4 people after us and sat them in the chairs and just left us sitting there after we’ve been there over an hour before them. Their customer service is gross and they clearly only take the “wealthy” looking people first. I’ll never spend my money here again. RACIST!!

Took my girlfriend to get a pedicure, the owner really cares about his clients. He took great care of her and looks to be running a nice nail salon.

Overbooks themselves so even if you make an appointment you end up waiting forever. Or they act like they are getting you in but just put you in a chair and let you sit there for 30 mins. I’ve been to this place many times bc I kept giving them more chances and they have been rude at times and service is never great.
