If you want a simple manicure this is definitely a good spot. They do good on their balances, lots of color choices and my polish has always come out even. The online booking is easy and convenient and usually have little trouble on getting appointment quickly.

Great place, even greater being open on Sundays. The gentleman I had was very personable and friendly. Asked lots of questions and genuinely seems to care and love when he does. Will come back again!

I first found this place because my mother who was in her 80s had dementia. And her feet were getting gnarly! I could hardly get my mother out of the house and I went to a salon and it was very difficult for her to walk into the salon. And they had no appointments, so I went to another salon which happened to be OH nails. When I walked in I said I needed a pedicure for my mother. They told me there were no appointments, and I just started to cry. I couldn’t get my mother out of the house again she barely left this time! I was so distraught, and Kiet said it’s OK he would take care of her. And he did! With so much care for my elderly mother! He made sure to know if she had diabetes in case you know she couldn’t feel pain on her feet.And now I will never go anywhere else! Not to mentionTommy, kit, and a D, do an awesome job

Their new booking system needs some kinks worked out. I feel there could be a more professional way to do that than blaming the client.Tommy is wonderful. If I return it will only be to see him. Kiet needs to stop unapologetically complaining about clients, especially within our earshot. Especially about things out of our control. I had to leave for the first time tonight. He did not know I was there, and I overheard him complaining about having to take my service. Very upsetting as I drove over 30 minutes to see him and was excited.

I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years now every couple weeks and let me tell you I’ve left every single time extremely happy with my experience. I always go to Tommy and he always does an amazing job! The whole staff is extremely friendly and everyone makes you feel welcome every single time you come. My daughter who is 5 comes with me sometimes and they are so nice to her too, it’s nice to have a salon not only welcome me but my daughter as well when she’s with me! I highly recommend this place it’s super clean, the staff is always amazing and my nails are always perfect when I leave! Thanks so much guys! ❤️

Anna is absolutely amazing!! She’s always ready for me right on the dot for the appointment time, I never wait around and she makes sure I’m happy with my nails completely. I never have any issues and everyone is so polite and nice here. Anna never cuts corners like other techs in the area do.

My first visit since I just recently move to the area, called in last minute they took my appointment and I was pleasantly surprise with my visit. Ana was my nail technician and she was very dedicated to make sure I got my nails just how I wanted them, she made suggestions and exceeded my expectations, very talented I just love my nails. Staff is very friendly and profesional, felt like a family environment. Highly recommended, this is my new go to place for my nails.

Tommy is super nice but the other 2 very rarely speak to me (even tho Ive been a regular customer here for almost 1 year). In the time Ive been visiting here Ive been offered something to drink twice when I see others offered as soon as they sit down. All in all. I recommend Tommy as long as youve made and confirmed an appointment. He is friendly and does his best to make my nails look great. Ill just make sure to never go in thirty.

About the third time Ive been here for pedicure. Staff is friendly and service is quick, always have appt but I believe they take walk-ins if openings. I get just the basic and it looks good and lasts most of the summer.

I have been to OH Nails Spa approximately 7-10 times over the past few years.Ive always received excellent service. I definitely recommend The Luxury service. Ah, paraffin wax! ❤ I feel like they engage in conversation more than most places! I highly recommend them!

I’m not sure why this place gets such good reviews. I went in there for the first time and my appointment was at 1:30. The lady my appointment was with was with someone else and they couldn’t take me until 2. Two walk ins came in after me and they got in before me. I can’t speak to their work since I didn’t have time to actually have a dip done.

Came for a gel pedicure. Very detailed and nice job. Very nice massage chair. They even offer you beverages and everyone is friendly. Appointments are a thing too which seems to be rare with nail salons. Super convenient.

Nice staff and clean space.

The older woman there kept cutting into my fingers with the electric tool they use to shape your nails so I left with a few open wounds and sores. Also, the first 15 mins of my appt she sat on her phone with me in the chair waiting for her to start. Not the best experience or worth the money honestly!

Love this place higher in price but they are fair and dont pick favorites like Top nails on dublin grandville rd.

They were completely rude. Went for a single nail repair. It was at least 45 minutes prior to closing, they never even asked why I stopped in.

I used to go in a lot more when I lived in Westerville and service was always wonderful. I have recently started going back and its still just as great as it was when I first started going. Tommy, Kiet, and Ade are all wonderful people and technicians!

WORST MANICURE EVER - and Ive had more manis than I can count. Girl said shed just started - she tore my nails up. Removing gel polish she just hardcore scrapped it off - along with layers of my nails...Ive never seen anything like it. That was almost 2 wks ago and since then my nails have been breaking and splitting and are so weak (and my nails are normally very solid). Its ridiculous - so bad that I got on here and left a review to warn others (Ive never left a review for anything, anywhere, ever). RUNNNNN AWAY!!!!! DO NOT GO NEAR THE HACK JOB YOULL GET AT THIS SALON.
