I have been coming here for years and now that I am in college in Cincinnati, I have still made all the effort to make the 2hr drive just to make sure that First Nails does my dip manicures. They have never disappointed me and they always make me feel welcome. I have recommended this place to A LOT of friends and family, and they always tell me how happy they are with what they get done. First visit for a spa pedicure. Ruby got a spa pedicure and a manicure. We were seated in the VIP room! Tran performed my service while Jay did Rubys. We were both very pleased and we will be back. As a person who has had their toenails removed on one foot and still has remnants of fungus on the other, I believe that this service once a month is well worth it.

March 19th was my 1st time in Columbus. That Saturday 3/20 wanted to treat myself so I googled a few places an so happy I found them. This the best shop ever. I’m a nail teach an this was my 1st time in 3yrs that I let anyone do my nails. I live in Toledo an I’m going to make it my business to travel 2 hrs to get my nails done. Tina reminded me what I been missing. Everyone in there is amazing people. I had my wine while I got pampered I so love it there. I’m going back Saturday me an my bf so he can get his feet done an I can get mine done an a balance. Thanks so much

I never write reviews, but I am so shocked with my experience today. I have never had such a terrible nail experience. I came in for one thing, (an acrylic set) and the entire time the owner kept telling me why what I was getting was “not the best.” I am at your salon shouldn’t I be getting the best regardless of what I get? She told me multiple times I needed to get dip or something else with gel. I eventually gave in because I just was irritated with it, and the entire time she was doing my nails she was rushing to go do one of the employees nails. Not to mention she yelled at another employee because she was not removing the polish from one of employees nails. Overall, I am very disappointed. The nails are not shaped well either. The younger blonde, Alex, was very very kind. However, I feel like the owner was trying to rush my appointment, and change my appointment to a higher fee option. I understand this from a business perspective; however, I have had my nails done for YEARS and I have never had an issue with acrylics + normal polish. I do not recommend this salon. I was very excited to go here because of the reviews & location which is close to my work... but I will not be back.

The ladies here do an impeccable job on pedicures and manicures. The calf massages during the pedicure are awesome! The prices are moderate and worth the price of service, but would not be considered exorbitant. While the women who work here may not speak English as a first language, they do a fantastic job and really communicate well with their customers.I HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone. You wont be disappointed with your experience.

Got our nails done on Saturday and by Monday evening my powder dipped nails were lifting off and breaking. Messaged the business and got no response. Paid 90 for 2 sets of nails to be done. Nail technician told me that they are working to remove all negative reviews from Google. That should have warned me.

Do not buy gift cards, as they will not honor them. I purchased a $150 gift card for my wife and daughter. Due to my daughter having a finger severed in a door, there was a delay in us using the GC. The owner refused to honor it, and the best offer we received was 25% off a service.I will not do business with them, and hope you will not either.

I never write these but considering how gorgeous my nails turned out I just had to share :) I got my nails done here for the first time and they turned out stunning. Let me tell you, Ive been to many nail places in my life and thought I had found THE one....and then they closed. I went to another nail place a few days before Christmas and though the nails were nice, they were not what I asked for and the tech was so rude I didnt say anything (yeah....Im a softie). So that night I finally decided that I couldnt deal with them and started looking for places that were still open. My daughter recommended First Nail. It was 1/2 hour before closing so I called them. I spoke to Angela and she said to come right over, I arrived and they had their open sign off but were waiting right at the door for me. What businesses go out of their way like that?? Angela fixed my nails beautifully, all while speaking to me and treating me like an old friend and was so so sweet to me and my daughter. Went back today and got a balance and my daughter got a full set. I am so so glad that I went there. I will truly not go anywhere else. Tina and Angela are total sweethearts! Thank you ladies!!!

We stopped in on a whim for their second day open. The ambiance is amazing and the management very kind. My daughter had a manicure which was so well done and I snagged a 10 minute massage.BEST PLACE EVER!! I came to see if i could get my acrylics off and they cared so much for my nails. I was in Westerville for a weekend getaway with my best friend when she needed to get her nails done. She found this nail salon on google, and we decided to give it a try. We were both greeted warmly by the staff when we came in. Inside it is very modern and warm.While my friend was getting her nails done, I decided to treat myself to a specialty foot soak! I would definitely recommend this treatment. It was very relaxing and their massage chairs are great. No shame here!My friends manicure turned out great too, she was very pleased with the result. We will both definitely be back on our next trip! Very professional and clean.

Finally!!!! Been living in Westerville a year now and finally found a good, legit, fair nail salon! My mom has been going here a while so I finally ( after quite a few other horrible salons ) went to try them out. Love this place! The inside is beautiful! Very quiet and cool. I was brought out a cold water. They hung my purse up so it wasnt on the floor. I was able to talk with my nail person and have a good conversation I could understand. My experience was great. Im super annoying when it comes to my nail care, but they did amazing, from start to finish. I think its obvious, Ill be back for sure!

The nail tech created hang nails while doing my manicure, and my polish dried weird. She left the nail bed closest to my cuticle very sloppy. The polish is really thick and chipped in several places within hours of leaving the salon. Also, they are not good with communication at all. I had a nail tech from another salon, remove my gel nails, but she didn’t get it all off, so I asked the nail tech here, to remove the rest which was not a lot at all. She did, but then when I was paying, was told it was $10 more for the gel removal. It took her less than 5 minutes to remove it and didn’t say it would be extra. I am disappointed in the service I received, on all aspects.

Loved this place. Everything from the service to the complementary drinks, to my nail technicians. I had amazing conversation which made the service superb.You definitely pay for the service you receive, and its a little pricey if you are looking for a cheap option. She let me know the color I had picked was sheer before she started and then helped me pick a similar color that wouldnt be sheer.Im looking forward to getting a pedi the next time Im in!

I had a 3 month old acrylic set that was barely hanging on and Angela literally did the best work I’ve seen and she took care of my nails and always made sure that nothing hurt ( because my acrylics were broken and lifting bad) and she fixed them right up!! She made them look even better than what I had before! She was really nice and a excellent nail tech! I will definitely come back again for sure!!!

Wow. This is one of the best pedicure experience I ever have. I did the upgraded pedi with technician and and she really took her time and made sure my feet and toes looked radiant and beautiful and sexy. Also she is so sweet and has good conversation with you while she give massage. She really give me special feeling during her pedi massage. She also a superior nail artist and do the cool nail designs. I felt so sexy and beautiful after Kaitlyns signature pedicure, she love you long time!! I feel like a new man today! I got acrylic overlay and metallic gel and I honestly cannot say how much Im in love with this salon! A wonderful relaxing atmosphere, wonderful conversation, and gorgeous nails!

The price was good for gel nails. But left hang nails and cut cuticles in 3 places and didn’t use a powder to stop bleeding. Being a diabetic that’s not good.

Let me start off by saying i’ve been to so many nail salons and none could do what i asked or where to rough and the nails fell off within two weeks. this salon is amazing. if i could give it more than 5 stars i would. tina was great. made sure i was comfortable through the whole process. she made sure it was exactly what i wanted. and if it wasn’t she would change it. also everyone was so polite.

Love coming here for manis and pedis. I always ask for Lee; he does a wonderful job. Pedi spa chairs are comfortable with massage/heat. They also use disposable tub liners for each service, so you can be sure your water is hygienic.

Gel nails looks like a small child poured paint onto my wifes nails. Would not recommend this place to anyone other than the blind. Nails were filed into jagged edges which is of course a plus. Sadly I didnt know how horrible the service was as I left a tip. Wish could rate lower than a 1
