Quinn at the Westerville location always provides a pleasant experience and cuts my hair exactly the way I want. The salon is comfortable and clean and the safety protocols in place are appropriate and efficient.

It is always a bit scary to go to a new stylist but I was quickly reassured by Fiona that all would be fine. She listened to all I said and did a great job. I loved the haircut and color work she did and continued to love the cut as it grew out. I have been back a couple of times and continue to be very happy. I would highly recommend her!

Ava is my hairdresser now for several years. For some reason this visit I had come from the beach and had a green tint to my hair that never happened before. Ava was very careful and extremely diligent in getting the green out while also applying new color to my hair and then finally the cut and style! She wanted to take the time necessary to make my hair beautiful again and she certainly did! I would highly recommend Ava she knows what she is doing!

I moved to Westerville right before Covid lockdown in 2020, once restrictions were lifted enough to open hair salons I was on the hunt for a new place. I have had the same lady cutting my hair for over 10 years after a bad experience so I was very nervous to try someone new I booked with Kendra for a cut and highlights. She was amazing! I admit I never paid more than $20 bucks (plus tip) for a hair cut before but I gladly booked my next apt with Kendra because again she was amazing and I loved my cut and color. I just gave her a rough idea of what I was going for and she nailed it. I found my new place/stylist. :D

I had a poor experience before (with a different location and person) when trying to embrace my silver and go as light as fast as possible (so I could stop dying my formerly brunette hair). The other person simply would not lighten my hair without also undoing her own work (and costing me more time and so much money)... I jept thinking shed eventually get my hair pearly light... But when she added brynette, and I was back to square one, I sought out a new person - after decades with the former one.Monica took me THERE! She consulted with me and recommended wellaplex to help my hair withstand the stress, and knew the # volume and formulas (and used perfect timing to use in order to achieve an AMAZING pearly white effect) that allowed my natural color to blend seamlessly as new growth arrived.I have been thrilled with Monicas work. Her precision cuts are stunning. Its worth it to me to drive out if my way to see her. I wouldnt want anyone else to touch my hair. Top. Notch.

I went here yesterday and got a color retouch/balayage/haircut. I got the best haircut and hair color ever with Kendra, she took her time in really achieving what I wanted and was extremely friendly. This location refuses to answer the phone. I called at 630 pm and listened to hold music for 8 minutes before hanging up. I called again and still no answer. Apparently theyve hired extremely lazy staff who could give a damn about service. I wont give them my business!

I used to go there with the best results ! Expensive but worth every Pennie, however I went to my appointment and my stylist called off and I didn’t have any calls or emails ( I waited one month for this appointment and I had a weeding the following day ) they found another person to do my hair and I trust them because it was Kenneths ! This lady ruined my hair it was a lot shorter than what I wanted and was so crooked on the back! It was so bad that I had to go again to get it fix ! With that been said they had to cut it shorter and shorter every time and now my hair is not growing properly 😢

You cant even tell my hair was highlighted very disappoint, I spent $250 on something I could of done with a $10 box, and the cut isnt what I asked for

I get my eyebrows done by Rachel, have been for over a year now, and she is amazing!! She perfects the tint every time. If something isnt to your standard she will immediately address it and fix it to perfection! This location is even a drive for me but I seriously would not trust anyone else with my eyebrows!

Kate is amazing! I met her about 14 months ago to take my very very long hair and create a fun style. Over the course of a year, we have inched our way to a cute layered style that falls just below my shoulders. I think we have cut about 20 inches of length so far! I totally trust Kate. She is kind, thoughtful, talented, fun, and an expert stylist. Most of all, she listens and tunes in to what Im wanting to achieve with my hair and works to make it all happen. She has also done a great job on my highlights to keep everything bright and fresh! Shes simply the best!

At Kenneths, Christa has been cutting my hair (and my husbands and my kids) for years. She is terrific and especially great with curly hair, which we all have. Shes great about understanding what I want or need, even when Im not sure. Shes incredibly accommodating with her schedule too. Always finds time to fit us in to her schedule. It took me years to find someone who understood how to work with our curls and once I found Christa I dont want to let anyone else touch our hair!

I highly recommend Kate because she is great about listening to my ideas and gives feedback about how my hair would likely behave. She provide ideas when I ask but is not pushy and lets me take my time to figure out what I want. She achieves that great balance of helping me break out of a rut but also agreeing to keep things the same if thats my preference. Kate is the first person to highlight my hair. She continues to do a great job multiple years later. She also cuts and performs the keratin treatment for my daughter, with excellent results. Whatever your hair needs are, I dont see how you could go wrong with Kate!

I scheduled a hair consultation where we talked about my hair, and how I wanted it to look and the results are beautiful. My stylist was friendly and helpful, the space is clean and relaxing as well. Quinn has been cutting my hair for years. Ive gone to her for short cuts, medium cuts, and even highlights. I brought in an image of a video game character once to get a crazy shaved sides and rear fauxhawk cut which she absolutely nailed, needless to say Quinn can deliver on any request. Quinn is sweet, accommodating, upbeat, and always makes my experience at Kenneths a positive one.

I have never left Chelseas chair with a bad haircut! She always listens to my ideas, sometimes suggests a different idea if my vision wont work with my hair, and always executes a beautiful cut and style!Have you ever left a salon with a look you love but were unable to replicate it at home? That wont happen with Chelsea!! I am very disappointed in this salon. After being initially pleased with my haircut, I had planned to return for my next cut. However, when I got my hair cut I had decided to donate it and was assured it would NOT be sent to Locks of Love (which is an organization that I DO NOT support). Today, nearly a month later, I got an email from Locks of Love thanking me for my generous donation. I called to complain and was offered no compensation or even an apology from the staff. This was absolutely unacceptable and I am not pleased to say the least.

I was nervous moving to a new city about finding a new hair stylist. But I was sooo happy with Tanzi! She cut and styled it so cute! And was very informative about the products she was using in my hair!

My style was excellent. She listen to my fears and listened to what I wanted, had suggestions, but never pushy. She made sure I was comfortable and happy with the total experience. Yes, it is pricey, but well worth it !

I miraculously stumbled upon Megan at the Westerville Kenneths. She keeps my blonde hair gorgeous. She is a superb colorist and is surprisingly young for her skill level. She is fun, always prompt and makings my visits great. She also does my 6 year old sons hair. She is super creative and has a rare gift for children, (and all people). I had one other stylist once cut my sons hair when Megan was not in. I didnt like her approach or attitude with children. Otherwise, all the employees are super friendly in this location and it is a chill relaxed environment. Easy to get in quickly for appointments.

I always enjoy my appointments with Christa. My hair is very thick and curly/wavy, and she takes a lot off time to help me with styling ideas - because I dont like to spend a lot of time on my hair. She is also helpful with color suggestions for my (graying) hair. I am a lot happier with my hair thanks to Christa!

Youll find Chelsea at the Westerville location, and she is extremely talented! I have straight hair, and my daughter has naturally curly hair. Weve both been very happy! She can cut, color, highlight - anything you need. Shes has never cancelled an appointment and is very understanding if you need to see someone else due to a scheduling conflict. Shes very professional and listens to what you what you want done with your hair. Shes the best!

Very disappointed with Kenneths.Im new to the area and came here after a neighbor recommended the salon. Never again.I asked for partial highlights and at the end my bill was huge, ended up paying as if it was a high end salon and have had full highlights with haircut. Didnt even get haircut this time.Also, wasnt pleased with the environment, like i said, it is not a high end salon, and it could use some more modern touches. Salon feels outdated.The worst part was that my hair had patches on the back and orange color highlights, which showed right after she was done with my hair and said they would come off. Orange patch on my hair is still showing.

Christa is sweet, professional, and gifted! Christa has been highlighting and styling my hair for about 3 years. I consistently receive compliments regarding my highlights when I see family or friends from college. My college roommates have repeatedly told me my hair looks naturally lightened. My mother and aunts remind me of how talented my girl is and mention how lucky I am to have a girl who can color greek hair. Our hair is dark, course, curly, and yet fine. I have been told of the horror stories of damaged greek hair since I was a little girl. Before having met Christa, I had more hair appointments that ended in tears than didnt. Now it is wonderful to never feel fear walking into the salon, but instead excited for a refreshed look.
