Giovanni Garcia and his Office Manager, David blessed me and several women who signed up to take a class through the Womens Ministry of Vineyard Columbus to learn the fundamentals of car care, safety, and emergency options. They each took the time to give us hands on experience with jumping a car properly, changing a tire, checking tire tread and pressure, changing car fluids and more! They were patient, answered all of our questions and never promoted any particular product or service as though they were trying to make a sell. Instead they gave recommendations (that were specific to the questions being asked) that would prevent us from having costly repairs. I learned how to change a tire! Im pumped!So many women left feeling empowered, informed, and thankful. I highly recommend Garcias Auto Care. They were extremely professional. I had my vehicle towed here from another local shop. They replaced my engine, as well as an engine mount. They kept in contact with me regarding what was happening with the car, and where they were at in the replacement process. Excellent customer service. Will be returning for any future vehicle needs.

Giovanni and his team were fantastic to work with. I was traveling in from out of town, needed some items from my vehicle after-hours and Giovanni met me there. He was honest and communicated the exact situation with my car and it needed a part flown in from California. He knew it was taking longer than he thought and offered to pay for a rental car until he could fix the car and went above and beyond to make sure my car was in good shape after the repair. The owner is a very nice person and communicates well with the customer. He has quite a few customer cars there and theres a reason for that, he is one of the best mechanics out there. A honest place that wont sell you something you dont need.

I have been going to Garcias for about 3 yrs. When I was new in town, he was recommended by a tire shop that could not fix the issue on my car. Gio runs a top-notch business. He is always putting safety first and will not try to sell you needless parts to increase his pocket. I appreciate that Gio or his staff will call to discuss before making any fixes. I am so glad that my sister connected me with Garcia’s Auto Repair. I had previously taken my car to another repair shop to have work done and they did not correct the problem. So unfortunately the money I spent there could have went towards my repair at Garcia’s. Gio was right on when he diagnosed what was wrong with my car. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone.

Giovanny is a very honest and straight up guy who really knows how to get anything fixed in every situation. The thing I love about what he does is that he gives you options! You dont have to just suck it up and accept a quote for whatever he says, if something else will work that is more affordable, that option will be presented to you. Would give negative Stars if I could this place is terrible took 2 week to work on my car then the price is way overpriced mechanic replaced apart and charged me and did not even ask me first I told him that that part was under warranty and now Im out of a $60 part communication was terrible I would call and leave a message and never getting a call back and then when he did get my car done it took me a couple days to pick it and he will he will charge you $15 a day just because hes in Westerville he thinks he can charge ridiculous prices they definitely lack in customer service and communication skills buyer beware I would not take your car there unless you want bad customer service and you want to pay to much they quote you one price and then charged another very bad for busines So buyer beware The sky is a criminal and a liar

I highly recommend Garcias Auto Care. I called with a vague description of the issue I had with my vehicle. They asked me to stop by the garage so they could diagnose the problem. When I arrived, Gio promptly diagnosed the issue with my vehicle and described the repair needed, fully explaining the cost breakdown and giving me a final price. After I authorized work, the repair was performed at the cost prescribed and my vehicle was available for pickup less than 24 hours after drop off. I will be using Garcias Auto Care for all my future auto repair needs.

Rather you like it or not hell give you the honest diagnosis and let you pick what you want to fix first based on his recommendations and more importantly your budget. I have been going to this garage for over 10 years, he was reccomend to me by a friend who had taken her to the car to dealership (BMW), to get it fixed they could not fix it, also took the car to imports garage, they could not fix it, the car was taken to Garcias and Giovani looked at it and had the car fixed right away, and he has repaired my cars since, he is Christian man, so he well not tell u ur car needs anything if it does not, and if u r looking for something do be done that is dishonest forget it, he is pleasant and professional, I recommend him too anyone, and ur repairs r not out the roof.

I needed a headlight bulb replaced and a mutual friend suggested calling Gio. I stopped by a local auto parts store to pick up the bulb and went to the shop. Unfortunately the bulb sold to me was incorrect! Gio had a bulb from a car he had just upgraded to HIDs. No charge for the bulb and he had it replaced in less than 20 minutes. Gio is a class act and I highly recommend his shop to anyone that needs affordable and honest car repair!
