We have taken our vehicle to this location for all regular maintenance instead of the dealership where we purchased the vehicle. Appointments are easy to schedule in advance and the reception area is very clean compared to other businesses. We trust Harris Automotive to take care of our vehicle and explain issues that need to be addressed.They recently tested our battery for us and provided the documentation for the bad test so we could have it replaced under warranty at the dealership we purchased it at. This is a great example of customer service.

My family goes here often. i live out of town and it was worth the hour drive. their hospitality, (very personable),knowledgeable, turn around time and affordability. i was very pleased. they were exceptional and very helpful! they fixed an issue no one else was willing to touch and tried to tell me it was something else. then i spoke with Harris Automotive, they took the time to get in there and gave me an honest diagnosis. i see why my family trusts them.

Couldn’t be happier with my experience here. They did a thorough job, while also being quicker than most shops I’ve been to. They didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. They were just super cool. When the tech parked my car after the oil change, he noticed my rear view camera was coated with road salt and wiped it off before giving me my keys. That was really cool. The business also felt very clean! All of the chairs and surfaces were clean. The bathroom was even spotless. Very impressive

I have taken my vehicle to Harris Automotive several times, and each time I have been unsatisfied. Once I suspected sabotage because the battery conveniently died and both headlights burned out and blew fuses while the car was in the shop. The most recent time my car was stinking like sulfur, so I suggested it was possible that my cars catalytic converter might need replacing to the employees of Harris. They must have assumed I was an expert because they replaced the part without insuring it was indeed the problem. As it turned out, replacing my cat only made the smell go away for a week or so. I called to find out if they would do anything to compensate for this, and despite the fact that I was maintaining a civil tone and being reasonable, the person I spoke with lost his temper and began shouting, then refused to do anything about the problem. He insisted that some cars just smell like that (Like pungent rotten eggs? I call that bluff.) and that there is nothing [they] are going to do about it. The small-business prices may be slightly better at Harris than at larger chains, but that discount is not worth the terrible service and unfriendly staff. I surely will never take my vehicle to Harris again.

We have had lots of work done at Harris and they do a great job. Recently, they told me I had a kind of expensive problem with my AC. I told them to go ahead and fix it. When I called them back they actually told me they had misdiagnosed the problem and it would cost me a lot less to fix than originally quoted. They really could have told me anything and I still would have paid the original estimate! Its great to have an honest mechanic who also does excellent work!

These fine automotive specialists are more than part swappers, they are enthusiasts as well. Their little shop is quickly being expanded due to their great business model and customer care. Personally going through three other mechanics/automotive specialists - Harris is the only company that makes me feel safe and not nickel/dimed.Very fair prices on all their work and a solid group of employees that care about your needs are two things you will immediately experience upon ringing their little bell. They have not refused any work and also cater to all your personal instructions (of which I always come with a list of) as well as not pushing the things you may not feel necessary. I look forward to their new facility opening up soon(ish) located just down the road between one and two plots away. I highly recommend this establishment as your automotive caregiver.

Excellent service and customer service!!!Found this shop on google maps, it is close to where I work. I called initially to compare their prices to the larger chain companies like firestone, goodyear and such. They priced their work at least $50 less than what the other places offered to charge to change my front breaks. Service was great. Dropped car off around lunch hour and was done by mid afternoon.What was equally good, the brakes started to squeal about 4-6 weeks after the service. I took my car back to them after a month of the squealing not going away and they changed out my brakes free of charge (b/c of warranty) and did it quickly within 30 minutes. Had them also change my oil which was less than $23. Brakes work good now and they also said if they start to make noise again that to bring it back and they will change them out. Rich helped me out and showed first class customer service. I highly recommend.

A pair of Class Act Guys! Outside of going to the dentist, the next worse possible place is an Auto Repair shop. Its hard to know if you can trust what youre being told is wrong with your car and whether or not the price quoted for the repair is fair and honest. With these two guys you can put those worries to rest. They were able to identify the problem (bad O2 sensor) and gave me the option to fix it myself (which I did) or have them replace. I chose to fix it myself only because I enjoy working on my own vehicles in my free time. With that said, the price they quoted was VERY competitive and fair. As a result of their honestly they have gained in me, a life long customer. This place is run how Auto Repair shops should be, take note competitors.
