TNT was able to fit me in quickly while i was on vacation. They said i can wait and they tinted my car in less than a hour. Great job. Price was awesome. Car looks great. Staff was very helpful.

Quick job, but not worth it.I paid $254 for my tint to be done on 4/17. I asked Thomas about the bubbles I noticed right away, he said theyll disappear after 2 days. Okay not a big issue. Then I noticed the poor cut job they did on the back windows. Also, the microfibers left behind from the persons microfiber rag. Now I wouldnt be so upset if I didnt pay over $200. If I could I would give this business 0 stars. I called back to tell thomas my concerns and ask for my money back. He refused to refund me, even though its only been 3 hours since theyve finished the job! He did offer to fix it, but I do NOT want the same results. Id rather pay someone more experienced and someone who does a better job.

I got my Acura tinted here on 2/13 and Javier said it would take an hour to an hour and a half. They pulled my car in and it was done in about 30 to 40 minutes. There’s no way they took their time to make sure it was done correctly. We waited until 2/20 to check the windows again and literally every single window had bubbles, creases, and every window had a different gap on the edge of the windows and the lines were jagged. On top of it, the windows were so light so I’m not even sure they put 35% on my windows. I should’ve read more reviews than I did because you definitely GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I called Javier and he agreed to remove the tint for me at no charge. I came in on 2/22 to have it removed and they were just yanking it off. When I took it to another tint place, they pointed out all of the cut gaskets and all of the glue that was left on the windows. I couldn’t even see out of my back window cause of the amount of glue left on the window. Honestly I’m only leaving 2 stars cause Javier was nice about everything. Yes they do offer to fix what they messed up but if they actually slowed down and tinted the windows correctly and paid attention to what they were doing then they wouldn’t have upset customers, loss of product, and loss of income. Honestly it’s better just to pay more money for a quality job than going here where the techs look rushed cause of the amount of cars they have to tint

Had my 2016 Civic tinted when I first got it over 5 years ago. Had and issue with the rear windshield bubbling. Called and made and appointment for replacement. It was replaced for no charge. No questions asked. After 5 yrs! Nice to see a local small business honor thier commitment to their customers!

Came here about 2 0r 3 mts. Ago and explained my issues to Tom and he was swamped but said he could fit me in.the previous owner did my tint but it was bubbling real bad and peeling but I kept my card and that was my warranty with the previous owner initials...so I go back after a couple of hours and wasnt complete and couldnt get to me that day but he promised to take care of me the next day and he made it happen and came out real pretty.. he did them darker as I asked and didnt charge extra because of the busyness...i truly appreciate him taking care of me as a guest he was professional and made up 4 everything that happened..thanks so much TOM KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS...THAT SHOWS GREAT LEADERSHIP AND THAT YOU WANT EVERYONE HAPPY..😍😁😁🚗🚘😄😃😀😊😉☺

One window was messed up.... so I guess people wonder why I give 5stars.... well the reason for that is because they not only re- did that one, but the other.... I had to go back a 3rd time... after that I just got it removed, my money back, I found I was going up there too much even though they were fixing the issue.... money back... no fuss

All I want to say is there are alot of companies that dont care about the customer. Yes they are busy here, but they will ensure that you are happy with your tint job. What is even better is that they stand by their work. If you ever have problems with tint, they will replace it. Javier is a great manager and genuinely cares about the customers..

So no questions asked for the warranty job of the tint job that they did 15 years ago. Yes they will honor their lifetime warranty just make sure you have the original invoice.My only quorum is with the white residue that was covering my door instrument panels that the establishment would not clean off that did not exist before they replaced the tint. I was told that I had to clean up their mess.

I purchased my car 5 years ago and they have had to redo the tint 3 times so far . This would be the fourth time but I choose not to return. I have to replace the rear glass due to the damage done to my rear defrost. Very poor work and very poor material definitely not recommended to go there unless you are taking a 1972 pinto.

My family and I always used TNT Tinting for our cars they are efficient they are fast and very nice and if anything happens to the Tinton they will replace it for free

Would have given 5 stars if the 2 guys that tinted my windows didnt leave such a mess inside my car !They dripped water all down the interior doors, which after drying left streaks and spots. And cut up pieces of the window tint on the floor wedged between the seat & door .In the Future guys PLEASE DONT LEAVE the interior of customers so SLOPPY !!!

Would not recommend. Now, the customer service was good. Javier was very nice however the quality of the work was very poor. I had my front two windows tinted and a windshield strip done on my Lexus RX350 F sport that I just purchased at the beginning of the week. I typically only get my windows tinted in FL as that is where I am from but due to the pandemic I had to seek local tint. I was referred to TNT Tinting by a friend of mine so I decided to go for it. The first time my windows were tinted they were filled with bubbles, creases and lines so I had to call back the next day and have it removed and redone. This time I have less bubbles on my quarter windows however they are still visible and a discoloration spot on my passenger side window, also my weathering window strip on the outside of my vehicle has been sliced 🤭. Long story short in order to protect my vehicle I will not be returning to TNT for removal of any sort nor will I be recommending them to anyone I know. I will actually tell my story when asked and caution against. It’s one thing if I just needed a quick tint job to slap on my work car but this was not that. Now I have to pay to PROFESSIONALLY have it removed and done properly (In Florida of course) I accept responsibility for trying to be cheap and being impatient because in this case it’s true when they say you get what you pay for and I should’ve known better. After all I am from Florida and I should’ve known Tinting windows aren’t a specialty that VA is capable of providing.

These guys are the best! We had 3 vehicles tinted 2 years ago, our experience was Top Notch. Unfortunately, one vehicle’s tint bubbled. I brought it in and they fixed it within an hour. They know customer service! Good Job Guys! We will be back soon!

Had to bring car back 3 times to have them redue a few windows. They broke my door handle on the inside of the car driver side and didnt bother to say anything so took the car back again and owner was rude saying my cars 13 yrs old. It might be but it didnt come to them cracked and banged up. Pretty dishonest company and the quality wasnt the best. Would not recommend to anyone due to the way the owner handled business.

I called this place yesterday as I was calling around for quotes and they had beat everyone else in the area and they were able to get me in same day. My windows look amazing. Its been only a day and everything looks great! No bubbles or wrinkles! Definitely referring my friends here.

I had my windows tinted about 18 months ago. The rear window just started bubbling up. I call to see if they would honor their lifetime warranty and was told I needed a receipt. Who keeps a receipt this day and time? They shouldve been able to access it through my phone number. I was told I would have to repay to have the window redone. Overall I was please with my windows until the rear window started bubbling. I dont think that its fair for me to have repay.

You get what you pay for!! It always holds true. Don’t do it because they’re the cheapest in town. Trust me. The place gets two stars from me because Javier agrees to keep fixing the issue. But.. like another reviewer you get tired of having to go back and you shouldn’t have to. Just save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. Yes, it’ll cost you $50 or more but the quality and work is much better. Take my word for it. TNT will not refund either. You will just have to keep going back until you’re somewhat satisfied or in my case just give up because the quality is so bad. I went with another place and it’s night and day difference. Trust me.

Tint is bubbling on my rear windshield after only about a year. Must be cheap. Tint on front and rear windows are also cut poorly with jagged edges. You have to have some warranty card they gave you to get it redone. It’s almost as if they know after a year most people will have lost the card and the tint will be bubbling. absolutely absurd that we’re in 2020 and they don’t have a system that tracks purchases. Everything down here is hand cut and subpar would highly not recommend taking your high-end vehicle here there’s a place on diamond Springs Road that is laser cut and is an exact fit for every vehicle on the market. Don’t waste your time I learned the hard way on my pick up.

Tint is bubbly on front windows again. I ask for 20% on all windows. They put 50% on back window,and 20 % on rear windows, 50% on front. It so much light coming in. Not happy at all.

I called on Tuesday to schedule an appointment for Wednesday at 4pm. The sales representative told me that appointments generally take an hour, took my year make/model and booked me for my appointment. When I arrived half an hour early it was clear they were severely backed up, but the man at the counter said they would be able to get the job done. Queue the waiting game for the next hour and a half. After sitting in a small room with a half dozen strangers, with little climate control, I decided to see where the progress of my car was at 4:50pm... They had not even started prepping my car. In fact the cars that were in front of me at 3:30pm were just then being processed and tinted.I asked for my keys and left. I scheduled an appointment because I have to take off work to get there prior to them closing up shop. If they were so backed up at 3:30pm that they couldnt have held my appointment, I expect a phone call to avoid wasting my time.This place does not value its customers, and I would recommend you avoid this. There are comparable tint shops all over the 757, with competitive pricing.0/10 wouldnt tint again.

My first time going here back in July this year and I am very impressed with there service. I kept hearing their ad on the radio over and over and finally got it done and it is just the way they describe it to be just like they said over the radio. The tinting is great and and it keeps cool air in and hot sun beams out. Price is good and the wait time is decent enough, long as you have something to be occupied to make time go by faster you will be good. 👌👍

DOESNT LIVE UP TO THE HYPE.DONT EVEN BOTHER GIVING THEM A TRY.EVERY WINDOW WAS JACKED UP, AND WATER DAMAGE CAUSED ELECTRICAL ISSUES IN MY TRUCK. THEY TAKE ZERO RESPONSIBILITY.Friendly, good customer service, however the finished product was very subpar, when brought to the managers attention all of the issues he just tried to straighten the tint out act like everything was good to go and send me on my way. I literally had to point individually things out until he acknowledges it, as if he couldnt see it before that which idk whats worse him pretending he didnt see it or not knowing better. He quickly acknowledged that it was hacked up and would be replaced but now I have to wait and waste more of my time and hope they get it right this time. They didnt mess up one or two, every window was messed up. Id avoid coming here again

I’ve had two of my cars get window tints here. Both times I have either walked in or called ahead and had no wait. The service is quick, the prices are good and the quality has been great.

If you want your windows tinted correctly the first time do NOT come here. O had my windows done on a 4runner. So far, I have had to come back to have all 4 doors redone and am back again to have 2 of them done yet again. I have noticed sand under portions of the back window film but haven’t had it redone since they would probably damage the defroster. I do not recommend this place. The only reason for 2 stars is that they are continuing to redo the windows. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.After messing up the tint an additional 2 times I have decided to have them remove the tint so I can go to a place that will do quality work.

Javier is great...his customer service is A 1.. even tho i had to come back for a small touch up.it was fixed with no problem.. and i would recommend this company to everyone.

Tint is awesome, price is good, my husband just bought a brand new truck and it was detailed that day and the tint guys destroyed it from a messy perspective, smudges and trash/pieces of tint paper....I can admit we probably should have thought that through, but they tossed our kids car seats all over the back seat to gain access to rear window --we just hadnt thought about that-- and scratched up his day-old interior....he was not impressed with that aspect of the visit.

Aside from having to bring my vehicle back multiple times to get bubbles out, this place was the cheapest I found while shopping to re-tint my rear window.

I had enough of the summer heat combined with burgundy leather and clear windows, so I called TNT since theyre a long standing name in the area, and right around the corner from me. I dropped my car off the next morning and they had it done in just a couple hours. The tint looks great, edges are close to perfect, and Javier provides great customer service.The number of negative reviews had me weary of coming here, but look at any other tint shop reviews and theres always some people who are never satisfied. I had a couple of tint scraps left on the floor, but for being the cheapest in the area, AND having a lifetime warranty on their premium film, I cannot complain. TNT has been at the beach for a long time, and theres a reason for that. My car looks great

One of the best if not the best window tint place. Ive tinted over 10 cars here and have had no issues! Just wish they would clean the cars from all the running water when they place the tint on, other than that no complaints! Would go to them for my next vehicles
