Paul and his crew are both friendly and professional. I cn honestly say I look forward to bringing my car into the shop!
I have had my vehicles repaired by Paul, the owner, for many years. The business has grown in that time. He has trained his employees with his deep knowledge. Paul runs an honest business. I would very much recommend taking your vehicle to Wrench N Roll.
First time customer; was referred by parents. The owner and staff went above and beyond when it came to fixing my baby: it’s like I have a whole new car.I felt bad about the state I brought her in at; 2020 and layoffs meant repairs went by the wayside. But Wrench and Roll took care of them ALL!! Highly recommend this jewel in Westerville.
Paul was great. Good communication, timely, reliable. Thanks again.
Honest!! So great to know you can trust that they wont push you into something you dont need and will advise you if repairs are really necessary! Paul is a stand up guy!

Great place, great people
Paul (The owner) is one of the nicest guys Ive known, and is the polar opposite of that mechanic that tries to take advantage of people. Great guy, nice shop, and fair pricing. If youre looking for a mechanic you can trust, Paul and his team are awesome.
Very honest, quick turn around with repairs done right, fairly priced and very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended.
Thanks again for promptly getting me back on the road!
Best auto service I have ever experienced. Paul and the crew are honest, experienced and friendly. I recommend him to all my friends.
Great service and great people
These guys are awesome and fairly priced! Ive written out one of my experiences below, but to summarize I would never go anywhere else again if I had a choice. The most impressive experience I have had with Wrench N Roll was last spring. I had been having a random cylinder misfire problem (according to the computer readout) since the summer before when I had already invested $1000 with another shop up in Cleveland to fix it along with a leaky water pump. The previous shop replaced the water pump, intake gasket, fuel injector assembly, spark plugs, and the distributor, but I noticed the chugging symptom again when driving above 60mph within a month of getting it back. That shop said they didnt know what else to do unless I wanted to spend at least another $1000 exploring the issue. I decided against that and kept my highway driving to a minimum and in the slow lane trying to nurse it along for another year or so when I could afford to buy a new car. Almost 6 months later I had moved back to Columbus and finally driven about 3,500-4,000 miles and needed an oil change. Since I didnt have any other issues other than maintaining highway speeds, I figured spending money on an oil change was less of a risk than not doing it and having the engine seize up entirely. Being back in Columbus, of course I took my van to my favorite mechanic, Wrench N Roll. Even though Paul has been much busier as of late with how much the company has grown, when he happened to hear me talking about the problem in the office he said he could spare a few minutes to come take a look with me. Within 10 minutes we had my van pulled in the garage and plugged in to the tablet with a readout of my current and historical misfires, and Paul said he already thought he had an idea of what was going on. Just to prove it, he asked me to pop the hood and watch the readout while he misted the engine compartment with a spray bottle. Instantly the current readout for each one of the cylinders jumped from between 10-30 misfires to up over 300. He duplicated those results again by misting my new distributor. He explained that the insulation on my 17 year old wiring harness was covered in micro cracks from normal wear and tear, so it was arcing proportional to the amperage being driven through it (highway speeds were most noticeable because of the higher frequency each cylinder was fired relative to the power demand on the engine to maintain that speed). In addition, he said hes repeatedly had trouble with the cheaper distributors holding water within 6 months of installation, and that was what mine was doing only adding to the problem. Needless to say I left the next day with a van that was running flawlessly for about 1/3 of what I had misguidedly invested in the other shop to fix the same problem.
