I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I needed a taxi for work and they not only took 30 minutes, but the taxi driver tried to kick me out and say I got into the “wrong taxi” although I clearly called the number posted on the taxi. He also told me that my taxi was “behind” me even though it was a random car that was waiting for him to move out the way. After arguing for 5 minutes he finally decided to take me. When I needed a ride back I called once again out of desperation and he was very rude. Asking me if I only work for 2 hours…like it was any of his business. Also stopped for gas after too. Unless you want to be late and want a headache don’t use this service.

Bad Drivers almost cause accidents. I observed one of their drivers on my way home from work down Jackson Street onto Westbury Blvd then into Oak street. The driver never used a turn signal once. Not even turning into a busy Hofstra Universeity/Industrial Park intersection. At Oak street and Westbury Blvd. He confused the UPS Mac truck and several other cars almost causing a few crashes. All because he wanted to turn left without a blinker. I followed the car down Westbury Blvd with my hazards on because the driver drove below the speed limit causing other drivers behind me to tailgate and jam up. Even though he drove from 5-15mph in a 25mph zone, he blew 4 stop signs going down the Blvd. This was car 7 on 11/12/2020. I attempted to call dispatch to report the irratic driving to a supervisor. Yet to get one on the phone. Will see if I can attach the photo of him at the intersection without his blinker on. Maybe its broken, but it wasnt used at the light turning left from Jackson st. Onto Westbury blvd in Hempstead.

Im giving one star because you cant give less...I used this company for 2 weeks straight and every time I called a cab for work I was over 20 minutes late. In my experience the drivers are nice but they take FOREVER to get to me and Im paying own bills so. Yeah. Its definitely more than annoying. Beyond FRUSTRATING!

Ask for john or Edward they will always show up on time Great rates on local rides I never missed a train ride yet !

I only gave one star because I had to. In all the time that I have used this company I came across 1 dispatcher and 2 drivers who were decent(Dave the older gentleman, the othe persons name I didnt get). They need to get rid of their rude, nasty, obnoxious dispatchers and drivers who talk to customers like they are nothing. In the morning, bright outside, I am dresses professionally for work and this driver insisted that he would not drive unless I paid upfront, even after I explained to him that I usually pay when I get to my office he still wouldnt drive. I eventually called their dispatcher who authorized him that it was OK to wait until I got to work. My blood was boiling by the time I got to work. Will never use their service again. Why spend money with a company who has no regards for the people who pays them.

I wish I could give negative stars but thats not possible. If you wanna get anywhere you have to call these people an hour maybe two hours in advance just to get a horrible cab thats banged up show up. I live in westbury literally 6 minutes away from their location and they are late all the time sometimes 40 minutes late and when I say thanks I dont need your service anymore I missed my train tr taxi drivers yell and say f***k you for wasting my time. This company is toxic and all their drivers are lazy and angry. Take their competitor all seasons instead they charge a bit more but believe me you wont mind because they will get you there on time

This company is a BIG SCAM!!! AVOID AT ALL COST. They are never on time and charge your card multiple times for no show up services. They should be shut down.

The taxi people be driving crazy they speed, and put your life in danger. Recommend not to take them.

Worst taxi, its true what everyone says the drives are lazy... I have to call 5 times to make sure they are on their way. They tell me 5 mins then they show up 20mins later.

Nice friendly driver but trip was costly and I always felt I was being taken for a ride especially when the driver worked out his own tip for me to pay!
