Needed a taxi last minute from JFK on a Sat. night so I called when I landed. Dispatcher said no problem, we have a car in the area. Our luggage took over 1 hour yet it was still no problem for All Seasons. Price was very reasonable. Driver got us home quickly. Taxi line at airport would have been over 1 hr wait so thank you All Seasons !!

Used this Company for a ride from LaGuardia. I was quoted $55 with the $5 off coupon. The driver came, wearing a hoodie (very unprofessional) and in a beat up Mercury Marquis or Crown Vic. When we got to my destination, he said $60 and I said no, the guy I spoke with said $55. He proceeds to tell me that I have to call Oscar. So I call Oscar and he tells me yes $55. I tell the driver and the driver is getting aggravated because Oscar hasnt changed it on his tablet. When Oscar finally changes it, I give the driver my Credit Card. He then gets annoyed and says, Oscar didnt tell me you were paying by CC. I said, he never asked. I used my CC for my reservation. Driver is agitated again and says, now I have to restart my tablet for the CC. I told him I would get cash but no he restarted it and I had to wait. Then he proceeds to tell me there is a $2 charge for using CC. I said I was not told that, so he says well if I go back without it Oscar is going to yell at me. I will never use this company again. I used Uber today to get back to the Airport and it was $10 less, nicer car, more professional driver.

Very kind, polite and top service. I left my phone in one of their cars after an Islanders game, the kind staff not only brought it back to me but drove me to a nearby station so that I could catch up the train id missed, and they did this all free of charge. Excellent, would definitely recommend

Called 2 hours early for a scheduled pickup time for my colleagues to go to train station. Taxi came earlier than expected. Would not wait 5 minutes from original time. Used Uber instead, which was reliable and cheaper than quoted taxi price. DO NOT USE!!

I called them to do a simple pick up and drop off..... Called them half hour later to request what happened with the cab. The evening manager that I spoke with ask me for specific locations. I gave him the location of the place and street, it was confirmed and good to go. Another half hour when I gave up and called to cancel the ride but also to write up a complaint. Same guy hangs up the phone when I go to complain. I call back and he continues to belittle and argue with me for when he was one at fault. Professionalism is horrible. For anyone that wants a cab call Uber for professional & quality service instead of these slackers.

I was using this service daily to get to my local train in the morning and commute to work. I asked for the taxi to be there at 7:00 and consistently the taxi would arrive 10-15 min late. My train was at 7:18 so often I would miss my train and be late to work. The dispatcher was rude and told me that it wasnt their responsibility to be on time as they are a taxi service and things happen beyond their control. What really sealed the deal for me was when they tried to charge my card for double the agreed cost and then blamed me for not having enough money when they went to charge me. Yet they refused to tell me what I was paying extra for. Terrible service and completely disrespectful towards their customers.

I work for a food brokerage company and travel often for work. Rich and Bobby were great- had to work at the Westbury Costco. Wasnt sure about some of the other drivers though they were all very nice. If youre female and want to feel safe when taking a taxi id suggest either Rich or Bobby.Try to have cash on you as this company has been trying to update their payment options however using the tablet to pay is a bit convoluted. If not its still doable to pay by credit card and everyone was very nice.

I work in manhattan, and have used these guys a million times. The drivers are good guys for the most part, but there is one dispatcher who will aggravate you beyond belief. He’s beyond rude, and acts like your bothering him when you call for a cab. Wouldn’t use unless I have no choice.

Since these guys are one of two taxis in Westbury, its honestly a monopoly. the dispatcher is EXTREMELY RUDE.. complaining how I didnt show up last time. The taxi driver told me he was in the back of a certain place, when he was really in the front. Taxis are beaten up badly.. and sometimes they take up to 30 minutes to come.

Poor service, beat up cars and waited for ever. Driver was nice he told me the company was sold so the new owner may help improve service and be more professional. He said the old owner was was too cheap and old to run a business anymore.

Driver is 81 years old. If he saw that he was driving over 20mph he put on brakes to slow down. He put on brakes when approaching green lights! When I finally got to my destination (LATE) he fleeced me out of $15 change...my fault for not counting it because I was frustrated at getting to my appointment late. When I called the company to report the entire ordeal I got attitude! Not a pleasant experience is putting it very mildly.Im 67, female, disabled, and dissatisfied. Never again.

They are terrible. DO NOT USE THEM!. Made aa reservation, confirmed a reservation, called several times the morning of the pick up. After waiting 30 minutes called Uber who showed up in 2 minutes. Taxi showed up at the same time and was asking me if I was blaming him! Told me I didnt make the reservation with him personally. What the hell. On the way now to airport and hope I dont miss my flight because of these idiots. ONCE AGAIN ...DO NOT USE. ANITGER LESSON IN THAT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

Let me start off by saying thanks for making me late. I missed my flight. the driver took me so far out of my way to pick up another person going to jfk airport to. when i called the office from the back seat of the taxi I was hung up on. when we got to the airport the driver dropped off the other person first. the driver gave the other person my bag. I had to jump out run after her to get my bag back. I am not sure if they were trying to rob me. or what her bag looked nothing like mine. I will never use them again. ever

Usually good service, but sometimes they give you huge attitudes.Not recommended if you need to rely on them for time.I had called and on several occasions their 10-15 minute wait time estimate turned into a half hour to as much as an hour at times. Ive been to work very late thanks to them, despite calling 1 - 1 1/2 hours ahead of time. And with the latest wondrous escapade - I call 4 times - the third time he rudely interrupts me saying Hes right down the street! and hangs up. The final time, he hangs up before I could really say anything.Usually Im very happy with the service but this is the third and final time Ill take this crap from someone like them. Theyve lost a customer.

Very rude dispatcher and high prices. He hung up on me even though I was nice to him. Also theres a huge difference in prices between all seasons and other companies. This one will overcharge you, make you wait and will treat you like you owe something from them.

Please do yourself favor, use CentroAmerico cab (google it), or LI checker cab, but NOT ALL SEASONS!They do not care about being professional at all, their cars look worn down, their drivers seem like theyre on drugs (no joke, I was scared for my life and you could TELL he was stoned, his eyes were blurry and he was fuzzy brained, and he was driving 70mph on pedestrian street, tooo fast).Please, call a different* taxi service, if you have children especially!

Called for a rate to LGA, received a rate for 4. A great rate booked It! When I called to confirm the return fare the dispatcher JJ started screaming that I was quoted the wrong fare that he was going to charge more for the return fare. He left a screaming,out of control message on my home Voice-mail stating with had 5 people in a sedan! He advised the person who booked the fare does know what she was doing. NEVER AGAIN

I wish i could give a them no 🌟 the dispatch person is verry rude. I called for a cab to pick me up at Enterprise.They told me 10 minutes after about 20 minutes I called back and the guy shouted rudely into the phone cabs pulling up and hungs up on me. when I stepped outside there was a cab I got in it. About 10 minutes later I got a phone call that came from the dispatcher himself. He asked me if I was still in Enterprise. I told him no Im in the cab that you said was outside. Then he shouted at me you called 2 f****** cabs didnt you I replied no you told me it was a cab outside. No your a lier thats exactly what you did and hung up the phone on me. This was the worst costumer service I have ever had. Thank goodness I drive on a regular and only needed a ride because my car is in the shop. They will never get a $1 from me .

I took a taxi from my house to the old westbury gardens, the guy was super nice and really helpfull. But when I called to get back to my house the lady who answers the phone was super rude, I waited more than 30 mins and as I called they kept saying that the guy was coming, plus, that rude lady hung up the phone 3 times saying that I was wrong and that I had to wait??????? Bad service!!!!!

One of the drivers in taxi 28 jumped a double yellow line and cut me off on Salisbury Park Drive. I got it on my dashcam and am going to just send that to the police. If the company thinks thats okay, then I see why their reviews are the way they are.

Seriously? I start to speak and i get hung up on. The guy who actually picked up didnt even say hello, he said YEA. How unprofessional and ridiculous, youd think that they should have time to do their job but no. Are you gonna talk? I called for a taxi and when I walked up to the car he immiediately pulled off. I tried calling for another taxi and I was repeatedly hung up on and ignored. Mind you it was one of the coldest days of the year. I nearly caught frostbite. I was vividly upset.

This is a dishonest company. I was overcharged $10 each way to and from JFK. When I called to discuss this matter, I was given a run around. When I first called, I was told to call back tomorrow to speak to Joe. I was told to call back 3 times until I decided to call my credit card company to deny the transactions. I had reported the company to NYC Department of Consumer Affairs. Do not trust this company.

The drivers are usually ok but the dispatchers (except one guy) go out of their way to let you know that reserving a car is a HUGE annoyance. They actually sigh loudly when you say hi, Id like to reserve a car for tomorrow. They may as well say take your business elsewhere you are bothering me!!!So terribly rude.
