I love this place. Had a great experience with the manager Ben. Employees are great. Just an all around great place. I have a black car and wash at least every other day.

If you havent been there before you have to ask what to do after the wash if you have a package. They do a good job most of the time. Only do dry wipe so no dried off dirt will get wiped off. Windows and vacuum is great 👍.

Car Wash does a pretty good job for the money. If you drive a truck its real hard to get into the car wash. If youre not a member they make you take the inside Lane and its real hard to get straight.

We actually have passes to this place. And enjoy going.. However why are they so stinking it slow? I will sit in line to go through the car wash easily for 20 to 40 minutes! I have never been to a car wash that is so stinking slow! Spray people off and let them go please! Also the vacuums almost never work good. If there was another place closer I would get passes there.

Wish I would have come here before instead of Super Sonic. I love full service because I cant do all I need to do to keep my car clean. Thank You ❤️

The car wash was good but the best part... Full service option which includes hand drying, washing Windows, hand cleaning rims, vacuuming, wiping off interior surfaces and fragrance of your choice.I will definitely be returning!!!!

I have been a Wash Factory member for over a year now, and LOVE it! It’s completely worth the money! I mean just look around, a one time wash elsewhere is about the same price as the regular monthly membership. Also, you can wash your car everyday if you’d like to! Would definitely recommend!

They are great when they are slow, or not very busy. But when they are busy, don’t bother with the hand dry, interior, etc. your car will air dry before they get to it. They just can’t handle high volume, and I’ve seen this multiple times. All other times, they’re great.

Signed up for the most expensive package they have, and tipped. Once I got home realized the wheels weren’t cleaned very well at all. I know it’s not a full car detail but if you pay the max they have and they offer wheel cleaning I figure it should at least be done right.

This place is awesome. Cheap monthly subscription and they have both Hand Dry & Full Service Available. Wish we had a place like this down in Arizona near where I live.

First time was okay, Purchased a Membership, filled out paperwork, went through the wash, got my interior vacuumed. Second time I went, now I had the Membership Sticker. Waited in line for about 10 minutes to get to the gate only to discover the sticker didnt work. Their Solution after I pulled out of line (Made others have to back up) was to have me go back through the line again! I left. Next time, I came by, they did the same thing, Prove the sticker didnt work. The young manager (Looks 19) raised the arm to let me go through. Today I went back with a supposed new window sticker and waited in line nearly 15 minutes to get to the gate only to discover this sticker Also doesnt work. They apply the sticker to the windshield. Again, their solution would have been for me to go into the Booth line and wait yet again. The next time I go back I will be getting a Full Refund. Their Lines are LONG, and the Service is the SLOWEST I have seen at a Car Wash. Now that I have the New Sticker it works well. However, there is something about Wash Factorys System that they wont tell you about and in fact they are extremely sneaky about. When you approach the reader and the screen, the computer Voice will come on and Welcome you but if you look at the screen there is a Yellow No Thanks that pops up in the bottom right hand corner. You must reach out and Touch the screen on this No Thanks in order for the Arm to raise so you can proceed. The first issue is that this No Thanks is covered partially by a Computer Coupon they for additional services they want you to purchase each time you come through, thus the No Thanks though all you can see is the anks portion of that. Also, why when I am already paying for a monthly package are you still trying to up-sell me each and every time I come through and forcing me to turn it down physically each time? Very Cheesy. Why are you hiding that No Thanks button behind a computer Coupon? Also very cheesy. Let you work sell your products. Word of Mouth works SO Much better than your cheesy methods.

Update of my previous review of the wash factory::: the care and quality has gone downhill drastically. Last time, I took the car back to rewash. I have 2 memberships and will be cancelling them both tomorrow and will find somewhere else to go. This has been going on for a bit now, but I was hoping it would get better.

Best places to get your car washed, take my work vehicle there, wish they did hand car washes for my personal vehicle though

It felt like the drive through car was barely touched my car, they dont have an option to add hot wax or rain-x, and you call that a pre-wash also I think the prices are outrageously expensive goes $8-$11-$16-$21 then double the price if you want a monthly pass. At a nearby car wash I pay $19.99 for the second to the best wash and they even give your car a complete was before you enter the drive through with water, soap and brushes before you enter the car was. Wash is ok. Very picky about payments. Cash ir credit card only. Debit does not seem to work.

I simply cant replicate the same wash at home. The 21 bucks is well worth the price for a good wash, hand dry and interior detail. Its quick and the staff is nice. I trust them to do a good job.

Didnt get my car clean, fast run-through for $11 bucks..... Wasted

I got the $21 dollar wash and my car didnt get vacuumed. Otherwise I would of just got the $11 dollar wash. I only went there from Ogden bcuz I was told they do windows vacuum and air freshener and hand dry. Ill stay in Ogden were its a couple bucks cheaper and they do everything except freshener.

Not bad, but they dont pay enough attention to keeping the vacum lines cleaned. Half of the times I have ti move stalls ti get a good vacum line. Thier lack if air hoses at the vacumes sets them a step back from local competitors that are priced the same. Staff has always been friendly and professional.

If you have a truck you’re gonna get the special rinse. Most of the workers make sure to rinse every square inch of dirt of off every truck while they rush cars through in about 15 seconds. You’re likely to sit behind a truck for a good 3-5 minutes. So if there’s a lot of trucks in front of you don’t go. 👎

Needs to step it up. Paid for the highest monthly subscription they always did well when I was on that plan. Once I went to the second to highest subscription the service was below par. I would always have to ask for things to be done that were part of what I was paying for.

Theyve always been good about getting the truck dried and the kids there if they do drive your vehicle dont drive like maniacs, very respectable of other peoples property.

They are reallySlacking on wiping the interior car on a $22 wash. This is the 3rd time. Owner needs to step it up. Ill never return!

This has been the best place around to get my truck washed. I like the monthly subscription, which gets you up to one wash per day, which is far more than I will ever need or use, but still more economical than paying for individual washes. You can go through the full service and have them hand dry it and wash the windows inside and out, or just go through the automatic wash and skip that part when you are in a hurry or just need a quick wash. Never had any issues.

My car always ends up streaky and its never really clean! I think they rush things a little too much!

Good wash. It is a little rough on clear coat. But overall good.

Still had areas of dirt where you could see the brushes/rags had spun over leaving stripes in the dirt on the car. Then it snows less than 4 hours after wash and because I only got the deluxe wash they wont rain check it. I guess thats why it didnt actually wash my car either right because I didnt spend more.

Love the wash and the service they offer of drying my car. Unfortunately the vacuums arent as great. The last few times I have had very low suction leaving my interior almost clean but not quite.

Their equipment is really good and the guys who hand dry for the most part are really good. Im embarrassed to say I lost my cool one afternoon.The kid who was working hand dry was spacing out the window or watching the full service guys working on one car. I think there were 3 on that car.Which thats fine i didnt purchase that extra service, but the hand dry kid in my lane put it in extra slow motion, Im guessing so one of the others would help him. I was third car back but by the time it was my turn the car was dry and windows spotted.I waved him off and drove through.

Love this car wash. The employees are very friendly and welcoming every time I go. Ive never had a bad experience. The monthly pass is definitely worth it. I love having the full service; and if Im in a hurry, I skip the full service and go with the hand dry which is great too. The lobby area is nice, their free vacuums are great, and you can tell the employees like working there.

Love this place its fire only car wash I can get out and get my truck hand dryed, windows done, vacuumed while enjoying a cup of coffee .$ 40.00 a month well spent.

Been here a few times and each time the service stinks. It was okay when it first opened but now the service is rude and lazy. I asked on two different occasions what service I needed to wipe windows, doors, center console, door jams and vacuum would cost willing to pay for the service. Upon getting out of car reiterating what I requested AND paid for I was told we don’t do that. Um what?? I can just asked and paid for that service!!! One shouldn’t be made to feel like I’m the one at fault. I thought about buying a monthly pass and so glad I didn’t. It’s worth the drive to go to Cliffs or Super Sonic to get better customer service. FYI manager does nothing either. He’s just as rude and the employees mimic his attitude and behavior.

This place is great, especially for the price!They do vacuum and wipe down the interior. I would pay more if theyd clean the Interior better and condition the interior. But then it would be more of a detail job. Ive been to the Wash Factory several times with both my cars and plan on returning! Id take advantage of the monthly plan if I drove more. Im very happy with them just as it is!!!

Ive visited both Wash Factory locations with two different black cars. Opted for the deluxe wash that included full service after the wash. The team did a great job drying the cars and cleaning everything up. No swirls or scratches on the finish of either car. Im planning to get the monthly membership and keep coming back, even though both locations are out of the way for me. Its worth the extra time and travel to go here. You wont find a better car wash in the Wasatch front.

Paid $11 for a wash, expected to use vacuums. When I got out to the vacuums, they were shut off. Missed them by 6 minutes. But nobody told me this until I got out there. They dont even give you dash cleaners or mini towels either.. thank you, next.

I really like this wash .... i get the ultimate sometimes for my truck and find it funny they never get the consol clean ... something so visible and right there ... i have to go to the vaccume area and do it myself .... hence 4 stars

I don’t even live in this state and was still impressed with my car wash here. They were thorough and I didn’t feel like they missed a few spots like I typically do a car wash. Easy in and out and on my way. Great place to go for your weekly wash.

Just wanted to give a quick shout out to you guys for helping a crazy gal thats crying in the parking lot because she just bumped her newly painted car into her other car on the way out to soccer practice in her driveway only to take her son to soccer and dump her entire 32 oz Pepsi in her lap and all over the inside of the car after she got him there. Not only did you guys help me out but you did it out of the kindness of your hearts AND had a fresh Pepsi waiting in the cupholder for me when I came back out! Nothing but love for yall! This wash is crazy good. I brought my charger in today and got their full service wash. Wow what a great job. Their manager Ben did a great job explaining all of their different washes and telling me about their monthly passes. What a great deal, best deal I have seen. I purchased one of their passes, went home, got my wife’s car and came back to get a monthly pass for her. I would highly recommend this wash

Wash Factory is amazing! The tunnel gets everything off my car and the staff is super friendly and personable!! They don’t treat you like you’re just another wash and they do an excellent job drying the car off and helping with any questions I have! The prices are fair compared to the other washes in the area! Wash Factory will definitely be the only wash we go to!

Its good but a little pricey.

I have been going to the Syracuse Car Wash for years and now that this new wash is open, No-one should go anywhere but Wash Factory in Roy. Their fast passes are the best! I trust both my Mercedes Benz automobiles to them. They come out looking brand new. Why would you go anywhere else?

Best monthly deals can you imagine any other car wash giving you unlimited car washed for 12 bucks a month? I cant. Friendly employees. Clean facilities. Great vacuums.

The pre-wash staging areas is way too slow. When there’s 10 cars waiting they need to be aware and get people moving along. No one really pays attention to that. Other than that, these guys rock! Always nice, always do a great job. Fix the wait time and I’ll give 5 stars. 👍
