I paid them to flush out my radiator, but when i checked gallons upon gallons of rust mud came pouring out of it. They do not flush out radiators.

I usually get pretty good service at this Jiffy Lube but I am really upset with the experience that I had there recently. The minute I arrived, the worker did not ask me what I was there for. Instead she automatically assumed I was getting an oil change. I overheard her telling another employee that I wanted an oil change and I had to tell her I just wanted my oil topped off. She proceeded to check my oil and told me that I was “all good”. I had not gotten my oil topped off in months so I decided to double check it when I got home. Not to much of my surprise, my oil was almost completely empty. Really disappointed with this experience. I’m unsure that I will trust this Jiffy Lube with future services.

Great customer service! I always go to Bonney Lake, they are helpful with issues they see but not pushy in trying to get me to pay for extra services I dont want. Jill has been there the last couple of times and shes great!!

Brought my vehicle in and told them about the oil drain plug having an issue with a leak and drip coming from the drain plug. They said no problem probably missing the gasket. Well be sure to put another on there.$80 later, get home park it in the driveway. Next day huge oil leak right in my perfectly clean driveway. I take it into my own hands and removed the oil drain plug. SURE ENOUGH THEY DID NOT PUT ON A $.1 GASKET!! SERIOUSLY!As soon as replaced it with my own oil drain plug and gasket the leak stopped.I cant believe companies cut these type of corners. I already had my concerns with Jiffy Lube and these have confirmed them. Will never return to this place nor any other Jiffy Lube.

Customer service is phenomenal. I have never ever been to a Jiffy Lube that was so thorough with my vehicle and treated me extremely well. I will definitely be back to this Jiffy Lube for all my needs. Not only did they change my oil but my headlight was out, which I knew about. It was wonderful to get everything done in one stop with knowledgeable helpful people.

My visit there was quite brief which was nice as I was crunched for time getting ready to go on a road trip. While changing the oil in my suburban, they saw that one of my brake lights were out and offered to replace it. I didn’t know they did that! Great service, very happy with my visit. Will go again.

Once again I received superlative service at store #2229 in Bonney Lake. Both my engine and cabin filters needed replacing and while one was out of stock, Jill was able to talk AutoZone into delivering it on a Sunday.Everyone was friendly and efficient. Nicely done.

This Jiffy Lube is awesome. The employees Chis and CJ were extremely helpful, extremely knowledgeable and hard-working. I was in and out in like ten minutes. If you need your oil changed I would go to here hands down.

Bonney Lake. Not pleased here. First it was way more expensive than going through my dealership. So I definitely wont be back. My issue was both employees... for lack of better phrasing... just seemed lazy and put out that we and another after us interfered with phone chatting and perhaps Netflix on their phones. It was an odd and uncomfortable experience. Definitely will never go to that location again.Access is terrible. Odd way of getting into there

I visited this Jiffy Lube on 8/8/18 for an oil change. This was my first visit to a JL and I let them add a fuel filter and an air filter. The work was done quickly. I did have 2 concerns. 1. My gas cap was left 3/4 off - this was not noticed until I got home as it is on the other side of my car. Luckily I went straight home. No gas appeared to be missing. 2. Is it necessary to communicate with your staff at the top of your voice all the time?

Jiffy Lube has always treated me well, bit the one in Bonney Lake somehow found a way to step it up even more. I took my girlfriend with her car in for a simple oil change. They did the typical check, bit instead of up selling or even just the normal status of your car, the techs actually showed us a few things and made statements like, Keep an eye on it, but dont let anyone tell you it has to be replaced until....I am car savvy, but she isnt. It was great to see them take the time to explain and then offer very reasonable suggestions of how to continue with her vehicles preventative maintenance. Could have sold a new cabin air filter, instead they said its good unless we get more fires or a lot of dust. That is exactly what I was thinking when he brought it in. I expected either a sales pitch or at least a next oil change.I am very impressed with this location and couldnt possibly give them any higher praise for their stellar service.

I live in Tacoma, and I bring my car to this crew. Fast, courteous, and friendly.

Brought car in. Was greeted immediately. Was guided to the customer area. Car was ready about 10 minutes later and seemed faster than it probably was. So I was extremely happy with the timeliness of the service. I will go back (and have been a regular customer for at least 2yrs) at this specific location. They also offer free wifi while you wait as well as appear to stream netflix or some other movie service over their TV. There is also coffee (if that is your thing) available while you wait. I pay a little more for the platinum service to get the full synthetic oil (equivalent to Mobil 1 or so I am told). It seems to work really well with my hybrid vehicle. On my 30k service with the dealership they just used a synthetic blend which virtually required I bring the car in after 3000 miles. Whereas I could easily go over 10,000 miles on the full synthetic at JiffyLube and continue going (I prefer every 5000miles). So I recommend the full synthetic oil as it protects your engine so get the full synthetic oil at jiffy lube every 5-10k miles and your car will be happy and your gas mileage will be great versus the regular or blend which means having to get an oil change more frequently and seeing your gas mileage start dropping after about 2500 miles. So to sum up. Goto this JiffyLube (great service), get the full synthetic oil and receive the perks of their full services (vacuum floors, top off fluids, verify air pressure and fill if low, and more).
