I havent been to this place in years and the place I usually go to was closed today so I decided to give them a try. One theyre rude. A young lady and a child came in behind me and they assumed we came together. They were asking me if the young lady doesnt speak because they couldnt understand what she was saying. Totally ignorant. Everything went well with my gel manicure. It wasnt until it was time to do my gel pedicure that I realized how outdated and unsanitary this place was. First the tub and privacy screen were dirty. I asked them to clean it and they refused. I was told that whatever was in the tub was from the paint...there was no paint anywhere on that tub and they didnt even use a liner when filling it up. I told them Im leaving if theyre not going to clean it because Im uncomfortable. They cleaned the one next to me and I sat there. They use their bare hands for everything and only use hand sanitizer. I watched the man put his wet hand in the bowl to get the pod for the water. And THEN there were particles floating in the water !! When he asked if I was ready he literally took that same bare hand, washed it off in the tub I was suppose to put my foot in, wiped his hand on on towel my feet were resting on and then dug right into the scrub. I had to leave. This place is disgusting. I wouldnt be surprised if I caught an infection just from being in the space. Never again!

This place has horrible service overall and even though it is a family run business the parents that are in charge are completely rude and disregard people as customers, especially the mother. They market themselves as a nail salon yet they can’t do acrylics or SNS nails properly and then get combative with you when you ask why they can’t, even if you called ahead of time and made an appointment. They don’t know what they are doing at all. I recommend anybody that needs to get their nails done to go somewhere else even if you are desperate to get your nails done. There are so many other locations in the area that you can go to!! Having a family owned business is great but it’s not OK for you to market yourselves incorrectly and then treat the people that are paying you for your service the wrong way after giving misleading information.

This place is horrible. They are very rude to their customers. They don’t know how to do a lot of styles including SNS Powder and they misinform their customers. GO TO ANOTHER NAIL SALON!

I moved here from AZ looking for A good nail salon to get my nails done every two weeksAnd too build relationship with A good tech.This place was horrible. Ask the ederly receptionist if they use SNS products for dip nail manicure she said YES. She Got me sEated with Kim and she did horrible job/she wasn’t friendly at allShe never did my manicure with a bowl and water/ never buff my nailsMy nail started chipping on Day two and by day four the majority of my nails where cracking from the product she use, VVID or VVD she said it was same as SNS. I told the elderly lady about manicure she totally ignored meHorrible experienceThey loss my business and I’m Very good tipper

Clean. The wait time is crazy and the gal polish is a mess. Lasred 3day and the motherwanted mento pay again to do my nails..after 3days. Polish that should last u up to 2weeks.

That was my first time there and it was one of the worst experiences every. I wanted to wait for one of the ladies to do my nails and everyone who worked there seemed to have a problem that I wanted to wait for her. The lady who I was waiting for felt uncomfortable that the staff was talking about her and me the customer. Fast forward once I was getting my nails done the woman who was putting on the SNS really did not know what she was doing. She kept messing up and coving her mess up, I really hope my nails do not break within the week because I have gone to places that do SNS and it last for over a month. Once the woman was finishing, she was RUDELY interrupted by one of the staff to stop what she was doing to help another customer. That was extremely rude because I had to wait until that woman was done with the other client. Once the staff realized that I was disappointed, another woman came to finish my nails and did not know what she was doing as well. I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I do not plan on returning. If anyone does plan too please go on a weekday on weekends they do not know how to time management and how to focus on the customers need rather than rushing and doing the work terribly.
