I came to this location after traveling all the way from Albany nyOnce arriving I was waved into a seat and giving a 5 min pedicure then after that was given all these crazy prices for basic full sets my nails were un even and clunky and thick after two days the diamonds I payed for came off and my nail Polish chipped very un happpy for 85 dollars

So unhappy. My nails are glued to my fingers. The nails aren’t the same shape. I didn’t ask for this color or deign. Called ahead time to ask if I can get acrylic nails never once told me on the phone you have to pay extra for a different shape of the nail. Plus it’s over priced.

Really miss Connie. Wheres Connie and Michael ? Been going there almost 6 years and last month whoever answered the phone I was told Connie is on vacation, will return in 2 weeks. Then two weeks later I called to make appointment and was told Connie wasnt there ... will return in 2 months. Really miss her (Connie is one of the best nail artists around, who still does perfect acrylic) and my niece also went to her for great gel nails. Hope you and your family are okay, but Connie please come back.

This shop has a very good service attitude and is very hygienic. I like it very comfortable.

I dont recommend this nail salon at all. They forgot to put top coat on my daughters nails plus cut me while getting sns nails. They left my daughter not finished and went on to help another customer. Extremely disappointed in the service that they provided. I will stay with Cinderella nails a few blocks down.

Connie and her team are great. Professional, friendly, clean and amazing at what they do! highly recommend (deff make an appointment beforehand) - i always get compliments on my nails and i tell everyone tailored tips is the place to go!

So glad I found this place. We were passing game through on a long road trip. I saw the sign outside for a pedicure special and went in to see if they had time for a walk in. Beverly was nice and kind, place was clean and my service was amazing. I felt right at home, easy conversation. She gave me a nice glass (or two ) of wine and my toes looked great. This is a local or travel gem. If I lived here this would be my place. They also have a great massage therapist that has killer massage deals Im hoping we stay long enough to get a massage. Highly recommended!

Gone here a couple of times. Will not be returning, last visit the male nail tech took care of me, pedicure and gel manicure last minute I changed my mind on the color and he got noticeably annoyed. Service was rushed and did not even last two weeks.

Only came here because my original nail salon was closed. They rushed my pedicure because they were closing in 30 mins and when I called before hand they said I could come. When I asked for a fill in for one of my toes they decided to file down the acylic instead of just filling it to make it look correct. They did a horribe job at polishing and instead of sitting me to dry they put some drying oil so I can just go. I didnt want to be annoying but soon as I walked out into the sun I could see that this oil inter feared with the polish so I turned and walked to the door immediately and they just kept saying were closed and didnt even want to open back the door talking to me through the glass with an attitude. NEVER AGAIN. The younger lady is also very rude to her older employees snatching nail polishes and just having plain attitudes.

Worsttttt placeee and Im a guy like fr I dont come to this place but I came with my gf and mom and its a worthless place dont ever come in here its better to let a little kid color your nails with crayons then coming in here just the worst

Ive been going to this salon for about 2 years and Im disappointed to say I will never be returning again. I received such terrible customer service after being a loyal customer. I had gotten a manicure, usually I get gel but that day I got a regular mani pedi. Within a day it began to chip and peel off so I went back thinking they would fix it free of charge especially since not even a week had passed and it was poorly polished. Instead the owner told me she could fill in the chipped areas or she would charge me $5 to repaint. Im not saying $5 is expensive since I typically spend $40-$50 each visit but it was the fact that after being a loyal customer they werent willing to fix their mistake. Instead she made excuses that regular manicures dont last long and thats why people get gel. Im sorry but Ive gotten many manicures and they typically last a week not two days. So Im truly disheartened that I received this type of service and my sister and I will be taking our service elsewhere.

Really racist salon, they treated me like they didnt want me to come back. I gave them a 5 dollar tip not realizing why they were so rude, until I went there a second time being naïve I walked in with smiles and noticed all the customers were white and I was the only non white customer. I would never go back! I have never felt so little in my life!

I been coming here since this place opened i live up the street and there service has got lousy i came for a pedicure after not having it for one month i was not going to allow their learning daughter do my in need manicure pedicure then the man is barely filling and buffing my nail barely took cuticles off and i asked if you do not want to do my pedicure i can just leave and they had let me go service are worst n worst here also they barely have colors and they are all old colors!
