I had purchased a leather watchband a month ago from Riddles Jewelry in the Southern Hills Mall in Sioux City, IA approximately a month ago. Today I happened to bump my watch band on something just right, and broke one of the watch band pins. I dropped by Riddles to buy a replacement pin. They gladly took my watch, asked for a couple minutes and promptly gave it back! And they also didnt charge me! Two nice, competent ladies-thank you so much!

Came in nervous for an engagement ring. Lady (i wish I could remember her name) helped me through the process. Gift wrapped the ring for me and was happy to do so. All smiles with a great atmosphere and made my experience something I’ll remember when I tell our engagement story. Thanks again

They are quick to help you, if you would do some shopping . They will repair or anything for you . They have repaired my watch band twice now . Their prices are very fair . The prices are fair also . I will go back again . Maybe I will get a new watch band so I wont have to repair my watch again .

I took my mothers wedding ring in to have it upsized and they were able to stretch it and cleaned it up nice! The ladies at the counter were very friendly and welcoming! Will definitely return in the future.

I had a ring repaired there. They had to replace a diamond and secure another diamond. The repair job was awful. Do not recommend at all!

I had purchased a watch in a different jewelry store out of the state well the watch was to big so I needed some links removed but other jewelry stores at the mall were not able to help me due to not having proper tooling until I walked inside riddles the lady was so nice and offered to help me assessed my wrist to determine how many links to removed well the watch fit perfectly I offered to pay for the services and she declined keep in mind I didn’t purchased the watch there I will be going there for my ring to propose to my girlfriend.
